Abstract

一种显示器升降装置包括固定架及用于固定显示器的挂架。所述固定架包括两间隔设置的两固定杆及连接于两固定杆之间的底座。所述显示器升降装置还包括两滑动杆、连接座、驱动装置及丝杆。所述两滑动杆与所述挂架连接并滑动地固定于所述两固定杆上,所述连接座固定于所述两滑动杆之间,所述丝杆固定于所述底座上,所述驱动装置固定于所述连接座上并滑动地置于所述丝杆上,所述驱动装置沿所述丝杆上升降时带动所述滑动杆沿所述固定杆滑动从而带动所述挂架升降。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示器升降装置。
背景技术
显示器越来越多地应用于各种场所,如家中、露天或展厅中。显示器的固定方式包括壁挂式,虽然壁挂式的显示器可根据用户需要确定显示器的高度。但显示器在固定好后再调节高度时需要拆卸对显示支架后进行再次安装才能完成,如此,十分不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可方便用户调节显示器的高度的显示器升降装置。
一种显示器升降装置,包括固定架及用于固定显示器的挂架,所述固定架包括两间隔设置的两固定杆及连接于两固定杆之间的底座,所述显示器升降装置还包括两滑动杆、连接座、驱动装置及丝杆,所述两滑动杆与所述挂架连接并滑动地固定于所述两固定杆上,所述连接座固定于所述两滑动杆之间,所述丝杆固定于所述底座上,所述驱动装置固定于所述连接座上并滑动地置于所述丝杆上,所述驱动装置沿所述丝杆上升降时带动所述滑动杆沿所述固定杆滑动从而带动所述挂架升降。
上述显示器升降装置通过所述驱动装置在所述丝杆上滑动带动所述滑动杆滑动,从而带动所述挂架升降,用户在调节显示器高度时方便快捷。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图6,一种显示器升降装置100包括固定架20及用于固定显示器的挂架40。所述固定架20包括两间隔设置的两固定杆22及连接于两固定架20之间的底座24。所述显示器升降装置100还包括两滑动杆60、连接座70、驱动装置80及丝杆90。所述两滑动杆60与所述挂架40连接并滑动地固定于所述两固定杆22上。所述连接座70固定于所述两滑动杆60之间。所述丝杆90固定于所述底座24上。所述驱动装置80固定于所述连接座70上并滑动地置于所述丝杆90上。所述驱动装置沿所述丝杆90上升降时带动所述滑动杆60沿所述固定杆22滑动从而使与挂设显示器的挂架40升降,进而实现显示器的升降。
在本实施方式中,所述驱动装置80为升降手轮。所述升降手轮包括转轮82、与转轮82固定连接的蜗杆84及与蜗杆84啮合的第一蜗轮86。所述第一蜗轮86套设于所述丝杆90上并与所述丝杆90螺合。所述转轮82在第一方向被转动时,所述第一蜗轮86随之转动,由于所述丝杆90固定于所述底座24上,所述第一蜗轮86带动所述连接座70在丝杆90上向上滑动,从而带动所述显示器上升。所述转轮82在第二方向被转动时,所述第一蜗轮86带动所述连接座70在丝杆90上向下滑动,从而带动所述显示器下降。
在另一实施方式中,所述驱动装置80包括控制开关、电机及控制器。所述控制开关及电机与所述控制器电连接。所述控制开关及所述控制器可设置于所述底座24上。所述控制器根据控制开关的开信号及关信号控制所述电机的转动与停转。所述电机包括转轴(图未示)及第二蜗轮(图未示)。所述转轴外形成蜗轮齿,所述蜗轮齿与所述第二蜗轮啮合。所述第二蜗轮套设于所述丝杆90上并与所述丝杆90螺合。
所述底座24的底部设置有至少三个万向脚轮26。在本实施方式中,所述底座设置有四个万向脚轮26。通过所述万向脚轮26实现所述显示器升降装置100的移动。
所述两固定杆22形成相向的两滑槽28。所述两滑动杆60滑动地置于所述两滑槽28内。所述两滑槽28包括第一滑槽27及与第一滑槽27连通的第二滑槽29。所述滑动杆60包括杆体62及固定于杆体62的一侧的多个滚轮64。所述杆体62置于所述第一滑槽27内,所述滚轮64置于所述第二滑槽29内。所述滚轮64的直径小于所述杆体62的宽度。所述第一滑槽27的相对两边缘凸设有两凸条30。所述杆体62的相对两侧形成两导槽66。所述两凸条30滑动地置于所述两导槽66内。
所述显示器升降装置100还包括主轴92、次轴94及两调节件96。所述挂架40通过所述主轴92与所述滑动杆60转动连接。所述滑动杆60上形成有调节孔68及固定孔69。所述次轴94上形成容置孔98。所述次轴94与所述挂架40固定并活动地置于所述调节孔68内。所述调节件96的一端穿过所述固定孔69并固定于所述容置孔98中。所述调节件96在所述固定孔69的轴向上活动时使所述次轴94在所述调节孔68内移动从而使所述挂架40绕所述主轴92转动。
所述调节件96包括螺纹杆91、位于螺纹杆91的一端的光杆93、位于螺纹杆91的另一端的操作部95。所述固定孔69为螺纹孔。所述螺纹杆91活动地固定于所述螺纹孔内,所述光杆93固定于所述容置孔98内。所述光杆93与所述螺纹杆91之间形成台阶97,所述台阶97与所述次轴94相抵持。
所述挂架40包括连接件42及架体44。所述主轴92固定于所述两所述滑动杆60。所述连接件42与所述架体44固定并转动地固定于所述主轴92上。所述连接件42包括置于两所述滑动杆60的相对两侧的两连接片46。所述架体44包括置于两所述滑动杆60的相背两侧两固定片48。所述连接片46上形成第一定位孔50。所述固定片48上形成第二定位孔52。所述次轴94置于所述第一定位孔50、调节孔68及第二定位孔52内,并通过螺母54将所述次轴94与所述固定片48及所述连接片46固定。
上述显示器升降装置100通过所述驱动装置80在所述丝杆90上滑动带动所述滑动杆60滑动,从而带动所述挂架40升降,使用户在使用过程中可方便地调节所述显示器的高度。

Claims (9)

1.一种显示器升降装置,包括固定架及用于固定显示器的挂架,其特征在于:所述固定架包括两间隔设置的两固定杆及连接于两固定杆之间的底座,所述显示器升降装置还包括两滑动杆、连接座、驱动装置及丝杆,所述两滑动杆与所述挂架连接并滑动地固定于所述两固定杆上,所述连接座固定于所述两滑动杆之间,所述丝杆固定于所述底座上,所述驱动装置固定于所述连接座上并滑动地置于所述丝杆上,所述驱动装置沿所述丝杆上升降时带动所述滑动杆沿所述固定杆滑动从而带动所述挂架升降,所述显示器升降装置还包括主轴、次轴及调节件,所述挂架通过所述主轴与所述滑动杆转动连接,所述滑动杆上形成有调节孔及固定孔,所述次轴上形成容置孔,所述次轴与所述挂架固定并活动地置于所述调节孔内,所述调节件的一端穿过所述固定孔并固定于所述容置孔中,所述调节件在所述固定孔的轴向上活动时使所述次轴在所述调节孔内移动从而使所述挂架绕所述主轴转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器升降装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为升降手轮,所述升降手轮包括转轮、与所述转轮固定连接的蜗杆及与蜗杆啮合的第一蜗轮,所述第一蜗轮套设于所述丝杆上并与所述丝杆螺合。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示器升降装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括控制开关、电机及控制器,所述控制开关及电机与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器根据控制开关的开信号及关信号控制所述电机的转动与停转,所述电机包括转轴及第二蜗轮,所述转轴外形成蜗轮齿,所述蜗轮齿与所述第二蜗轮啮合,所述第二蜗轮套设于所述丝杆上并与所述丝杆螺合。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示器升降装置,其特征在于,所述底座的底部设置有至少三个万向脚轮。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示器升降装置,其特征在于,所述两固定杆形成相向的两滑槽,所述两滑动杆滑动地置于所述两滑槽内。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示器升降装置,其特征在于,所述两滑槽包括第一滑槽及与第一滑槽连通的第二滑槽,所述滑动杆包括杆体及固定于杆体的一侧的多个滚轮,所述杆体置于所述第一滑槽内,所述滚轮置于所述第二滑槽内,所述滚轮的直径小于所述杆体的宽度。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示器升降装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑槽的相对两边缘凸设有两凸条,所述杆体的相对两侧形成两导槽,所述两凸条滑动地置于所述两导槽内。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示器升降装置,其特征在于,所述调节件包括螺纹杆、位于螺纹杆的一端的光杆、位于螺纹杆的另一端的操作部,所述固定孔为螺纹孔,所述螺纹杆活动地固定于所述螺纹孔内,所述光杆固定于所述容置孔内,所述光杆与所述螺纹杆之间形成台阶,所述台阶与所述次轴相抵持。
9.如权利要求1所述的显示器升降装置,其特征在于,其特征在于:所述挂架包括连接件及架体,所述主轴固定于两所述滑动杆,所述连接件与所述架体固定并转动地固定于所述主轴上。
