Abstract
本发明涉及一种低速直驱永磁同步电动机双层绕组左右分层的下线结构,它主要由:层间隔板、槽楔、左右绕组、槽绝缘、定子冲片等构成。定子冲片上设有圆周分布的槽,槽的底部开有孔,槽的槽口处装有槽楔,槽楔上设有方形口,层间隔板一端安装在孔内,另一端安装在方形口内,槽上装有槽绝缘,右绕组装在槽的右侧,左绕组装在相邻槽的左侧。该产品设计节距为1的双层分数槽集中绕组,这种绕组的两个线圈边绕在一个定子齿上,在槽中显示为左右分层,这种绕组端部尺寸短,用铜量少,节约原材料,可降低生产成本,绕组的端部层与层之间、槽中绕组层与层之间不需要绝缘纸隔开,端部没有重叠,提高了电机控制器的故障容错能力,下线方便,占用空间小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种低速直驱永磁同步电动机双层绕组左右分层的下线结构,适用于转子极数与定子槽数接近的可以设计成节距为1的双层分数槽集中绕组的低速直驱永磁同步电动机。
背景技术
传统电动机的双层绕组下线时绕组在槽中均为上下分层,槽中绕组层与层之间需要绝缘纸隔开,绕组的端部层与层之间也需要绝缘纸隔开,当设计节距为1的双层分数槽集中绕组时,上下分层的下线结构端部较长,用铜量多,浪费原材料,增加了生产成本,而且下线占用空间大,下线不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种低速直驱永磁同步电动机双层绕组左右分层的下线结构,它主要解决了传统电动机的双层绕组下线时绕组在槽中均为上下分层,槽中绕组层与层之间需要绝缘纸隔开,绕组的端部层与层之间也需要绝缘纸隔开,当设计节距为1的双层分数槽集中绕组时,上下分层的下线结构端部较长,用铜量多,浪费原材料,下线占用空间大,下线不方便等问题。本发明的目的是这样实现的,低速直驱永磁同步电动机双层绕组左右分层的下线结构由:层间隔板、槽楔、右绕组、槽绝缘、定子冲片、左绕组、槽、孔、方形口构成。定子冲片上设有圆周分布的多个槽,槽的底部开有孔,槽的槽口处装有槽楔,槽楔上设有方形口,方形口的方向正对线圈,层间隔板一端安装在孔内,另一端安装在方形口内,槽上装有槽绝缘,右绕组装在槽的右侧,左绕组装在相邻槽的左侧。该产品结构简单,它设计节距为1的双层分数槽集中绕组,这种绕组的两个线圈边绕在一个定子齿上,在槽中显示为左右分层,这种绕组端部尺寸短,用铜量少,节约原材料,可降低生产成本,绕组的端部层与层之间、槽中绕组层与层之间不需要绝缘纸隔开,且端部没有重叠,提高了电机控制器的故障容错能力,下线方便,占用空间小。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图详细说明本发明的最佳实施例,低速直驱永磁同步电动机双层绕组左右分层的下线结构由:层间隔板1、槽楔2、右绕组3、槽绝缘4、定子冲片5、左绕组6、槽7、孔8、方形口9构成。定子冲片5上设有圆周分布的多个槽7,槽7的底部开有孔8,槽7的槽口处装有槽楔2,槽楔2上设有方形口9,方形口9的方向正对线圈,层间隔板1一端安装在孔8内,另一端安装在方形口9内,槽7上装有槽绝缘4,右绕组3装在槽7的右侧,左绕组6装在相邻槽7的左侧。
制作与原理:节距为1的双层分数槽集中绕组的两个线圈边绕在一个定子齿上,层间隔板1由厚度为2—3mm的绝缘板制成,左绕组6、右绕组3由漆包圆铜线根据设计尺寸绕制而成,槽绝缘4由绝缘纸制成,槽楔2由绝缘板制成,槽楔2面向绕组的那面开有方形口9,用于固定层间隔板1,定子铁心由单个厚度为0.5mm的冲片叠压而成,定子冲片5上圆周均布若干个槽7,槽7的底部开有孔8,用于插入层间隔板1,孔8与方形口9尺寸与层间隔板1相配合,插入层间隔板1后,将定子槽一分为二,形成了独立的左右两个槽7,层间隔板1既起到物理分隔左右,同时也起到电气分隔作用。

1.一种低速直驱永磁同步电动机双层绕组左右分层的下线结构,它由:层间隔板(1)、槽楔(2)、右绕组(3)、槽绝缘(4)、定子冲片(5)、左绕组(6)、槽(7)、孔(8)、方形口(9)构成,其特征在于:定子冲片(5)上设有圆周分布的多个槽(7),槽(7)的底部开有孔(8),槽(7)的槽口处装有槽楔(2),槽楔(2)上设有方形口(9),方形口(9)的方向正对线圈,层间隔板(1)一端安装在孔(8)内,另一端安装在方形口(9)内,槽(7)上装有槽绝缘(4),右绕组(3)装在槽(7)的右侧,左绕组(6)装在相邻槽(7)的左侧。
