Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治枯萎病的植物源农药,将1‑2%体积的海藻糖、0.1‑0.6%体积的壳聚糖和和余量的中药组分均匀混合,制成含中药活性混合培养基;将复合微生物菌株接种到含中药活性混合培养基进行发酵培养,直至微生物的浓度达到40亿株/ml,即得到防治枯萎病的植物源农药;该中药组分包括:苦参、青蒿、白花地胆草、金银花、穿心莲、白藓皮和地肤子。本发明能够无公害地有效防治枯萎病。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药领域,具体涉及一种防治枯萎病的植物源农药。
背景技术
枯萎病是番茄、茄子、辣椒、马铃薯等茄科蔬菜的主要病害。主要症状是植株迅速萎蔫、枯死,茎叶仍保持绿色。病茎的褐变部位用手挤压,有乳白色菌液排出。一直以来,都是采用化学农药来防治枯萎病。
近年来,农药的公害逐渐引起世界各国的高度关注,低毒、低残留农药成为研究的重点。生物农药能够直接利用自然界的生物性物质和生物间的相互作用来控制病虫草害或改善生态,因此生物农药被国际上公认为最有发展前途的农药。但是,在现有技术中,生物农药的种类较少,而且没有能够防治枯萎病的生物农药。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提出一种防治枯萎病的植物源农药,从而能够无公害地有效防治枯萎病。
本发明提供了一种防治枯萎病的植物源农药,将1-2%体积的海藻糖、0.1-0.6%体积的壳聚糖和和余量的中药组分均匀混合,制成含中药活性混合培养基;将复合微生物菌株接种到含中药活性混合培养基进行发酵培养,直至微生物的浓度达到40亿株/ml,即得到防治枯萎病的植物源农药;
该中药组分包括:苦参、青蒿、白花地胆草、金银花、穿心莲、白藓皮和地肤子;该中药组分的各成分的重量比为:
苦参,6~8重量份;青蒿,6~8重量份;白花地胆草,4~6重量份;
金银花,4~6重量份;穿心莲,4~6重量份;白藓皮,4~6重量份;
地肤子,4~6重量份。
在优选或可选的实施例中,所述的复合微生物菌由枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、苏云金杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、荧光假单胞菌、啤酒酵母、产盶假丝酵母、黑曲霉、米根霉、绿色木霉、绿僵菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌等比例混合而成。
基于上述技术方案,本发明实施例至少可以产生如下效果:
上述技术方案中所述的防治枯萎病的植物源农药采用了苦参、青蒿、白花地胆草、金银花、穿心莲、白藓皮和地肤子来发酵复合微生物菌,并且采用海藻糖和壳聚糖提高复合微生物菌的活性;因此中药与微生物的协同使用能够实现无公害地有效防治枯萎病。

本发明一实施例提供一种防治枯萎病的植物源农药,将1-2%体积的海藻糖、0.1-0.6%体积的壳聚糖和和余量的中药组分均匀混合,制成含中药活性混合培养基;将复合微生物菌株接种到含中药活性混合培养基进行发酵培养,直至微生物的浓度达到40亿株/ml,即得到防治枯萎病的植物源农药;
该中药组分包括:苦参、青蒿、白花地胆草、金银花、穿心莲、白藓皮和地肤子;该中药组分的各成分的重量比为:
苦参,6~8重量份;青蒿,6~8重量份;白花地胆草,4~6重量份;

地肤子,4~6重量份。
具体地,复合微生物菌由枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、苏云金杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、荧光假单胞菌、啤酒酵母、产盶假丝酵母、黑曲霉、米根霉、绿色木霉、绿僵菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌等比例混合而成。
进一步地,本发明的防治枯萎病的植物源农药采用了苦参、青蒿、白花地胆草、金银花、穿心莲、白藓皮和地肤子来发酵复合微生物菌,并且采用海藻糖和壳聚糖提高复合微生物菌的活性;因此中药与微生物的协同使用能够实现无公害地有效防治枯萎病。

1.一种防治枯萎病的植物源农药,其特征在于,将1-2%体积的海藻糖、0.1-0.6%体积的壳聚糖和和余量的中药组分均匀混合,制成含中药活性混合培养基;将复合微生物菌株接种到含中药活性混合培养基进行发酵培养,直至微生物的浓度达到40亿株/ml,即得到防治枯萎病的植物源农药;
该中药组分包括:苦参、青蒿、白花地胆草、金银花、穿心莲、白藓皮和地肤子;该中药组分的各成分的重量比为:
苦参,6~8重量份;青蒿,6~8重量份;白花地胆草,4~6重量份;
金银花,4~6重量份;穿心莲,4~6重量份;白藓皮,4~6重量份;
地肤子,4~6重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的海参饵料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的复合微生物菌由枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、苏云金杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、荧光假单胞菌、啤酒酵母、产盶假丝酵母、黑曲霉、米根霉、绿色木霉、绿僵菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌等比例混合而成。
