背景技术
包装盒就是用来包装的盒子,按材料来分类纸盒、铁盒、木盒、布盒、皮盒、亚克力盒、瓦楞包装盒、pvc盒等,广泛用于日常生活。
白酒包装盒多为纸盒,其生产流程大致为:先在薄纸板上进行印刷,制成彩色对裱纸,再将厚纸板和对裱纸用胶水粘贴,最后将其置于室内晾干即可使用。纸板是由各种纸浆加工成的、纤维相互交织组成的厚纸页。胶水为白乳胶,它是以水为分散介质进行乳液聚合而得,是一种水性环保胶。由于具有成膜性好、粘结强度高,固化速度快、耐稀酸稀碱性好、使用方便、价格便宜、不含有机溶剂等特点,被广泛应用于木材、家具、装修、印刷、纺织、皮革、造纸等行业,已成为人们熟悉的一种粘合剂。
但是,在适宜的温湿度条件下,特别是黄梅季节,各种霉菌就会在用淀粉、乳胶、润滑剂等涂饰的纸板表面生长和繁殖。从而影响纸盒的外观和质量,给物品造成了不必要的经济损失。
现在常用的防霉处理,都是在纸盒外表面设置一层防霉涂料层,中国专利号201610474529.6中记载了名称为防霉纸质包装盒及其制造工艺,其里面提到的防霉涂料层由下列重量份的原料加工而成:聚丙烯酸乳液50-60份,PU树脂共聚
乳液30-40份,聚乙烯醇4-6份,消泡剂0.5-0.7份,无机杀菌剂0.1-0.3份,有机膨润土1-3份,磁性有序介孔炭1-3份。该申请中指出先制备包装盒半成品纸板,然后将半成品进行干燥,再喷涂防霉涂层,喷涂后再次烘干,烘干后的纸板进行成型为纸盒。该项技术中没有防霉涂料层材料的制备方法,不清楚防霉涂料层材料的制备操作是否简单,且需要专门的喷涂机进行喷涂,喷涂后还需要进行烘干处理,增加生产成本。
发明内容
本发明目的在于针对以上技术问题,提供一种白酒包装纸盒用防霉剂及其制备方法。该防霉剂可解决纸盒发霉的问题,具有安全、高效、广谱的特性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种白酒包装纸盒用防霉剂,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:脱氢乙酸钠0.25%-1.0%、纳他霉素0.005%-0.02%,余量为胶水,总质量百分含量之和为100%。
作为优选,所述的白酒包装纸盒用防霉剂,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:脱氢乙酸钠1%、纳他霉素0.01%,余量为胶水,总质量百分含量之和为100%。
以上所述白酒包装纸盒用防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取各原料,然后将脱氢乙酸钠和纳他霉素混合均匀;
2)将步骤1)中混合后的物料添加到用于纸盒包装的胶水中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(一)、可有效防止霉菌的发生,具有高效性和广谱性,使白酒包装纸盒长期保存。
(二)、由于防霉剂选用的都是食品添加剂成分,符合食品安全,绿色环保,无污染,无毒害,适于各种酒品包装盒的防霉。
(三)、由于可直接与胶水混合,可直接充当胶水直接使用,不影响纸盒正常的生产工艺,不需要增加额外的设备。

实施例1:

实施例2:

将实施例1或实施例2中制备得到的纸盒用防霉剂进行白酒包装纸盒的防霉测试,具体步骤为:
1)准备PDA培养基,该培养基由马铃薯200g,蔗糖20g,琼脂15~20g,水1000mL组成。
2)在超净工作台中,将蘸取了无菌水的无菌棉签,在白酒包装纸盒发霉处进行取样后,放入10mL无菌水中摇匀,然后进行梯度稀释到10-6,再进行涂布,于28℃的条件下培养3d。将长出来的单个菌种进行鉴定,并划线分离。将纯化后的霉菌进行斜面保藏。分离出两种霉菌:曲霉和毛霉。
3)抑菌实验
采用牛津杯法,取含有各种菌的菌悬液,其平板计数个数为105~106cfu/mL,取100μL菌悬液涂布于平板,再将无菌牛津杯放置在涂布好的平板上,向每个牛津杯里滴加200μL不同的防霉剂(其中,A:脱氢乙酸钠,质量浓度为0.5%;B:富马酸单甲酯,质量浓度为0.5%;C:山梨酸钾,质量浓度为0.5%;D:双乙酸钠,质量浓度为0.5%;E:丙酸钙,质量浓度为0.5%;F:纳他霉素,质量浓度为0.1%;G:苯甲酸,质量浓度为0.5%;H:富马酸二甲酯,质量浓度为0.5%;I:肉桂酸,质量浓度为0.5%;G:尼泊金复合酯,质量浓度为0.5%;K:鱼精蛋白,质量浓度为0.5%),于28℃培养3d,观察是否有抑菌圈产生并测量其大小。

由表1可知防霉剂A、B、D、F、G、H和I对曲霉和毛霉有抑制作用,但效果不好。
实验2:
将实验1中的防霉剂按质量比为1:1的比例组合,使其总质量百分含量为0.5%,采用与实验1同样的方法进行测试,观察是否有抑菌圈产生并测量其大小,具体结果见表2。

由表2可知脱氢乙酸钠和纳他霉素组合(A×F)对白酒包装纸盒上的霉菌有较强的抑制效果。
实验3:
采用与实施例1同样的配方和制备进行白酒包装纸盒用防霉剂的制备,区别在于将脱氢乙酸钠的添加量分别替换为0.05%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%,0.4%和0.5%,纳他霉素含量不变,测试不同添加量的脱氢乙酸钠制成的防霉剂对白酒包装纸盒上霉菌的抑菌效果,具体结果如表3:

如表3可知脱氢乙酸钠作用于曲霉的最小抑菌浓度为0.2%。
实验4:
采用与实施例1同样的配方和制备进行白酒包装纸盒用防霉剂的制备,区别在于将纳他霉素的添加量分别替换为0.0025%、0.005%、0.01%、0.025%、0.05%和0.1%,脱氢乙酸钠含量不变,测试不同添加量的纳他霉素制成的防霉剂对白酒包装纸盒上霉菌的抑菌效果,具体结果见下表4:

如表4可知纳他霉素作用于毛霉的最小抑菌浓度为0.005%。
实验5:
将浓度为0.25%,0.5%,1%的脱氢乙酸钠和浓度为0.005%,0.01%,0.02%的纳他霉素对混合菌进行正交试验,确定适当的比例,以得到既有效,又经济的防霉剂配比。

由表5可得7、8组抑菌效果最好,只选择7、8组配比做混合菌的工艺模拟。
实验6:
白酒包装纸盒包装生产工艺流程:将纸板和对裱纸剪成小块,并将纸板与对裱纸用胶水粘贴,并且在内部和外表面作接种,然后将白酒包装纸盒放在培养皿中,加入无菌湿棉花,以保持湿度在70%左右,35℃培养,经过两个月的跟踪观察。以此来确定长霉原因及抑菌效果是否有效。具体操作内容如下表6,表7:

以9-10组没有接种霉菌为对照,观察外观,曲霉工艺模拟观察结果为1-4组在14d后出现霉变,明显看到黑色斑点,5-8组在两个月后未出现霉变。曲霉在纸板外部来源和内部来源都能够引起霉变,添加防霉剂都有很强的防霉作用。

以9-10组没有接种霉菌为对照,观察外观,观察结果为1-4组7d后出现霉变,明显看到纸板出现一圈白色绒毛,5-8组在两个月后没有出现霉变。毛霉接种外部和接种内部都能够引起纸板的霉变,添加防霉剂都能够起到良好的防霉作用。

以7组没有接种霉菌为对照,观察外观,观察结果为1-2组霉变,纸板出现黑斑以及白色绒毛,3-4组霉变率为4%左右,5-6组在两个月后没有出现霉变。
以上所述实例仅是本专利的优选实施方式,但本专利的保护范围并不局限于此。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本专利原理的前提下,根据本专利的技术方案及其专利构思,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本专利的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种白酒包装纸盒用防霉剂,其特征在于包括以下质量百分含量的组分:脱氢乙酸钠0.25%-1.0%、纳他霉素0.005%-0.02%,余量为胶水,总质量百分含量之和为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的白酒包装纸盒用防霉剂,其特征在于包括以下质量百分含量的组分:脱氢乙酸钠1%、纳他霉素0.01%,余量为胶水,总质量百分含量之和为100%。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述白酒包装纸盒用防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取各原料,然后将脱氢乙酸钠和纳他霉素混合均匀;
2)将步骤1)中混合后的物料添加到用于纸盒包装的胶水中。
