That is, the structure is designed to filter the soot discharged from the soot discharging cover 42 by the aerodynamic principle, so as to achieve the purpose of filtering the soot. When the filter 41 needs to be replaced after being used for a period of time, the smoke discharging cover 42 can be removed and the filter 41 can be replaced by only reversely rotating the smoke discharging cover 42 to enable the hooks 424 of the smoke discharging cover 42 to respectively correspond to the notches 336 of the smoke collecting seat 33, so that the filter 41 can be replaced by a simple operation to ensure good filtering quality.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, a second embodiment of the frying and roasting equipment of the present invention is similar in construction to the first embodiment except that: the mounting space 312 of the housing 31 of the second grill pan 3 has a rearward opening 313, and the mounting annular wall 311 has a rearward concave surface 314, a spring receiving slot 315 adjacent to the concave surface 314 and having an upward opening, and a communication slot 316 connecting the concave surface 314 and the spring receiving slot 315, the cross section of the spring receiving slot 315 being T-shaped. The first frying and baking base 2 further has a support 23 pivotally mounted below the bottom shell 21, the support 23 and the oil collecting container 5 are located at opposite sides of the first baking tray 22, respectively, that is, the support 23 is adjacent to the first pivot portion 225 of the first baking tray 22, the oil collecting container 5 is adjacent to the oil guiding portion 224 of the first baking tray 22, and when the support 23 is located at an open position as shown in fig. 8, the height of the first pivot portion 225 is increased, that is, the slope of the first baking tray 22 is increased, so that the oil flows to the oil collecting container 5 more easily.
Referring to fig. 8, 10 and 11, the second pan 32 of the second frying and baking seat 3 has two second smoke guiding grooves 327 extending along the inner periphery of the second smoke blocking wall 322 and engaged with the engaging channel 326, the first smoke guiding grooves 328 are also disposed on the second heating portion 323 and extend in front-back direction, the second smoke guiding grooves 327 and the first smoke guiding grooves 328 are both concave upward relative to the second heating portion 323, and by adding the second smoke guiding grooves 327 and the first smoke guiding grooves 328 on the second pan 32, the smoke can flow toward the engaging channel 326 as much as possible, so as to improve the effect of guiding the smoke. Particularly, when the food is thick and is sandwiched between the first pan 22 and the second pan 32, the cooking fume generated by the frying and baking can be discharged from the second smoke guiding groove 327 and the first smoke guiding groove 328, which are concavely arranged upwards, to the connection channel 326, so as to ensure that the cooking fume can be smoothly discharged.
Referring to fig. 7, 9 and 12, the second baking seat 3 further has a fixing seat 35 installed in the installation space 312, and a locking component 36. The fixing base 35 has a fixing wall 351 coupled to the housing 31 by a plurality of screws, a rectangular ventilation wall 352 adjacent to the engagement channel 326, a peripheral wall 353 connected between the fixing wall 351 and the ventilation wall 352, and two guide groove walls 355 disposed above the fixing wall 351 and respectively defining a guide groove 354, the ventilation wall 352 having a plurality of ventilation holes 356. The channels 354 are all longitudinally extending and laterally symmetrically spaced. The latch assembly 36 has a latch 361 and an elastic member 362 supporting the latch 361, and the latch 361 has a guide portion 363 corresponding to the spring container 315, a blocking portion 364 corresponding to the concave surface 314, and a connecting portion 365 corresponding to the communication slot 316 and connecting the guide portion 363 and the blocking portion 364.
The smoke collecting seat 33 is detachably mounted between the guide grooves 354 of the fixing seat 35, the smoke collecting seat 33 defines the smoke collecting chamber 330, and has two guide rails 339 protruding from the smoke collecting surrounding wall 332 to opposite sides, and two clamping blocks 33A protruding from the smoke collecting surrounding wall 332 and arranged at intervals, besides the base wall 331 and the smoke collecting surrounding wall 332, and the base wall 331 has a plurality of smoke collecting holes 337.
The filter device 4 also has a filter 41 accommodated in the smoke collecting chamber 330 of the smoke collecting base 33, and the smoke discharging cover 42 is similar to the first embodiment in construction, but the hooks 424 are detachably hooked with the clamping blocks 33A of the smoke collecting base 33, respectively.
In use, the filter 41 is accommodated in the smoke collecting chamber 330 of the smoke collecting seat 33, the smoke discharging cover 42 is hooked with the smoke collecting seat 33 by the hook 424, the assembly can be inserted into the mounting space 312 of the housing 31 from back to front, and the two can be firmly combined with the guide groove 354 of the fixing seat 35 by the matching of the guide rail 339 of the smoke collecting seat 33, when the smoke discharging cover 42 passes over the blocking portion 364 of the blocking block 361, the blocking block 361 can be propped up by the elastic member 362 and blocked behind the smoke discharging cover 42, so that the smoke collecting seat 33 and the filter 4 can be detachably mounted on the housing 31, and the effects of convenient disassembly and cleaning can be achieved. In addition, in this embodiment, the structure of the second smoke guiding groove 327 and the first smoke guiding groove 328 is added to the second baking tray 32, so as to improve the smoke guiding effect, and the structure of the support 23 capable of being pivoted is convenient for the grease to flow to the oil collecting container 5 and for the oil smoke to flow upward to the smoke collecting chamber 330 when the support 23 is located at the open position.
Referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, a third embodiment of the frying and roasting equipment of the present invention has substantially the same construction as the first embodiment except that: the first frying seat 2 and the second frying seat 3 are different in partial structure.
Looking at the distinguishing structure of the first frying and roasting seat 2, the bracket 23 is fixedly formed below the bottom shell 21 and adjacent to the first pivot portion 225, so that the first tray wall 221 is inclined forward and downward from the first pivot portion 225 toward the oil guiding portion 224. The first heating portion 223 of the first tray wall 221 has a plurality of ribs 228 spaced apart from each other and extending in a front-rear direction, and the ribs 228 can be used to carry food. The first baking tray 22 further has a plurality of blocking hooks 229 protruding from the oil guiding portion 224, and the blocking hooks 229 are correspondingly located in front of the ribs 228, and can be used for blocking food from sliding forward.
Looking at the distinguishing structure of the second baking seat 3, the second baking tray 32 further has two second smoke guiding grooves 327 extending along the inner side of the second smoke blocking wall 322 and guiding the smoke to the connecting channel 326, a smoke collecting groove 329 extending laterally outwards from one side of the baking space 7 facing the connecting channel 326 and communicating the second smoke guiding groove 327 with the first smoke guiding groove 328, and an oil blocking wall 320 protruding from the smoke collecting groove 329 and surrounding the connecting channel 326, wherein the oil blocking wall 320 can be used for preventing the grease from flowing into the smoke collecting chamber 330.
Referring to fig. 13, 15 and 16, it is important that the third embodiment integrally forms the smoke collecting seat 33 (see fig. 3) of the first embodiment on the housing 31, and is combined with the structure of the housing 31, and the connecting channel 326 is turned upwards to the smoke collecting chamber 330, so that the housing 31 is designed to have a straight channel 391 directly connecting to the upper side of the connecting channel 326, and a lateral channel 392 laterally connecting to the smoke collecting chamber 330 from the straight channel 391, that is, the filter 41 is dislocated with the connecting channel 326 at the opening of the second baking tray 32, so as to prevent the activated carbon fine powder or dust from dropping into the baking space 7.
By way of illustration, the housing 31 has a chimney wall 317 surrounding and defining the straight channel 391, a smoke baffle wall 318 laterally formed inside the chimney wall 317 and above the straight channel 391, the base wall 331 laterally projecting outwardly from the chimney wall 317, the smoke collecting wall 332 projecting upwardly from the base wall 331 and surrounding the chimney wall 317, and a housing wall 319 extending laterally outwardly from a side of the smoke collecting wall 332 remote from the base wall 331, the base wall 331 and the smoke collecting wall 332 cooperatively defining the smoke collecting chamber 330, the side of the chimney wall 317 adjacent the smoke collecting chamber 330 being perforated to form the lateral channel 392. The fume collecting wall 332 is a stepped annular wall with, in addition to the boss 338 protruding toward the fume collecting chamber 330, a pedestal 310 protruding toward the fume collecting chamber 330 and flush with the fume retaining wall 318.
The filter device 4 has a positioning seat 43 combined with the fume-exhausting cover 42 for positioning the filter 41 in the fume-collecting chamber 330, in addition to the filter 41 mounted on the boss 338 and the fume-exhausting cover 42 covering the fume-collecting chamber 330. The positioning seat 43 is detachably mounted on the smoke blocking wall 318 and the supporting platform 310, and has a surrounding wall 431 surrounding the filter 41 and having a bottom portion resting on the supporting platform 310, a mounting wall 432 protruding laterally outward from the bottom portion of the surrounding wall 431 and mounted on the smoke blocking wall 318, a connecting wall 433 protruding upward from the mounting wall 432 and connecting the surrounding wall 431, and a top edge 434 extending laterally outward and downward from the top portions of the surrounding wall 431 and the connecting wall 433. The top wall 434 has a plurality of notches 336 spaced apart for the hooks 424 of the lid 42 to be inserted into the hooks.
When the third embodiment is used, the cooking fume generated by the frying and baking will flow upward through the connecting channel 326, naturally upward into the straight channel 391 and then enter the smoke collecting chamber 330 through the lateral channel 392, and then be directly discharged from the smoke discharging hole 423 after passing through the filter 41. When the filter 41 is used for a certain period of time and needs to be replaced, the filter 41 can be replaced by taking the positioning seat 43 together with the smoke evacuation cover 42 away from the housing 31.
Referring to fig. 17, a fourth embodiment of the frying and roasting device of the present invention has substantially the same construction as the third embodiment except that: the frying and baking space 7 is an arc-shaped cavity, so as to be beneficial to baking fish, the first heating portion 223 of the first baking tray 22 has a first frying and baking surface 71 facing the frying and baking space 7, the second heating portion 323 of the second baking tray 32 has a second frying and baking surface 72 facing the frying and baking space 7, in the fourth embodiment, the second frying and baking surface 72 gradually extends towards the first baking tray 22 from the center to the left and right sides in an arc manner, and by the design, the baked fish can be heated uniformly, and the frying and baking coloring effect is good. Of course, the first baking surface 71 can also be gradually curved towards the second baking tray 32 from the center to the left and right sides in design, so that the upper and lower sides of the baking space 7 are arc-shaped, and in addition, the second baking surface 72 and the first baking surface 71 can also be formed with concave-convex lines, which can present baking lines, so as to have good baking effect.
As can be seen from the above description, the structure of the present invention that the filtering device 4 is disposed above the housing 31 and above the frying and baking space 7 is novel, and the cooperation of the above components can achieve the effects of reducing the volume, facilitating the storage, and improving the flatness and the appearance of the frying and baking device. In addition, the above structure can also allow the generated oil fume to automatically pass through the filter 41 upwards, so as to achieve the purpose of automatically and smoothly exhausting the oil fume without power, thereby achieving the purposes of reducing the manufacturing cost and saving energy. The detachable structure of the filter device 4 and the smoke collecting seat 33 of the second embodiment of the present invention not only facilitates the disassembly and replacement of the filter element 41 to maintain good filtering effect, but also has the effect of convenient cleaning, so the present invention is a frying and roasting device with novel and practical structure. In addition to omitting the arrangement of the smoke collecting seat 33 to simplify the structure and facilitate assembly, the third embodiment of the present invention can prevent the active carbon fine powder or dust from directly falling into the frying and baking space 7 by the dislocation design of the smoke collecting chamber 330 and the connecting channel 326, thereby improving the efficacy of sanitation and safety.

Claims (21)

1. A frying and roasting device comprises a first frying and roasting seat and a second frying and roasting seat which is connected with the first frying and roasting seat and can be switched between an open position and a closed position, wherein when the first frying and roasting seat and the second frying and roasting seat are matched to define a frying and roasting space when the second frying and roasting seat is in the closed position; the method is characterized in that:
The second baking seat is provided with a second baking tray and a smoke collecting chamber which is arranged in the second baking tray, is communicated with the baking space when in the closed position and corresponds to the baking space up and down, and the second baking tray is provided with a second tray wall, a second smoke blocking wall which protrudes from the second tray wall and surrounds the smoke collecting chamber, a first smoke guiding groove which extends forwards and backwards and guides the oil smoke to the smoke collecting chamber, and two second smoke guiding grooves which surround the second smoke blocking wall and guide the oil smoke to the smoke collecting chamber.
2. The frying and roasting equipment according to claim 1, wherein: the second frying and baking seat is pivotally arranged above the first frying and baking seat, and the smoke collecting chamber is positioned above the frying and baking space when the second frying and baking seat is at the closing position.
3. The frying and roasting equipment according to claim 1, wherein: the second baking tray is also provided with a smoke collecting groove which extends outwards transversely from one side of the smoke collecting chamber facing the baking space and is communicated with the second smoke guiding groove and the first smoke guiding groove, and an oil blocking wall which protrudes from the smoke collecting groove and surrounds the smoke collecting chamber to prevent grease from flowing into the smoke collecting chamber.

The frying and roasting equipment according to claim 2, wherein: the first frying and baking seat is provided with a first baking tray, the first baking tray is provided with a first tray wall used for bearing food and a first smoke baffle wall protruding from the first tray wall, when the second frying and baking seat is positioned at the closing position, the second smoke baffle wall is inserted with the first smoke baffle wall, and the first tray wall and the second tray wall are positioned at the opposite sides of the frying and baking space.
5. The frying and roasting equipment as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the first tray wall is provided with a first heating part surrounded by the first smoke baffle wall, the second tray wall is provided with a second heating part surrounded by the second smoke baffle wall, and the frying and baking device further comprises two heating parts for respectively providing heat sources of the first heating part and the second heating part.

The frying and roasting equipment according to claim 5, wherein: the first tray wall is also provided with an oil guide part extending downwards from the first heating part and a first pivoting part which is respectively positioned at the opposite side of the first heating part from the oil guide part, the frying and baking device also comprises an oil collecting container positioned below the oil guide part, the first frying and baking seat is also provided with a bottom shell for the first baking tray to be installed, and a bracket which is pivotally arranged below the bottom shell and is adjacent to the first pivoting part, when the bracket is positioned at the opening position, the inclination of the first tray wall is enlarged, so that grease flows to the oil collecting container.
7. The frying and roasting equipment according to claim 5, wherein: the first tray wall is also provided with an oil guide part which extends downwards from the first heating part, a first pivoting part which is respectively positioned at the opposite side of the first heating part from the oil guide part, the frying and baking device also comprises an oil collecting container positioned below the oil guide part, the first frying and baking seat is also provided with a bottom shell for the first baking tray to be installed, and a bracket which is fixedly formed below the bottom shell and is adjacent to the first pivoting part, and the first tray wall is downwards inclined from the first pivoting part to the direction of the oil guide part so that grease flows to the oil collecting container.

The frying and roasting equipment according to claim 5, wherein: the first heating part is provided with a plurality of ribs which are spaced from each other and extend forwards and backwards, the first tray wall is also provided with an oil guide part which extends downwards from the first heating part, and a first pivoting part which is respectively positioned at the opposite side of the first heating part from the oil guide part, the first baking tray is also provided with a plurality of blocking hooks which are protruded from the oil guide part, the blocking hooks are correspondingly positioned in front of the ribs, the baking device also comprises an oil collecting container positioned below the oil guide part, the first baking seat is also provided with a bottom shell for mounting the first baking tray, and a bracket which is formed below the bottom shell and is adjacent to the first pivoting part, and the first tray wall is downwards inclined from the first pivoting part to the direction of the oil guide part so that grease flows to the oil collecting container.
9. The frying and roasting equipment as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the second baking seat is also provided with a shell covered outside the second baking tray and a smoke collecting seat which is arranged on the shell and is provided with the smoke collecting chamber.

The frying and roasting equipment as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the second frying and baking seat is also provided with a fixed seat which is arranged on the shell and can allow the oil fume in the frying and baking space to pass through, the fume collecting seat is detachably arranged on the fixed seat, and the frying and baking device also comprises a filter device arranged on the fume collecting seat.

The frying and roasting equipment as claimed in claim 10, wherein: the fixing seat is provided with a fixing wall combined on the shell and a ventilation wall lower than the fixing wall, the fixing wall is provided with two spaced guide grooves, the ventilation wall is provided with at least one ventilation hole communicated with the frying and baking space, the smoke collecting seat is provided with a base wall, a smoke collecting surrounding wall surrounding the base wall and two guide rails protruding from the smoke collecting surrounding wall and capable of moving in the guide grooves respectively, and the filtering device is provided with a filtering piece arranged in the smoke collecting chamber and a smoke discharging cover detachably sleeved with the smoke collecting seat.

The frying and roasting equipment as claimed in claim 11, wherein: the second frying and baking seat is also provided with a clamping component arranged on the shell, and the clamping component is provided with a clamping block and an elastic piece which supports the clamping block to prevent the smoke collecting seat from being separated from the fixed seat.

The frying and roasting equipment as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the second baking tray is also provided with a connection channel which protrudes upwards from the second tray wall and is connected with the smoke collecting chamber and the frying and baking space, the smoke collecting tray is provided with a base wall, a smoke collecting surrounding wall which surrounds the base wall and protrudes upwards to jointly define the smoke collecting chamber, a smoke collecting bottom wall which is lower than the base wall, and a connecting wall which is connected between the base wall and the smoke collecting bottom wall, and the smoke collecting bottom wall is provided with at least one smoke collecting hole which is communicated with the connection channel and the smoke collecting chamber.

The frying and roasting equipment as claimed in claim 13, wherein: the fume collecting wall of the fume collecting seat has at least one boss protruding toward the fume collecting chamber, and the frying and roasting device also includes a filter unit with a filter element mounted on the at least one boss and a fume exhausting cover for removably mounting the filter element inside the fume collecting chamber, the fume exhausting cover having at least one fume exhausting hole for exhausting fume after passing through the filter element.

The frying and roasting equipment as claimed in claim 16, wherein: the shell is provided with a smoke tube wall surrounding and defining the straight channel, a smoke blocking wall transversely formed on the inner side of the smoke tube wall and positioned above the straight channel, a base wall transversely protruding outwards from the smoke tube wall, a smoke collecting surrounding wall protruding upwards from the base wall and surrounding and connecting the smoke tube wall, and a shell wall transversely extending outwards from one side of the smoke collecting surrounding wall far away from the base wall, wherein the base wall and the smoke collecting surrounding wall are matched to define the smoke collecting chamber, one side of the smoke tube wall adjacent to the smoke collecting chamber is communicated to form the lateral channel, and the second disc wall is also provided with a connecting ring wall upwards protruding to the smoke tube wall and defining the connecting channel.
