Abstract

The invention can reduce the working intensity of platform cleaning, can adapt to the cleaning work in complex space environment, and quickens the progress of platform cleaning.

The existing construction process of ships and steel structures can generate a large amount of garbage with large weight, the existing common sweeper sold in the market is easy to damage machines when used in the environment, meanwhile, the space in a part of construction scenes is small, the common sweeper is difficult to use, in addition, the sweeper needs to be hung to a construction platform if the ship construction environment is used, the requirement on using machinery is high, the existing platform is usually cleaned manually, required operators are more, the workload is large, and therefore the sweeper suitable for platform cleaning in complex environments such as industrial construction needs to be developed.

the second transmission gear is arranged on the vehicle body and meshed with the first transmission gear, so that the broom disc rotates in a plane forming an angle with the ground along with the rotation of the second transmission gear;
and the motor is arranged on the vehicle body and can drive the second transmission gear to rotate.
The motor is connected with the second drive gear through a drive mechanism in foretell electric platform street sweeper, and this drive mechanism includes: the driving wheel is connected with a motor shaft of the motor, the driven wheel is connected with the driving wheel through a transmission chain or a belt, and the second transmission gear is coaxially connected with the driven wheel.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention discloses an electric platform sweeper, which comprises: a vehicle body (1) is provided,
four wheels 2 mounted on the body of the vehicle,
a direction handle 3 mounted to the rear of the vehicle body 1, the direction handle 3 including: a handle portion 31 and a connecting rod 32 connected between the handle portion 31 and the vehicle body 1;
a broom mechanism 4 mounted on the front part of the vehicle body 1; this broom mechanism 4 includes: a broom disk 41 rotatably connected to the vehicle body 1 by a first rotating shaft 42, and a first transmission gear 43 mounted on the lower end of the first rotating shaft 42; an angle adjusting rod 5 with the front end connected with the first rotating shaft 42 is arranged on the vehicle body 1;
the wheels 2 arranged at the front part of the vehicle body 1 are respectively arranged at two ends of a second rotating shaft 21, the two wheels 2 at the rear part of the vehicle body 1 are universal wheels, and a second transmission gear 6 and a driven wheel 61 are fixedly arranged in the middle part of the second rotating shaft 21;

The electric motor 7 is arranged on the vehicle body 1, a driving wheel 72 connected with a motor shaft 71 of the electric motor 7 is connected with a driven wheel 61 through a transmission chain 73, the electric motor 7 supplies electric energy through a battery 8 arranged on the vehicle body 1, and a motor switch 74 is arranged on the armrest part 31.
In this embodiment, before the sweeper is used, the second transmission gear 6 is disengaged from the first transmission gear 43, the motor 7 is started to drive the driven wheel 61, so that the first transmission gear 43 and the front wheel 2 rotate, after the electric sweeper reaches the cleaning position, the second transmission gear 6 is meshed with the first transmission gear 43 by using the angle adjusting rod 5, the first rotating shaft 42 rotates to realize synchronous rotation of the broom disk 41, and the broom 41b cleans the ground.

the motor is arranged on the vehicle body and can drive the second transmission gear to rotate;
the at least three wheels comprise two front wheels which are respectively arranged at two ends of a second rotating shaft and connected to the vehicle body, and the second transmission gear is fixedly arranged in the middle of the second rotating shaft;
the motor is connected with the second transmission gear through a transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanism comprises: the second transmission gear is coaxially connected with the driven wheel;
the electric platform sweeper further comprises a sweeper body, the front end of the sweeper body is fixedly installed on the sweeper body, the first rotating shaft is connected with an angle adjusting rod, the first driving gear is meshed with or separated from the second driving gear, and the rear end of the angle adjusting rod is located beside or connected to the rear end of the direction handrail.

3. The electric platform sweeper of claim 1, wherein the front portion of the body mounts two front wheels and the rear portion mounts at least one rear wheel.
4. The electric floor sweeper of claim 1 or 3, wherein at least three of the wheels mounted to the rear portion of the sweeper body are universal wheels.
5. The electric platform sweeper of claim 1, wherein the directional armrest comprises: the handrail part and a connecting rod are connected between the handrail part and the vehicle body.
6. The electric platform sweeper of claim 1, wherein the broom pan comprises: a disc arranged at the upper end of the first rotating shaft and a plurality of brooms arranged around the disc.
