An emergency door opening and closing method includes the steps of:
in a normal state, an external air source 1 supplies compressed air, the compressed air charges the air storage tank 11 through the ball valve 2, the distributor 3, the first pressure reducing valve 13 and the air storage one-way valve 12, so that the air storage tank 11 is in a floating charge state, the red indicator light 36 is always on, the green indicator light 37 is extinguished, and the door sealing strip 9 is in an inflation and expansion state; the inflation valve 4, the deflation valve 6, the electromagnetic valve 14 and the emergency door closing button 17 are all in a closed state, the air passage is closed, and the pneumatic control one-way valve 10 is closed in the forward circulation and the reverse direction;
a door opening step: when the door opening button 8 is pressed, the control cabinet receives a door opening signal of the switch button 8, the control cabinet controls the electromagnetic lock 32 to be powered off, controls the red indicator lamp 36 to flash, controls the gas path channel in the electromagnetic valve 14 and the gas path channel in the air release valve 6 to be connected, and controls the inflation valve 4 to be disconnected; compressed air of the air source 1 enters the pneumatic control port of the pneumatic control check valve 10 through the electromagnetic valve 14, the pneumatic control check valve 10 is opened, and the air can flow in the reverse direction (the direction of outward exhaust of the door sealing strip 9 through the pneumatic control check valve 10 is reverse); the gas in the door sealing strip 9 is discharged through the pneumatic check valve 10, the air release valve 6 and the filter 5; the air is exhausted for a certain time, the air passage in the control cabinet controls the electromagnetic valve 14 to be disconnected from the air passage in the air release valve 6, compressed air of the air source 1 cannot enter the air control port of the air control one-way valve 10 through the air passage of the electromagnetic valve 14, the air control one-way valve 10 circulates positively (the direction of inflating the door sealing strip 9 through the air control one-way valve 10 is positive), the air passage in the air release valve 6 is disconnected, the door sealing strip 9 stops releasing air, the control cabinet controls the red indicator lamp 36 to be extinguished, the green indicator lamp 37 is always on, and the door leaf 34 is opened manually;
closing the door: closing the door leaf 34, and after the control cabinet obtains a door closing signal of the contact switch 31 and a door locking signal of the electromagnetic lock 32, controlling the green indicator lamp 37 to flash by the control cabinet, and extinguishing the red indicator lamp 36; the control cabinet controls the gas passage in the inflation valve 4 to be communicated, the control cabinet controls the gas passage in the electromagnetic valve 14 to be disconnected from the gas passage in the deflation valve 6, and the gas in the gas source 1 sequentially passes through the ball valve 2, the distributor 3, the inflation valve 4 and the pneumatic control one-way valve 10 to inflate the door sealing strip 9; the inflation time is set, the control cabinet controls the gas path channel in the inflation valve 4 to be disconnected, the pneumatic check valve 10 is reversely cut off, and the gas in the door sealing strip 9 cannot leak outwards through the pneumatic check valve 10, so that inflation is completed; the control cabinet controls the green indicator lamp 37 to be turned off, and the red indicator lamp 36 is always on;
emergency door opening step: the emergency door opening button 7 is pressed down, the air passage in the emergency door opening button 7 is changed from off to on, air in the air storage tank 11 enters the air control port of the air control one-way valve 10 through the air passage in the emergency door opening button 7, the control cabinet controls the air passage in the air release valve 6 to be on, the air control port of the air control one-way valve 10 is opened, and the air control one-way valve 10 can flow reversely; when the control cabinet detects that the emergency door opening button 7 is pressed (namely, the air passage of the emergency door opening button 7 is detected to be changed from the off state to the on state), the control cabinet controls the air passage in the inflation valve 4 and the air passage in the electromagnetic valve 14 to be disconnected, and controls the electromagnetic lock 32 to lose electricity. The gas in the door sealing strip 9 is discharged through the pneumatic check valve 10, the air release valve 6 and the filter 5 in sequence until the gas leakage of the door sealing strip is completed, and the door leaf 34 is opened manually.
Emergency closing the door:
the emergency door opening button 7 is reset after the emergency door is opened, the air passage in the emergency door opening button 7 is turned from the connection to the disconnection, when the control cabinet detects that the emergency door opening button 7 is reset (namely, the air passage in the emergency door opening button is detected to be turned from the connection state to the disconnection state), the control cabinet controls the air passage in the inflation valve 4 to be disconnected from the air passage in the electromagnetic valve 14, the air passage in the deflation valve 6 is controlled to be disconnected, the air control port of the air control one-way valve 10 is not connected with air, the air control one-way valve 10 cannot circulate reversely, only can circulate positively, and the electromagnetic lock 32 is controlled to be electrified.
Closing the door leaf 34, pressing the emergency door closing button 17, turning on the air passage in the emergency door closing button 17 from off, inflating the compressed air in the air bottle 15 to the door sealing strip 9 through the second pressure reducing valve 16, the air passage in the emergency door closing button 17 and the air control one-way valve 10, expanding and pressing the sealing by the door sealing strip 9, resetting the emergency door closing button 17, turning on the air passage in the emergency door closing button 17 from on to off, wherein the air control opening of the air control one-way valve 10 is not connected with air, the air control one-way valve 10 positively circulates and cannot reversely circulate, and the air in the door sealing strip 9 cannot be discharged.
The on-off state of the air passage of the emergency door opening button 7 and the emergency door closing button 17 can be detected, for example, the on-off state can be detected in a flow monitoring mode. Or the pressing and resetting of the emergency door opening button 7 and the emergency door closing button 17 generate corresponding electric signals to the control cabinet, and the two embodiments of the emergency door opening button 7 and the emergency door closing button 17 are both in the prior art.

the other output end of the distributor (3) is connected with one end of a gas passage in the air charging valve (4), the gas cylinder (15) is connected with one end of a gas passage in the emergency door closing button (17) through a second pressure reducing valve (16), the filter (5) is connected with one end of a gas passage in the air discharging valve (6), the other end of the gas passage in the air charging valve (4), the other end of the gas passage in the emergency door closing button (17) and the other end of the gas passage in the air discharging valve (6) are connected with one end of a pneumatic check valve (10), the other end of the pneumatic check valve (10) is communicated with a door sealing strip (9),
the air release valve (6) is an air control valve, the air source (1) is connected with the air control port of the air release valve (6) through an air passage in the electromagnetic valve (14), one end of the air passage in the emergency door opening button (7) connected with the air control port of the air control check valve (10) is connected with the air control port of the air release valve (6),
the control end of the charging valve (4) and the control end of the electromagnetic valve (14) are connected with a control cabinet,
the control cabinet is also respectively connected with a door opening button (8), a red indicator lamp (36), a green indicator lamp (37), an electromagnetic lock (32) and a contact switch (31).
2. The emergency opening and closing door button device according to claim 1, wherein the door opening button (8) and the emergency opening button (7) are positioned on the inner side of the door leaf, and the emergency closing button (17) is positioned on the outer side of the door leaf.

the door opening button (8) is pressed down, the control cabinet receives a door opening signal of the door opening button (8), the control cabinet controls the electromagnetic lock (32) to be powered off, the red indicator lamp (36) to flash, the control cabinet controls the gas path channel in the electromagnetic valve (14) to be conducted, and the control cabinet controls the inflation valve (4) to be disconnected; compressed air of the air source (1) enters the pneumatic control port of the pneumatic control check valve (10) and the pneumatic control port of the air release valve (6) through the electromagnetic valve (14), and air in the door sealing strip (9) is discharged through the pneumatic control check valve (10), the air release valve (6) and the filter (5); after a set time, the control cabinet controls the electromagnetic valve (14) to be disconnected, the air passage in the air release valve (6) is disconnected, the door sealing strip (9) stops releasing air, the control cabinet controls the red indicator lamp (36) to be extinguished, the green indicator lamp (37) is normally on, and the door leaf (34) is opened.
4. The emergency door opening and closing method according to claim 3, further comprising a door closing step of:
closing the door leaf (34), and after the control cabinet obtains a door closing signal of the contact switch (31) and a door locking signal of the electromagnetic lock (32), controlling the green indicator lamp (37) to flash by the control cabinet, and extinguishing the red indicator lamp (36); the control cabinet controls the gas path in the inflation valve (4) to be communicated, the control cabinet controls the gas path in the electromagnetic valve (14) to be disconnected, and the gas in the gas source (1) sequentially passes through the ball valve (2), the distributor (3), the inflation valve (4) and the pneumatic control one-way valve (10) to inflate the door sealing strip (9); the inflation time is set, and the control cabinet controls the gas path channel in the inflation valve (4) to be disconnected; the control cabinet controls the green indicator lamp (37) to be turned off, and the red indicator lamp (36) is always on.
5. The emergency door opening and closing method according to claim 4, further comprising an emergency door opening step of:
the emergency door opening button (7) is pressed down, the air passage of the emergency door opening button (7) is turned into conduction by disconnection, air in the air storage tank (11) enters the air control opening of the air control one-way valve (10) and the air control opening of the air release valve (6) through the air passage in the emergency door opening button, the air passage in the air release valve (6) is conducted, the control cabinet controls the air passage in the air charging valve (4) and the air passage in the electromagnetic valve (14) to be disconnected, the control cabinet controls the electromagnetic lock (32) to be disconnected in a power-losing mode, and air in the door sealing strip (9) is discharged through the air control one-way valve (10), the air release valve (6) and the filter (5) in sequence, and the door leaf (34) is opened.

resetting the emergency door opening button (7), switching the air passage in the emergency door opening button (7) from on to off, after the control cabinet detects that the emergency door opening button (7) is reset, the control cabinet controls the air passage in the inflation valve (4) and the air passage in the electromagnetic valve (14) to be off, controlling the electromagnetic lock (32) to be electrified,
closing the door leaf (34), pressing the emergency door closing button (17), turning on the air passage in the emergency door closing button (17) from off, inflating the door sealing strip (9) by compressed air in the air bottle (15) through the second pressure reducing valve (16) and the air passage in the emergency door closing button (17) through the air control one-way valve (10), resetting the emergency door closing button (17), turning off the air passage in the emergency door closing button (17) from on, and enabling the air control opening of the air control one-way valve (10) not to be connected with air.
