本发明公开了一种防锈耐腐蚀钢材用涂料,所述涂料是采用多组原料制备的复合涂料,涂料组成的重量配比为:环氧树脂20%~30%、水性环氧固化剂10%~12%、聚苯乙烯10%~20%、乙二醇单甲醚5%~9%、硬脂酸钙4%~6%、羊毛脂镁皂2%~8%、聚丙烯腈纤维5%~8%、抗氧化剂7%~9%、三聚磷酸铝4%~6%、磷酸锌5%~7%和添加剂1%~3%,其余为水。本发明存在以下有益效果:该涂料在钢材上涂抹可以使钢材的防锈防腐蚀性更好,而且抗氧化性也更强,可以大大加强钢材的使用寿命,具有良好的市场前景,便于推广。

技术领域
本发明属于复合涂料领域,具体涉及一种防锈耐腐蚀钢材用涂料。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。中国涂料界比较权威的《涂料工艺》一书是这样定义的:"涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层,传统的涂料就是比较简单,没有耐高温的效果,因此,我们提出一种防锈耐腐蚀钢材用涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防锈耐腐蚀钢材用涂料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防锈耐腐蚀钢材用涂料,所述涂料是采用多组原料制备的复合涂料,涂料组成的重量配比为:
环氧树脂20%~30%、水性环氧固化剂10%~12%、聚苯乙烯10%~20%、乙二醇单甲醚5%~9%、硬脂酸钙4%~6%、羊毛脂镁皂2%~8%、聚丙烯腈纤维5%~8%、抗氧化剂7%~9%、三聚磷酸铝4%~6%、磷酸锌5%~7%和添加剂1%~3%,其余为水。
优选地,所述涂料是采用多组原料制备的复合涂料,涂料组成的重量配比为:
