一种车内自动降温换气装置,由太阳能电池板、温度传感器、蓄电池、导线、制冷模块、风机、进气口、排气口、电磁气阀和微电脑模块组成,太阳能电池板安装在车辆的外侧,温度传感器安装在车厢内,进气口安装在车辆的一端,进气口的外侧设有一个电磁气阀,一个风机的吹风端朝向进气口内侧安装在进气口中,制冷模块安装在进气口的内侧,排气口安装在车辆的另一端,一个风机的吹风端朝向排气口的外侧安装在排气口中,排气口的外侧设有一个电磁气阀,蓄电池安装在车辆的后部,太阳能电池板的输出电极经导线连接在蓄电池的充电电极上,温度传感器、制冷模块、风机、微电脑模块和电磁气阀的输入电极经导线连接在蓄电池的输出电极上。

一种车内自动降温换气装置。
背景技术
目前,车内没有自动降温和换气的装置,在天气较热时,如果将车停在阳光可以照射到的地方,车内温度会迅速上升,车内较高的温度会对车内的物品造成不利的影响,还会加速车辆内饰的老化,同时会使车内的内饰和物品释放出大量有害气体,在司机和乘客进气车内后,不仅会感到闷热,还会闻到难闻的气味,不利于司机和乘客的健康。
发明内容
为了解决目前没有能够自动对车内进行降温和换气的装置的问题,本发明提供一种车内自动降温换气装置。该车内自动降温换气装置的微电脑模块通过温度传感器检测到车内的温度高于设定值时,即打开进气口和排气口外侧电磁气阀,并启动进气口和排气口中的风机,同时启动进气口内侧的制冷模块,对车内进行降温和换气,直至车内温度降到设定值。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该车内自动降温换气装置由太阳能电池板、温度传感器、蓄电池、导线、制冷模块、风机、进气口、排气口、电磁气阀和微电脑模块组成,太阳能电池板安装在车辆的外侧,温度传感器安装在车厢内,进气口安装在车辆的一端,进气口的外侧设有一个电磁气阀,一个风机的吹风端朝向进气口内侧安装在进气口中,制冷模块安装在进气口的内侧,排气口安装在车辆的另一端,一个风机的吹风端朝向排气口的外侧安装在排气口中,排气口的外侧设有一个电磁气阀,蓄电池安装在车辆的后部,太阳能电池板的输出电极经导线连接在蓄电池的充电电极上,温度传感器、制冷模块、风机、微电脑模块和电磁气阀的输入电极经导线连接在蓄电池的输出电极上,温度传感器的信号输出端连接在微电脑模块的信号输入端,制冷模块、风机和电磁气阀的信号输入端连接在微电脑模块的信号输出端;微电脑模块通过温度传感器检测到车内的温度高于设定值时,即打开进气口和排气口外侧电磁气阀,并启动进气口和排气口中的风机,同时启动进气口内侧的制冷模块,对车内进行降温和换气,直至车内温度降到设定值。
本发明的有益效果是,其通过太阳能电池板供电,不消耗车辆启动蓄电池的电能,可在车内温度较高时,自动对车内进行降温和换气,有得于司机和乘客的舒适和健康。

该车内自动降温换气装置由太阳能电池板、温度传感器(1)、蓄电池、导线、制冷模块(3)、风机(4)、进气口、排气口、电磁气阀(5)和微电脑模块(2)组成,太阳能电池板安装在车辆的外侧,温度传感器安装在车厢内,进气口安装在车辆的一端,进气口的外侧设有一个电磁气阀,一个风机的吹风端朝向进气口内侧安装在进气口中,制冷模块安装在进气口的内侧,排气口安装在车辆的另一端,一个风机的吹风端朝向排气口的外侧安装在排气口中,排气口的外侧设有一个电磁气阀,蓄电池安装在车辆的后部,太阳能电池板的输出电极经导线连接在蓄电池的充电电极上,温度传感器、制冷模块、风机、微电脑模块和电磁气阀的输入电极经导线连接在蓄电池的输出电极上,温度传感器的信号输出端连接在微电脑模块的信号输入端,制冷模块、风机和电磁气阀的信号输入端连接在微电脑模块的信号输出端;微电脑模块通过温度传感器检测到车内的温度高于设定值时,即打开进气口和排气口外侧电磁气阀,并启动进气口和排气口中的风机,同时启动进气口内侧的制冷模块,对车内进行降温和换气,直至车内温度降到设定值。
