Moreover, the first feature being above, over, and on the second feature includes the first feature being directly above and obliquely above the second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is higher in level than the second feature. The first feature being below, beneath, and beneath the second feature includes the first feature being directly below and obliquely below the second feature, or simply indicates that the first feature is less level than the second feature.
Examples
The present embodiment provides a bench stone transport means, please refer to fig. 1, for clamping and transporting a bench stone, comprising a cart body 010 and two clamping members 100; the cart body 010 is provided with a bearing end 011 and a manpower end 013 which are positioned at two sides of the roller, the bearing end 011 is provided with a bearing plate 030, and two clamping pieces 100 are arranged below the bearing plate 030 in parallel at intervals;
referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the clamping member 100 includes a first clamping rod 110 and a second clamping rod 130 which are hinged, wherein a first clamping head is formed at one end of the first clamping rod 110, a second clamping head is formed at one end of the second clamping rod 130, the first clamping rod 110 is L-shaped, and has a first arm 111 and a second arm 113 which are integrally formed, and a first clamping head is formed at an end of the second arm 113; the second clamping bar 130 is L-shaped with integrally formed third and fourth arms 131, 133, the ends of the fourth arm 133 forming a second clamp.
The first clamping head and the second clamping head are respectively used for clamping two sides of the strip stone; when the stone strip is not clamped, the first clamping head and the second clamping head can be opened by weak magnetic force or manually.
One side of the first clamping rod 110 away from the first clamping head is connected with the bearing plate 030 through a bearing rope, and one side of the second clamping rod 130 away from the second clamping head is connected with the bearing plate 030 through a bearing rope.
After the stone strip is placed between the first chuck and the second chuck, the first chuck and the second chuck are made to be close to two sides of the stone strip by means of pulling of the bearing rope, and then the first chuck and the second chuck are made to contact the stone strip and generate friction force. The first chuck and the second chuck have a movement trend away from the load rope when the load rope is pulled upwards due to friction force, and the first chuck and the second chuck have a mutual approaching trend due to the hinged arrangement of the first clamping rod 110 and the second clamping rod 130, so that the more and more the stone is clamped due to the friction force of the first chuck and the second chuck with the stone during the process of lifting the stone.
In order to ensure friction between the first and second chucks and the bench stone, a first anti-slip member 151 is provided at the first chuck, the first anti-slip member 151 includes a housing 1101 and an anti-slip head 1103, the housing 1101 is hinged to the first clamping bar 110, and the anti-slip head 1103 is provided at one end of the housing 1101 away from the first clamping bar 110. The second chuck is provided with a second anti-slip member 171, and the second anti-slip member 171 includes a housing 1101 and an anti-slip head 1103, the housing 1101 being hinged to the second clamping bar 130, the anti-slip head 1103 being provided at one end of the housing 1101 remote from the second clamping bar 130. The anti-slip head 1103 adopts a wear-resistant rubber block.
Since the anti-slip head 1103 is hinged, the friction surface of the rubber block is always directed to the strip after the anti-slip head 1103 contacts the strip, so that the contact area can be maximally increased.
Since the transportation process is a dynamic process, the transportation route is unavoidably hollowed. In order to further improve the safety of transportation and avoid the strip stone from falling off, the strip stone transportation tool further comprises two safety frames 200, and the safety frames 200 are hung at two ends of the bearing plate 030 through safety hanging ropes. One end of the safety box 200 away from the force bearing plate 030 is connected with a pull rope 210, and the other end of the pull rope 210 extends to a manual end 013. Before the strip stone is clamped, pulling the pull rope 210 can enable the safety frame 200 to be lifted without affecting the butt joint of the strip stone and the clamping piece 100, and after the strip stone is clamped, the pull rope 210 is loosened, so that the safety frame 200 is sleeved at two ends of the strip stone.
The stone strip conveying tool provided by the invention can conveniently extract the stone strip without manually conveying the stone strip, and can lift one corner of the stone strip to place a lifting rope so as to extract the stone strip. In the whole transportation process, the strip stones are quite safe and cannot fall off easily to cause accidents.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and variations may be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
