Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a driving apparatus for a movable top cover according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a transmission mechanism 31, a touch piece, and a touch head device 20.
The transmission mechanism 31 is provided on the vehicle body 19, and the transmission mechanism 31 includes a conveying member 11, and the conveying member 11 is used for mounting the roof 30 and can move along the length direction of the vehicle body 19. The touch piece is fixed to the conveyor 11. The head-touching device 20 can be abutted with the touching piece;
when the vehicle body 19 runs along the length direction of the vehicle body 19, the head collision device 20 and the running vehicle body 19 move relatively along the length direction of the vehicle body 19, and the head collision device 20 can drive the conveying member 11 to move along the length direction of the vehicle body 19 through the touch piece so as to open and close the top cover 30.
In the above structure, the head striking device 20 is located at one side of the transmission mechanism 31, the transmission mechanism 31 is disposed at least at one side of the top end of the vehicle body 19, and the head striking device 20 is located at one side or both sides of the vehicle body 19, as shown in fig. 6. The head-hitting device 20 provides power for the transmission mechanism 31.
The driving principle of the driving device of the movable top cover provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows: the operation of the driving transmission mechanism 31 is realized by the relative movement of the head collision device 20 and the running vehicle body 19, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the top cover 30. Specifically, in the running process of the car body 19 along the length direction thereof, the head collision device 20 and the car body 19 move relatively along the length direction of the car body 19, when the top cover 30 needs to be opened and closed, the head collision device 20 abuts against the contact part, so that the head collision device 20 pushes the contact part to move along the length direction of the car body 19, and as the contact part is fixed on the conveying part 11, the conveying part 11 moves along the length direction of the car body 19 along with the contact part, so that the top cover 30 is driven to move along the length direction of the car body 19, and the opening and closing of the top cover 30 are realized. The direction of movement that moves the cover 30 during opening of the cover 30 is opposite to the direction of movement that moves the cover 30 during closing of the cover 30.
According to the driving device of the movable top cover provided by the embodiment of the invention, as the head collision device 20 and the running vehicle body 19 move relatively along the length direction of the vehicle body 19, the head collision device 20 is not arranged on the vehicle body 19, and only the transmission mechanism 31 and the touch piece are required to be arranged on the vehicle body 19, compared with the driving part for driving the transmission mechanism 31 to run on the vehicle body in the prior art, the driving device does not need to be arranged on the vehicle body 19, so that the weight of the whole vehicle is effectively reduced, and the transportation economy is improved; meanwhile, the cost is also reduced.
In the above-mentioned transmission mechanism 31, the movement of the conveying member 11 along the length direction of the vehicle body 19 is realized, and there are various structures, for example, the transmission mechanism 31 is a rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism, specifically, the conveying member 11 is a rack, and a gear of the transmission mechanism 31 is engaged with the rack; alternatively, the transmission mechanism 31 may be a belt transmission mechanism, a pulley transmission mechanism, or a chain transmission mechanism.
Preferably, the transmission mechanism 31 further includes: two driving wheels 15 are distributed along the length direction of the vehicle body 19 in sequence, and the conveying piece 11 is in a closed ring shape and is sleeved on the two driving wheels 15. Therefore, the structure is simpler, the stability is better, and the safety and the reliability are better. It will be appreciated that the transmission wheels 15 are rotatably provided on the vehicle body 19, and that two of the transmission wheels 15 are respectively mounted on both ends of the vehicle body 19.
When the transmission mechanism 31 is a belt transmission machine, the transmission wheel 15 is a belt pulley, and the transmission member 11 is a transmission belt; when the transmission mechanism 31 is a chain transmission mechanism, the transmission wheel 15 is a chain wheel, and the transmission member 11 is a chain; when the transmission mechanism 31 is a pulley transmission mechanism, the transmission wheel 15 is a transmission pulley, and the transmission member 11 is a transmission rope.
In order to reduce the cost, the transmission mechanism 31 is preferably a pulley transmission mechanism. The type of the conveying rope is selected according to actual needs. In order to prolong the service life, the conveying rope is preferably a steel wire rope.
In order to facilitate the installation of the transmission wheel 15, the transmission mechanism 31 further comprises a mounting seat 14, the mounting seat 14 is used for being arranged on the vehicle body 19, and the transmission wheel 15 is rotatably arranged on the mounting seat 14.
The number of the touch pieces may be one or two. When the touch piece is one, the traveling direction of the vehicle body 19 when the roof 30 is opened is opposite to the traveling direction of the vehicle body 19 when the roof 30 is closed. To facilitate opening and closing of the roof cover 30, two touch pieces are preferably selected to accomplish the opening and closing of the roof cover 30 while the vehicle body 19 travels in the same direction.
Specifically, the two touch pieces are an upper touch piece 9 and a lower touch piece 13 respectively; wherein, the upper touch piece 9 is fixed on the conveying section of the conveying piece 11 positioned at the top end of the driving wheel 15, and the lower touch piece 13 is fixed on the conveying section of the conveying piece 11 positioned at the bottom end of the driving wheel 15; one of the upper abutment 9 and the lower abutment 13 is adjacent one of the drive wheels 15 and the other is adjacent the other drive wheel 15.
As shown in fig. 1, the transmission wheel 15 near the left end of the touch piece 9 and the transmission wheel 15 near the right end of the lower touch piece 13 are taken as examples. When the top cover 30 needs to be opened, if the vehicle body 19 runs rightwards, the head touching device 20 is abutted with the lower touching piece 13, and the lower touching piece 13 drives the conveying piece 11 to rotate clockwise, so that the top cover 30 is driven to move rightwards, and the top cover 30 is opened; if the vehicle body 19 runs leftwards, the collision head device 20 is abutted to the upper collision contact piece 9, the upper collision contact piece 9 drives the conveying piece 11 to rotate clockwise, and therefore the top cover 30 is driven to move rightwards, and the top cover 30 is opened. When the top cover 30 needs to be closed, if the vehicle body 19 runs rightwards, the collision head device 20 is abutted against the upper collision contact piece 9, the upper collision contact piece 9 drives the conveying piece 11 to rotate anticlockwise, and therefore the top cover 30 is driven to move leftwards, and the top cover 30 is closed; if the vehicle body 19 moves leftwards, the head collision device 20 abuts against the lower touch piece 13, and the lower touch piece 13 drives the conveying piece 11 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the top cover 30 is driven to move leftwards, and the top cover 30 is closed.
Meanwhile, the design of the transmission mechanism 31 also realizes the opening and closing of the top cover 30 when the vehicle body 19 runs along the positive and negative directions, thereby improving the flexibility. It will be understood that the forward and reverse directions refer to the vehicle body 19 traveling to the right and the vehicle body 19 traveling to the left as mentioned above.
Preferably, the driving device of the movable top cover further comprises: the first slideway 12 is arranged on the vehicle body 19 and arranged along the length direction of the vehicle body 19, and the touch piece is in sliding fit with the first slideway 12. Thus, the first slideway 12 can reduce the shaking amplitude of the touch piece along the height direction of the vehicle body 19 in the sliding process, so that the touch piece can be conveniently moved according to the set direction, and the moving stability is improved.
The sliding fit manner of the touch piece and the first slide rail 12 is selected according to actual needs, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In order to prevent the top cover 30 from being opened and closed under the action of the non-collision device 20, the driving device of the movable top cover also comprises a door opening locking device 7 and a door closing locking device 8 which are both arranged on the vehicle body 19; after the top cover 30 is opened, the door opening locking device 7 is clamped with the door opening locking buckle 3 of the top cover 30, as shown in fig. 2; when the top cover 30 is closed, the door closing locking device 8 is engaged with the door locking catch 2 of the top cover 30, as shown in fig. 3.
For the specific structure of the door opening locking device 7 and the door closing locking device 8, the design is carried out according to actual needs, and only the top cover 30 can be limited at the complete opening position and the complete closing position.
Further, in order to facilitate the opening of the top cover 30 by the head latch device 20, when the car body 19 travels in the longitudinal direction thereof and the top cover 30 needs to be closed, the head latch device 20 can release the engagement between the door opening locking device 7 and the door opening catch 3 by the touch piece, and when the car body 19 travels in the longitudinal direction thereof and the top cover 30 needs to be opened, the head latch device 20 can release the engagement between the door closing locking device 8 and the door closing catch 2 by the touch piece.
As shown in fig. 2, the engagement between the door opening locking device 7 and the door opening locking catch 3 can be released when the top cover 30 is horizontally urged leftward; as shown in fig. 3, the engagement between the door closing locking device 8 and the door locking buckle 2 can be released when the top cover 30 is horizontally urged rightward.
