The present embodiments provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause the computer to perform the methods provided by the above method embodiments, for example, including: acquiring a call service ticket to be priced and a pricing processing mode of the call service ticket; the rating processing mode comprises a batch charging mode and an original single charging mode; acquiring the charging cost P1 of the call service ticket according to the charging rate of the original single charging mode and the non-free charging duration T1 of the call service ticket; if the P1 is larger than zero, acquiring the remaining available free time length T2 of the batch charging mode according to the user information corresponding to the call service ticket; and recalculating the charging cost of the call service ticket according to the rating processing mode, the T1, the T2 and a preset rule so as to optimize the calculation result of the charging cost of the call service ticket.

acquiring the charging cost P1 of the call service ticket according to the charging rate of the original single charging mode and the non-free charging duration T1 of the call service ticket;
if the P1 is larger than zero, acquiring the remaining available free time length T2 of the batch charging mode according to the user information corresponding to the call service ticket;
recalculating the charging cost of the call service ticket according to the rating processing mode, the T1, the T2 and a preset rule so as to optimize the calculation result of the charging cost of the call service ticket;
the recalculating the charging cost of the call service ticket according to the rating processing mode, the T1, the T2 and a preset rule to optimize the calculation result of the charging cost of the call service ticket comprises:
if T1> T2>0, segmenting T1 into two sections of charging duration; wherein, the charging rate corresponding to the previous charging duration T2 and T2 is zero; the charging time length of the later section is T1-T2;
according to T1-T2, charging rate f exceeding free time length by adopting the batch charging modejCalculating a charging fee P3 corresponding to T1-T2;
according to T1-T2, the charging rate f exceeding the free time length in the original single charging mode is adoptediCalculating a charging fee P4 corresponding to T1-T2;
if P3> P4, the calculation result is P4;
if P3< P4, the calculation result is P3;
if T1-T2 contains n different original single charge rates fiThe corresponding charging duration di is calculated as P4 according to the following formula:

if P1> P2, then P2 is taken as the calculation result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the recalculating the charging cost of the call service ticket according to the rating processing manner, the T1, the T2 and a preset rule to optimize the calculation result of the charging cost of the call service ticket comprises:
if T2 ≧ T1>0, the calculation result is determined to be zero.
