Abstract

本发明公开了一种以反式肉桂酸为主要成分的绿色环保杀菌剂的新型配方及施用方法。该杀菌剂以反式肉桂酸为主要杀菌成分，辅以分散剂、土壤连作障碍抑制剂。使用前固(反式肉桂酸及土壤连作障碍抑制剂)、液(分散剂)分装，达到了降低生产、储存成本目的；同时提供了一种施用方法，即将固液混合，以水稀释1000倍，淋水装置喷洒，以达到保护环境，提高农业安全的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于农业保护领域，具体涉及一种新型绿色环保杀菌剂的配方及施用方法。
背景技术
生姜是一种高效高产的经济作物，兼具药用和食用价值，国内外市场需求量很大，在我国中部、东南部至西南部各省广为栽培。但随着种植面积的扩大，病害的控制及防治也成为不可忽视的问题。据国内外有关生姜病害的文献报道和统计，生姜上可发生的侵染性病害包括真菌性病害、细菌性病害、病毒性病害及线虫性病害等。生姜茎基腐病是生姜生产中为害较为严重的一种真菌病害。
生姜茎基腐病又称为生姜软腐病、生姜腐霉病等，俗称生姜烂脖子病，是由腐霉菌侵染引起的一种土传真菌病害，该病发生与气候及土壤、湿度、温度等生态坏境密切相关。为了抑制此病害，每年有大量的化学药剂被使用在农业中。化学农药虽然具有杀菌谱广、见效快、成本低、使用简便等优点，可以在最短时间内起到显著防效，成为防病丰产的重要手段，但农药残留已经成为威胁消费者健康的重要隐患。开发高效、安全的药剂成为捍卫食品安全的重要保证之一。
反式肉桂酸(TCA)主要用于香精香料、食品添加剂、医药工业、美容、农药、有机合成等方面，在农业中常作为生长促进剂和长效杀菌剂而用于果蔬防腐，是一种有杀菌作用且低毒性的药剂，具有应用开发潜质。
发明内容
针对现状，本发明提供一种反式肉桂酸杀菌剂的配方及施用方法，能够代替传统剧毒农药，同时大幅度降低生产成本，也减少了对环境和消费者的危害。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种反式肉桂酸杀菌剂，所述杀菌剂包括两个使用前独立分装的部分。药剂1包括质量百分比为40％的反式肉桂酸和质量百分比为60％的连作障碍抑制剂；药剂2为分散剂；其中分散剂为吐温80与吐温20混合液；连作障碍抑制剂为多种饱和脂肪酸混合剂。
本发明还公开了上述反式肉桂酸杀菌剂的施用方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)使用前首先将药剂1与药剂2按1：1混合，以水稀释1000倍；
(2)用淋水装置将稀释液淋洒于未播种的土壤中；
(3)将土壤轻翻，使浅层土壤与药剂充分混合。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明在药剂储存过程中，将固、液分别包装，提高了药剂稳定性和安全性，降低了生产、储存成本。
在施用过程中，提高了效率，降低了药剂残留，保证了安全性，还减少了对环境的污染。

Claims (10)

1.一种新型绿色环保杀菌剂，其特征在于杀菌剂以反式肉桂酸为主要成分，辅以分散剂、土壤连作障碍抑制剂，使用前固(反式肉桂酸及土壤连作障碍抑制剂)、液(分散剂)分装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂以反式肉桂酸为主要成分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂的辅助成分为分散剂、土壤连作障碍抑制剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂在使用前为固液分装。
5.根据权利要求1所述的，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂的固体包装内含有40％的反式肉桂酸和质量百分比为60％的连作障碍抑制剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的，其特征在于，所述杀菌剂的液体包装内含有分散剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的，其特征在于，连作障碍抑制剂为多种饱和脂肪酸混合剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的，其特征在于，分散剂为吐温80与吐温20混合液。
9.一种如权利要求1～8任一项所述的新型绿色环保杀菌剂的施用方法，其特征在于，所述施用方法包括如下步骤：
(1)使用前首先将药剂1与药剂2按1：1混合，以水稀释1000倍；
(2)用淋水装置将稀释液淋洒于未播种的土壤中；
(3)将土壤轻翻，使浅层土壤与药剂充分混合。
10.根据权利要求8所述的，其特征在于，药剂混合比为1:1。
