Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a specific implementation manner of a method for pushing a flow product, and referring to fig. 1, the method for pushing the flow product specifically includes the following steps:
step 100: according to signaling data transmitted in the LTE network, a target user terminal which is turned on again after the 4G function is actively closed by a user is determined, and the duration T of the 4G function of the target user terminal is recorded.
In step 100, the traffic product push system monitors signaling data transmitted in the LTE network, and if it is monitored that a currently transmitted signaling data corresponds to a 4G function of a user terminal and is actively turned off by the user, the user terminal is determined as a target user terminal, and continues to monitor the signaling data transmitted in the LTE network by the user terminal in a targeted manner, until it is detected that the 4G function of the target user terminal is turned on again, the duration T for which the 4G function of the target user terminal is turned off is recorded. It can be understood that, the manner of identifying the signaling data in the signaling data, in which the 4G function of the corresponding user terminal is actively closed or re-opened by the user, may be to set a preset condition according to a transmission rule of the signaling data in which the 4G function of the user terminal is actively closed or re-opened by the user, and identify and obtain the corresponding target user terminal by determining whether the signaling data satisfies the preset condition.
Step 200: and acquiring the terminal application accessed by the target user terminal within the duration T, and determining the use condition of each terminal application.
In step 200, after determining the duration T that the 4G function of the target user terminal is turned off, the traffic product pushing system obtains the terminal applications that the target user terminal accesses within the duration T, and determines the usage of each terminal application. It can be understood that, since the user still performs the internet access operation in other manners during the period of turning off the 4G function, in this embodiment, the non-4G traffic may refer to 2G traffic, 3G traffic, WLAN or broadband service; in addition, in this embodiment, the traffic product pushing system not only obtains the traffic usage of the user during the period of closing the 4G function, but also determines more accurately which terminal applications APP the user has applied during the next period, each terminal application APP has been opened several times, and the traffic consumed when each terminal application APP is used at each time, so that the corresponding traffic product can be pushed to the user more specifically and more finely according to the user habits and the specific consumption of the terminal applications APP.
Step 300: and searching a target flow product for pushing to the target user terminal in a preset flow product recommendation table according to the service condition of each terminal application, wherein the flow product recommendation table stores the service conditions of various terminal applications and the corresponding relationship between the flow products.
In step 300, the usage of each terminal application includes: the flow product pushing system firstly judges whether each terminal application is a common application or an unusual application in turn according to the non-4G flow consumption value and/or the use frequency of each terminal application; for the common application, according to the use frequency and the non-4G flow consumption value of the common application, or the use frequency and the non-4G flow consumption value, searching a target directional flow product for pushing to the target user terminal in the flow product recommendation table; and aiming at the non-use application, according to the use frequency and the non-4G flow consumption value of the non-use application or the use frequency and the non-4G flow consumption value, searching a target general flow product for pushing to the target user terminal in the flow product recommendation table.
It can be understood that, the specific manner for sequentially determining whether each terminal application is a common application or an unusual application according to the non-4G traffic consumption value and/or the usage frequency of each terminal application includes:
firstly, determining a first flow threshold value and a first frequency threshold value for determining whether to be a common application or not;
then, comparing the non-4G traffic consumption value of each terminal application with a first traffic threshold, if the non-4G traffic consumption value of a certain terminal application is greater than or equal to the first traffic threshold, indicating that the user consumes more traffic in the application during the period when the user closes the 4G function of the terminal, and determining the terminal application as a common application;
or comparing the use frequency of each terminal application with a first frequency threshold, if the use frequency of a certain terminal application is greater than or equal to the first frequency threshold, indicating that the user uses the returned terminal application for multiple times during the period that the user closes the 4G function of the terminal, and determining the terminal application as a frequently-used application;
in addition, for some special cases, the above two methods both have a problem that the obtained data is not accurate enough, for example, a user opens a certain application many times to query a certain data, but there is no substantial traffic consumption, or the user consumes a large amount of traffic in a certain application for a single time for a certain infrequent reason, for the above situations, the embodiment further provides a third method, which is: and selecting the terminal application which simultaneously meets the condition that the non-4G flow consumption value is greater than or equal to the first flow threshold value and the use frequency is greater than or equal to the first frequency threshold value as a common application.
In a specific example, the first flow threshold is 50M, and the manner of determining whether the application is a common application is described by taking the first flow threshold determination as an example:
during the period of closing the AG function, a user terminal accesses terminal applications a1 and a2, where a1 has a non-4G traffic consumption value of 56M and a usage frequency of 3 times, a1 has a non-4G traffic consumption value of 34M and a usage frequency of 2 times, then a1 is determined as a commonly used application, and a2 is determined as an unusually used application, and in an example of the traffic product recommendation table shown in table 1, a table lookup may indicate that a1 directional traffic data packet of 100M and a generic traffic packet of 50M should be pushed to the user terminal respectively.
TABLE 1

Figure BDA0001530344700000071
Step 400: and pushing the corresponding target flow product to the target user terminal.
In step 400, after determining a target flow product applicable to a current user, the flow product pushing system pushes the target flow product to the target user terminal, and it can be understood that a specific way of pushing the target flow product may be: and acquiring a subscription identifier of the target flow product, and pushing the subscription identifier to a target user terminal in a short message or application popup mode.
As can be seen from the above description, the traffic product pushing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention can accurately identify the time when the user actively closes and reopens the 4G function and the user behavior during the closing of the 4G function, and can accurately and efficiently determine different traffic products suitable for different users, so as to push traffic products with strong pertinence to the user, thereby implementing accurate marketing and accurate service for such users.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 2, step 100 in the method for pushing a flow product of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step 101: identifying first signaling meeting a first preset condition in signaling data transmitted in the LTE network, wherein the first signaling is used for indicating that the 4G function of the corresponding target user terminal is actively closed by a user, and recording the current time point T1.
It is understood that the signaling data may be a signaling data packet of an S1-MME interface, wherein the S1 interface is a communication interface between an LTE eNodeB (base station) and an EPC (packet core network), and the S1 interface is further divided into two interfaces, one S1-MME interface for a control plane and one S1-U interface for a user plane.
Step 102: and continuing to monitor signaling data, transmitted in the LTE network, of the target user terminal with the 4G function being closed by the user, if it is monitored that a second signaling meeting a second preset condition appears in the signaling data, transmitted in the LTE network, of the target user terminal, determining that the 4G function of the user terminal is re-opened, and recording a current time point T2, wherein the second signaling is used for indicating that the 4G function of the corresponding target user terminal is opened.
Step 103: determining a duration T for which the 4G function of the target user terminal is turned off according to time points T1 and T2.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, the method for pushing a traffic product according to the embodiment of the present invention can accurately and reliably identify a target user terminal that is turned on again after a 4G function is turned off by a user and a duration thereof, so as to provide an accurate data basis for subsequent pushing of the traffic product.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 3, step 200 in the method for pushing a flow product of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step 201: detecting whether the target user terminal generates 2G or 3G traffic within a duration time T, and entering step 202 if the target user terminal generates 2G or 3G traffic within the duration time T; if the target ue does not generate 2G or 3G traffic within the duration T, step 203 is performed.
Step 202: and acquiring the terminal application accessed by the target user terminal within the duration T, and determining the 2G or 3G flow consumption value and/or the use frequency of the user terminal in each terminal application.
Step 203: and continuously detecting whether the target user terminal uses the WLAN or the broadband internet access service to access the terminal application within the duration time T, if so, entering a step 204, otherwise, judging that the user does not carry out internet access operation during the period that the 4G function is closed by the user, and not pushing a flow product or a standard flow product to the user.
Step 204: and acquiring the terminal application accessed by the target user terminal within the duration T, and determining the WLAN or broadband flow consumption value and/or the use frequency of the user terminal in each terminal application.
As can be seen from the above description, the method for pushing a traffic product according to the specific embodiment of the present invention can accurately obtain the terminal applications that the target user terminal accesses within the duration T, and determine the usage of each terminal application, thereby providing an accurate data base for subsequent pushing of the traffic product.
On the basis of the above steps 201 to 204, a data supplementing manner may also be further included, which may be specifically embodied as steps a01 and a02, and the execution sequence of steps a01 and a02 and the above steps 201 to 204 is not sequential, referring to fig. 4, where the steps a01 and a02 specifically include the following contents:
step A01: and acquiring the terminal application accessed by the target user terminal within the duration T.
Step A02: and obtaining login data of the target user terminal in the duration T from associated websites or application operators, and determining a non-4G traffic consumption value and/or use frequency of the user terminal in each associated website or application operator according to the login data.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, the specific embodiment of the present invention provides a supplementary determination manner for determining the non-4G traffic consumption value and/or the usage frequency of the user terminal applied to each terminal, thereby improving the accuracy of acquiring the non-4G traffic consumption value and/or the usage frequency of the user terminal applied to each terminal.
In order to further explain the scheme, the invention also provides a specific application example of the traffic product pushing method, and the specific application example of the invention realizes that the LTE signaling carries out independent processing on the S1-MME signaling by utilizing the capabilities of preprocessing, stream processing and batch processing of a big data platform, and the cell switching signaling in the S1-MME signaling is separately shunted to a separate queue. For a specific example of the big data platform, see fig. 5; then, signaling for switching the users in the queue in the cell is processed through stream processing technology, and the users are landed as files through big data flash frame technology; the method comprises the following steps of putting a local file falling to the ground into a data warehouse through a Gbase loader tool, and then performing later data analysis and processing, wherein the flow product pushing method specifically comprises the following contents:
the method comprises the following steps: and recognizing the action of actively closing the 4G function by the user, and recording the operation time of closing the 4G function.
With the continuous expansion of the unified DPI technology and the requirement of the LTE unified DPI equipment specification, the unified DPI can acquire the related signaling for actively opening and closing the 4G function switch by the user. According to the fact that the unified DPI equipment can obtain related signaling at present, network signaling data are checked, and the obtaining of the related signaling that a user actively closes the 4G function is as follows: collecting S1-MME signaling, namely interface is 5; and wherein procedure _ type ═ 6 (indicating in Detach); and is
keyword _2 ═ 1 (indicating that the flow is initiated by the network side);
when the signaling characteristics are simultaneously appeared, the 4G function is determined to be actively closed by the current user, and the current time T1 is recorded.
Step two: and identifying the time for the user to turn on the 4G flow again for the user who actively turns off the 4G function.
For a user who monitors that the 4G function is actively closed, the user continues to detect the user and obtains a related signaling for opening the 4G function (this step cannot distinguish whether the 4G function is opened actively by the user or automatically connected by starting the device, but has no influence on the scheme), specifically: collecting S1-MME signaling, namely interface is 5; and wherein procedure _ type ═ 1 (indicating at Attach); and is
keyword _2 ═ 1 (indicating that the flow is initiated by the network side);
when the above-mentioned signaling feature occurs simultaneously, it is determined that the current user has enabled the 4G function again (for various reasons), and the current time T2 is recorded.
Step three: for users who have active 4G closing and re-opening operations, terminal application use conditions during 4G closing are identified.
On the basis of the first step and the second step, forming a time record of the user actively closing and re-opening the 4G function, and establishing a portrait of the user actively closing the 4G function according to the user behaviors in the period from the user T1 to the user T2, which specifically comprises the following steps:
1) obtaining the user 2,3G internet ticket during the period from T1 to T2, determining whether the user still generates other types of cellular network data traffic (for example, 2,3G traffic is generated, which means that the user only closes 4G traffic but not all data traffic, and switches to 2,3G for controlling the traffic usage), determining the terminal application of the user using the 2G and 3G flow according to the call ticket of the user and the 2,3G internet log, analyzing url in combination with user log to obtain flow and/or frequency of user accessing each application, marking the flow and/or frequency of application, namely, whether the traffic is a common application is judged according to whether the traffic unit time usage exceeds a certain threshold value, or judging whether the application is a common application according to whether the use frequency exceeds N times/6 hours.
2) If the operator data shows that no flow is generated in the period from T1 to T2, the WLAN log of the user in the period from T1 to T2 is obtained by considering the use of WLAN and broadband internet access services of the user and the cost condition of the flow for each terminal application used by the user through the WLAN and the broadband in the period, and the mac address information in the WLAN log can be found according to the mobile phone mac address of the user, so that the login information of each website and related application of the user in the period from T1 to T2 is found; and acquiring the traffic conditions (including accessed applications, use times, use traffic and the like) related to the user actively closing the 4G. The method can obtain more abundant data when the method has a cooperative relationship with other broadband operators, can find broadband service use conditions of the user (judged by using the mac address of the mobile phone) in other broadband operators in a time period from T1 to T2 in other broadband operators, and further enriches the integrity of application use of the user during 4G closing.
3) In addition to the two manners, the data can be further supplemented by directly acquiring user login data from websites or application operators having a cooperative relationship with the user, for example, the traffic usage of the user during the period from T1 to T2 is directly acquired from data of applications such as A3 and a32 according to the mobile phone number of the user who closes the 4G function, and the traffic of other social, shopping, video or tourism websites/applications can also be acquired after the user has a cooperative relationship.
During each user T1-T2, a record may be formed in step three, as in table 2 below.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0001530344700000121
Step four: establishing a corresponding relation dimension table among terminal applications, flow ranges and directional flow products, wherein the corresponding relation dimension table comprises the terminal applications, the flow starting, the flow ending and the directional flow products, and can conveniently recommend a directional flow packet of a corresponding grade aiming at the terminal applications commonly used by users and the flow using conditions, and establish the corresponding relation of the following table 3:
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0001530344700000122
Figure BDA0001530344700000131
Step five: and for the user who actively closes the 4G function and still uses the flow data through 2/3G or broadband during the 4G closing, according to the terminal application use condition marked in the step three, finding the directional flow packet correspondingly adapted and popularized according to the step four, and respectively pushing the corresponding directional flow products.
For example, pushing an a 14G traffic packet to the user of the mobile phone number 1 (i.e., the 4G traffic of A1XM can be used for free under the 4G networking condition); and pushing directional 4G traffic packets of A1/A3/A4 to the user of the mobile phone number 2. Meanwhile, the condition that the user orders the traffic packet is judged, and for the user who orders the traffic packet and has small traffic (for example, less than 500M), a traffic package which contains much traffic and has a value slightly higher than or equal to the current value can be recommended.
Through investigation, there are most customers who actively turn off 4G functionality, mainly because they are afraid of watching video, listening to music, playing games, etc. with 4G for reasons of cost, etc., and these users are usually targeted to targeted traffic packet marketing groups. The flow applications commonly used by the user but actively avoiding the use under the 4G flow can be identified through the application example, and the directional flow products of the applications are pushed for the user in a directional way, so that the user can accept the use habit of the 4G flow more easily, the digital service is promoted, and the operation of identifying the user to actively close the 4G function based on the S1-MME signaling is realized; and 4G function switch is turned on again; identifying common applications of the user during the period when the 4G traffic is actively closed based on the operator data, the broadband data and the application server data; and directionally pushing a directional flow product corresponding to the application using the flow during the closing 4G for the user. After the period that the user actively closes the 4G function is accurately identified based on the network signaling, an application preference model of the user actively closing the 4G function based on the network signaling is constructed according to relevant information such as user products, service use and the like, and an accurate marketing scene and accurate service of the client group are further formed. The 4G using habit of the user can be accurately positioned, the user can conveniently popularize a proper set of meal and a short-time flow packet, and the marketing success rate is improved.
