本发明涉及一种环保漆,按重量份包括:氨基树脂60~70份、羟乙基纤维素60~70份、氯化镁20~25份、乙二醇25~30份、乙二醇单丁醚10~25份、聚氨基甲酸酯30~40份、水溶树脂42~50份、松油20~25份。本发明环保漆还可以阻燃、防辐射、保温等优良性能;本发明环保漆干燥以后,它的溶剂基本上可挥发掉,不会造成对人体健康的伤害;本发明环保漆经济实用,可获得显著的社会和经济效益。

本发明涉及环保领域,具体为一种环保漆。
背景技术
油漆是用有机或无机材料来以装饰和保护物品的一种混合物。油漆工艺有了重大发展,出现了粘着力更大、光泽度更高、阻燃、抗腐蚀与热稳定性高的各种颜色的油漆,油漆早期大多以植物油为主要原料,故被叫做“油漆”。不论是传统的以天然物质为原料的涂料产品,还是现代发展中的以合成化工产品为原料的涂料产品,都属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品。现代的涂料正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业。
在家居装修中,油漆是难以避免的一个环节,无论是选购实木家具还是板式家具,总是难以避免油漆家具。这些难以避免的用材可能还时时散发出异样的味道,给我们的生活带来无尽的烦恼。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种环保漆。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:一种环保漆,按重量份包括:氨基树脂60~70份、羟乙基纤维素60~70份、氯化镁20~25份、乙二醇25~30份、乙二醇单丁醚10~25份、聚氨基甲酸酯30~40份、水溶树脂42~50份、松油20~25份。
作为优选,按重量份包括:氨基树脂65~68份、羟乙基纤维素65~70份、氯化镁22~23份、乙二醇25~28份、乙二醇单丁醚20~25份、聚氨基甲酸酯35~40份、水溶树脂45~50份、松油20~23份。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:本发明环保漆基本没有有害挥发物,不会对我们的环境和自身构成危害;本发明环保漆还可以阻燃、防辐射、保温等优良性能;本发明环保漆干燥以后,它的溶剂基本上可挥发掉,不会造成对人体健康的伤害;本发明环保漆经济实用,可获得显著的社会和经济效益。
