Abstract
The invention provides a method for correcting the warping of a polarizing plate sheet, which comprises the steps of placing the polarizing plate sheet in a cylinder, and then placing the polarizing plate sheet in the cylinder under the conditions of proper environmental temperature and temperature for correcting for a certain time, so that a product with the warping of NG is corrected into a qualified product again. The invention overcomes the constraint of the site and equipment requirement condition in the prior art; the advantage in the aspect of cost is obvious, the finished product with NG warping is corrected in a targeted manner, and the waste of cost is reduced; the correcting tool is simple in structure, low in precision required by the environment and capable of realizing batch correction.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of post-processing of finished polarizing plates, in particular to a method for correcting the warping of a polarizing plate sheet.
Background
When the problem of warping is found during cutting of the polarizer of the coiled material, the warping is usually calibrated by reworking and replacing a protective film on the polarizer coiled material which is not processed into a sheet; the products which are cut into the warped NG sheets can only be completely scrapped; the rejected goods caused by warping NG or the warped NG products caused by long-term storage can only be completely discarded.
The above-mentioned processing method for warping a sheet has the following disadvantages:
(1) the inspection and reversal operation needs investment of equipment, materials and labor cost, and has certain loss;
(2) the polarizer re-attaching of the protective film (anti-inspection operation) cannot completely ensure the correction of the warpage, and has a certain failure probability;
(3) no correction method is provided for warping NG products at present, and the warping NG products are all scrapped and waste cost.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a method for correcting the warping of a polarizing plate sheet, which mainly aims at correcting the sheet which is warped due to NG under a specific environment, meets the customer specification and changes the scrapped products into good products.
The principle of warping is: the polarizing plate sheet has a multilayer structure, and each layer is bonded by glue. The film material is pulled up by large tension in the manufacturing process of the polarizing plate sheet, and the film material retracts after the tension disappears. The glue shrinks in the drying process, and the membrane material also shrinks in the drying process. Due to the two retraction processes, different film retraction levels can cause internal stress to develop between the layers of the polarizer sheet, which is OK if the internal stresses are balanced with each other and can cause warpage problems (positive and negative warpage NG) if the internal stresses are not balanced.
The principle of correction is as follows: the inwards warped side of the polarizing plate sheet is placed in a cylinder downwards, and unbalanced internal stress of the polarizing plate sheet is uniformly released within a certain time under certain environmental conditions, so that the warping of the polarizing plate sheet is corrected, and the specification of a customer is met.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the higher the degree of warpage of the polarizing plate sheet and the larger the thickness, the higher the temperature of the environment for correction and the longer the correction time; the environment temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the correction time is 12-24 hr.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the higher the moisture content of the polarizing plate sheet, the higher the humidity of the selected environment; the water content of the polarizing sheet is below 0.1%, and the humidity of the environment is 20-50%; the water content of the polarizing sheet is 0.1% or more, and the humidity of the environment is 60-90%.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the method further includes S3, and the correction end point judgment: after the correction condition is selected, firstly, performing correction test on a small number of warped products, taking out and measuring whether the warped products meet the customer specification or not at regular time, if so, judging as a correction end point, recording the correction condition, and performing scale discharge correction; the ideal correction end point is that the four corners and the four sides warp to zero.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the new technology overcomes the requirements and conditions constraints of the field and the equipment in the prior art;
(2) the method has obvious advantages in cost, and the finished product with NG warping is corrected in a targeted manner, so that the waste of cost is reduced.
(3) The correcting tool is simple in structure, low in precision required by the environment and capable of realizing batch correction.
