Abstract
本发明提供了一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘及其加工方法,包括基体,所述基体外侧为热压形成的加固部,所述加固部上设有多个扣接孔,所述加固部外侧设有多个扣接耳,扣接孔的数量与扣接耳的数量相同。本发明的有益效果为:由于无纺布的特殊结构,所以具有吸音效果,可以防止或减少外界的噪音传递到房间内,而且多个拼接片可以拼接成需要的大小,使用方便。使用多个颜色的拼接片拼接形成的窗帘还具有美观的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘及其加工方法。
背景技术
无纺布(英文名:Non Woven Fabric或者Nonwoven cloth)又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点,所以无纺布在多个领域得到大力发展。
静音窗帘也叫隔音窗帘,是安装在窗户上使用隔音材料制作的窗帘,现有的静音窗帘多采用传统方式安装,在使用时,需要定制与窗户相适应尺寸,而且价格较高,使用不美观、不新颖。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘以解决背景技术中提及问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘,由多个拼接片拼接而成,所述拼接片包括基体,所述基体外侧为热压形成的加固部,所述加固部上设有多个扣接孔,所述加固部外侧设有多个扣接耳,扣接孔的数量与扣接耳的数量相同。
进一步的技术方案,所述扣接耳包括插入部与连接部,连接部连接加固部与插入部,在插入部靠近连接部位置两侧向外突出形成扣耳。
进一步的技术方案,基体的形状为圆形。
进一步的技术方案,基体的形状为正多边形。
进一步的技术方案,基体的形状为正四边形。
进一步的技术方案,基体的形状为正六边形。
进一步的技术方案,所述拼接片采用多层结构叠放加工,所述的多层结构从上到下依次为针轧棉、热熔膜、平铺棉、热熔膜、平铺棉、热熔膜和针轧棉,所述针轧棉、热熔膜和平铺棉为无纺布方式制作。
一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘的加工方法,包括以上步骤:
S1:叠放,将成卷的无纺布的针轧棉、热熔膜、平铺棉、热熔膜、平铺棉、热熔膜和针轧棉从上到下依次叠放设置;
S2:初裁切,完成S1后,先裁切成块,每块可以加工成多个拼接片;
S3:加热,将烤箱设置为120℃-150℃之间,加热2-3分钟,使针轧棉、热熔膜、平铺棉软化;
S4:压固,完成S3后,直接输送到热压机的模具上压出适当的形状,其中在加固部施加的压力最大,使加固部形成一个整体,确保整个拼接片的牢固度;
S5:精裁切,完成S4后,输送到裁切模具上,裁切出单个拼接片的形状及扣接孔与扣接耳的形状,再将多个拼接片拼接成需要的尺寸形成窗帘。
本发明的有益效果为:由于无纺布的特殊结构,所以具有吸音效果,可以防止或减少外界的噪音传递到房间内,而且多个拼接片可以拼接成需要的大小,使用方便。使用多个颜色的拼接片拼接形成的窗帘还具有美观的效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明:
实施例一,如图1所示,一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘,由多个拼接片拼接而成,所述拼接片包括基体1,所述基体1外侧为热压形成的加固部2,所述加固部2上设有多个扣接孔21,所述加固部2外侧设有多个扣接耳3,扣接孔21的数量与扣接耳3的数量相同,如图3,在使用时,其中一个拼接片上扣接耳3插入到另一个拼接片的扣接孔21内,而另一个拼接片上扣接耳3插入到一个拼接片的扣接孔21内,多个拼接片依次拼接形成需要的尺寸的窗帘,本实施例中基体1的形状为圆形,扣接孔21与扣接耳3交替阵列设置,其中扣接孔21与扣接耳3相对设置,即在位置上对称设置(但并不是尺寸上也对称),在拼接时,一个拼接片外周与其直接相临的拼接片的数量最多等于扣接耳3加上扣接孔21的和,以实施例一的图3为例,实施例一的拼接片有3个扣接耳3和3个扣接孔21,所以实施例一的拼接片外周最多有6个拼接片。
进一步的技术方案,所述扣接耳3包括插入部33与连接部31,连接部31连接加固部2与插入部33,在插入部33靠近连接部31位置两侧向外突出形成扣耳32,在使用时,插入部33插入到扣接孔21内,扣耳32与扣接孔21卡接。
基体1的形状除了圆形外,也可以是正多边形,如实施例二与实施例三。
实施例二,如图5所示,基体1的形状为正四边形,与实施例一的不同之处是,基体1与加固部2的形状为正四边形,圆形基体1的拼接片在拼接成窗帘时,拼接片之间会有缝隙,多个四边形拼接成窗帘时不会的缝隙。
实施例三,如图6所示,基体1的形状为正六边形。与实施例一的不同之处是,基体1与加固部2的形状为正六边形;与实施例二的不同之处是,扣接孔21与扣接耳3交替设置,实施例三同样克服了实施例一中拼接片之间有缝隙的缺陷。
进一步的技术方案,如图3,实施例一、二和三,全部采用多层结构叠放加工,所述的多层结构从上到下依次为针轧棉4、热熔膜5、平铺棉6、热熔膜5、平铺棉6、热熔膜5和针轧棉4,所述针轧棉4、热熔膜5和平铺棉6为无纺布方式制作。
针轧棉4:在最外层,不但牢固度比热熔膜5和平铺棉6相好,而且在生产时还可以根据需要生产不颜色,还具有吸音的效果。
热熔膜5:在经过加热与压固时,可以起到粘结的作用。
平铺棉6:起到支撑及吸音的效果。
如图4、一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘的加工方法,包括以上步骤:
S1:叠放,将成卷的无纺布的针轧棉4、热熔膜5、平铺棉6、热熔膜5、平铺棉6、热熔膜5和针轧棉4从上到下依次叠放设置;
S2:初裁切,完成S1后,先裁切成块,每块可以加工成多个拼接片,块的大小由S3中的烤箱与S4的压固模具的大小决定,如,当压固模具一次可以同样压固6个拼接片,初裁切成的块的大小就等于6个拼接片。
S3:加热,将烤箱设置为120℃-150℃之间,加热2-3分钟,使针轧棉4、热熔膜5、平铺棉6软化;
S4:压固,完成S3后,直接输送到热压机的模具上压出适当的形状,其中在加固部2施加的压力最大,使加固部2形成一个整体,确保整个拼接片的牢固度;
S5:精裁切,完成S4后,输送到裁切模具上,裁切出单个拼接片的形状及扣接孔21与扣接耳3的形状,再将多个拼接片拼接成需要的尺寸形成窗帘。

1.一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘,其特征在于:由多个拼接片拼接而成,所述拼接片包括基体,所述基体外侧为热压形成的加固部,所述加固部上设有多个扣接孔,所述加固部外侧设有多个扣接耳,扣接孔的数量与扣接耳的数量相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘,其特征在于:所述扣接耳包括插入部与连接部,连接部连接加固部与插入部,在插入部靠近连接部位置两侧向外突出形成扣耳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘,其特征在于:所述基体的形状为圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘,其特征在于:所述基体的形状为正多边形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘,其特征在于:所述基体的形状为正四边形。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘,其特征在于:所述基体的形状为正六边形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘,其特征在于:所述拼接片采用多层结构叠放加工,所述的多层结构从上到下依次为针轧棉、热熔膜、平铺棉、热熔膜、平铺棉、热熔膜和针轧棉,所述针轧棉、热熔膜和平铺棉为无纺布方式制作。
8.一种无纺布拼接式静音窗帘的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以上步骤:
S1:叠放,将成卷的无纺布的针轧棉、热熔膜、平铺棉、热熔膜、平铺棉、热熔膜和针轧棉从上到下依次叠放设置;
S2:初裁切,完成S1后,先裁切成块,每块可以加工成多个拼接片;
S3:加热,将烤箱设置为120℃-150℃之间,加热2-3分钟,使针轧棉、热熔膜、平铺棉软化;
S4:压固,完成S3后,直接输送到热压机的模具上压出适当的形状,其中在加固部施加的压力最大,使加固部形成一个整体,确保整个拼接片的牢固度;
S5:精裁切,完成S4后,输送到裁切模具上,裁切出单个拼接片的形状及扣接孔与扣接耳的形状,再将多个拼接片拼接成需要的尺寸形成窗帘。
