本发明涉及皮革染料领域,特别涉及一种植物抑菌组合物、制备方法及其在皮革染料中的应用。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,色泽艳丽的皮革制品深受消费者的喜爱,用于皮革染色的皮革染料处于不断发展中,广泛应用于服装革、沙发革、箱包革等皮革制品的染色。
现有的可参考公告号为CN102337039A的中国专利,其公开了一种水溶性染料,可以制成粉状或为溶于水的液态或溶于醇类溶剂的液态,可以单独或与其它染料混配一起使用,用于棉、粘胶、丝绸及麻、合成纤维及混纺织物等的染色和印花,还广泛用于皮革、纸张和木材的着色。
皮革沙发等在使用过程中容易藏污纳垢,尤其是在不容易清理的缝隙处,容易滋生霉菌、真菌等,并通过直接接触转移至人体,不利于消费者的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种植物抑菌组合物,起到抑制霉菌、真菌的作用。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种植物抑菌组合物,包括生姜、辣椒、大蒜、黄芪、苦参、射干、黄答。
较佳的,所述植物抑菌组合物以质量份数计包括:生姜5-15份、辣椒5-10份、大蒜2-5份、黄芪6-10份、苦参5-15份、射干15-20份、黄答5-15份、明矾2-5份。
通过上述技术方案,生姜、辣椒、大蒜、黄芪能够破坏霉菌的生长环境,苦参、射干、黄答对真菌具有较强的抑制作用。通过多种中药植物制成植物抑菌组合物,有效杀灭各种霉菌、真菌等有害菌,保留有益菌。
本发明的目的二:一种植物抑菌组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法为:
步骤一:各原料经过预处理,得第一产物;
步骤二:将所述第一产物烘烤冷却,得第二产物;
步骤三:将所述第二产物打粉混合,得植物抑菌组合物。
较佳的,所述步骤一中预处理的方法为洗净、晾干。
较佳的,所述步骤二中烘烤温度为190-210℃,烘烤时间为1-2h。
通过上述技术方案,合理简便的加工步骤便于对中药植物进行处理,缩短处理时间和生产周期,降低成本。
本发明的目的三:一种植物抑菌组合物或其制备方法在抑菌皮革染料生产领域的应用。

通过采用上述方案,将植物抑菌组合物添加进皮革染料中,在皮革染料染制过程中,植物抑菌组合物附着在皮革中,抑制霉菌和真菌的生长,减轻霉菌对皮革沙发等皮革纤维的侵蚀,提高沙发的使用寿命,再者,减少沙发中真菌的数量,进而提高使用者的身体健康。其中,分散剂和渗透剂的加入,能够提高植物抑菌组合物在皮革中的分散面积和渗透深度,增大植物抑菌组合物对沙发皮革的保护面,提高抑菌效果。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过多种中药植物制成植物抑菌组合物,有效杀灭各种霉菌、真菌等有害菌,保留有益菌;
2、大蒜在有效抑制霉菌的同时,还能起到驱虫的作用,抑制蝇蛆的生长,提高沙发皮革的卫生性能;
3、添加有植物抑菌组合物的皮革染料具有抗菌性,有利于减少仓库的有害菌,提高存储车间的卫生性能;
4、在皮革染制过程中,抑菌皮革染料能够减少染制车间的有害菌,提高染制工人的身体健康状况。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明作进一步详细说明。
以下物品均采购自市场。
实施例1:
步骤一:将生姜5g、辣椒5g、大蒜2g、黄芪6g、苦参5g、射干15g、黄答5g依次洗净、晾干,得初步产物;
步骤二:将所述第一产物在190℃下烘烤2h,冷却后得第二产物;
步骤三:将所述第二产物打粉至160-200目,得植物抑菌组合物;
步骤四:将染料20g、植物抑菌组合物5g、分散剂木质素磺酸钠5g、渗透剂拉开粉5g在40℃下混合搅拌1h,得最终产品。
实施例2:
与实施例1的区别在于步骤一中:生姜15g、辣椒10g、大蒜2g、黄芪10g、苦参15g、射干20g、黄答15g。
实施例3:
与实施例1的区别在于步骤一中:生姜10g、辣椒7g、大蒜5g、黄芪8g、苦参10g、射干18g、黄答10g。
实施例4:

皮革染料的抑菌性能测试:
选用同一张皮革,分成110张,每张的大小均为25cm2,该110张皮革分为10组,每组11张。每组的11张皮革分别对应实施例1-9和对比例1-2进行染色操作,染色操作在GB型不锈钢控温比色转鼓中完成,染色完成后,在60℃下干燥后2h得皮革样品;
招募志愿者家庭10组,将每组11张皮革样品粘贴至同一家庭的沙发坐面中间处,10组皮革样品分别对应10组家庭,跟随家庭生活使用6个月;
用浸有灭菌生理盐水的棉签在皮革表面涂抹10次,然后剪去手接触部分棉棒,将棉签放入含10mL灭菌生理盐水的采样管内送检;
以无菌操作,选择1-2个稀释度,各取1ml样液分别注入到无菌平皿内,每个稀释度做两个平皿,将已融化冷至45℃左右的平板计数琼脂培养基倾入平皿,每皿15ml,充分混合,待琼脂凝固后,将平皿翻转,置36±1℃培养48±2h后计数;
取10组家庭的平均计数值,检测结果如表1所示。

由检测结果可知:
与普通皮革染料相比,采用添加有植物抑菌组合物的皮革染料染制的皮革,在跟随家庭使用6个月后,其中的菌落总数较少,说明皮革染料中的植物抑菌组合物破坏了霉菌等细菌的生存环境,抑制了菌落的生长,在皮革中产生抑菌效果;分散剂和渗透剂能够促进植物抑菌组合物在皮革中的扩散,在皮革纤维中的附着力更强,能够在皮革中形成更加均匀的抑菌面,进一步提高抑菌效果;当植物抑菌组合物中的大蒜含量增多时,染制的皮革中的菌落数量减少,说明大蒜的加入使得抑菌效果加强。

步骤一:各原料经过预处理,得第一产物;
步骤二:将所述第一产物烘烤冷却,得第二产物;
步骤三:将所述第二产物打粉混合,得植物抑菌组合物。
