本发明公开一种复合成型地毯的材料制备方法,由面料层与底料层这两层材料所组成的,两层材料的面密度分别是:面料层为1400~1800克/平方米,底料层为300~700克/平方米;所述面料层是由苯乙烯单体与橡胶接枝聚合而成的无定形聚合物,所述底料层是由聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维混合针刺无纺布所构成,所述面料层的聚合物其熔融指数为10~25,构成面料层的苯乙烯单体与橡胶两组份的重量比为60∶20~80∶10。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合成型地毯的材料制备方法。
背景技术
随着世界经济快速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,汽车工业发展迅速,轿车生产日新月异,车型不断更新。人们对汽车的要求不仅仅是造型优美的外观、内部装饰的舒适性、整体性、功能性,而且对于车辆内饰的清洁方便性也提出了新的要求,即要求汽车地毯便于清洁、整理。为达到这一目的,通常车主会在购好车后再到汽车改装厂去在原有汽车地毯上面另铺设一层聚氯乙稀(PVC)材料,但这样的手工铺设不仅费时、费力,而且由于是手工裁剪后人工铺设,因此造成PVC材料与汽车型面及原有成型地毯之间往往无法较好的贴合,出现高低不平和腾空现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合成型地毯的材料制备方法,由面料层与底料层这两层材料所组成的,两层材料的面密度分别是:面料层为1400~1800克/平方米,底料层为300~700克/平方米;所述面料层是由苯乙烯单体与橡胶接枝聚合而成的无定形聚合物,所述底料层是由聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维混合针刺无纺布所构成,所述面料层的聚合物其熔融指数为10~25,构成面料层的苯乙烯单体与橡胶两组份的重量比为60∶20~80∶10。
优选的,其中构成面料层所述橡胶组份是选自顺丁橡胶、氯丁橡胶、异丙橡胶或丁苯橡胶。
优选的,构成上述底料层的聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维的两组份重量比为60∶20~80∶10。
优选的,其中构成底料层组份的低熔点纤维是以聚丙烯为芯、聚乙烯为皮所组成的自粘性复合纤维。
优选的,由聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维构成所述底料层的混合针刺无纺布,其针刺密度为300~600针/平方厘米。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明采用的面料层是聚苯乙烯共聚体或共混体抗冲材料,除具有良好的韧性和成型性能作表层材料外,还因其表面有良好的致密特性,因而具有良好的可擦拭性能和防水性能,同时材料本身是无毒无影响环境的挥发物散发的化合物。而底层材料采用了聚酯纤维和低熔点纤维混和组成的针刺无纺布,其中,聚酯纤维是增强耐冲击、撕裂的主体,因而能避免面层材料在模具中成型时因过度滑移出现痕迹或甚至撕裂,另一组份低熔点纤维是利用其在一定温度下熔融的特性,既起加强聚酯纤维材料的粘合作用,提高复合地毯的成型效果。
具体实施方式
本实例的工作过程:
一种复合成型地毯的材料制备方法,由面料层与底料层这两层材料所组成的,两层材料的面密度分别是:面料层为1400~1800克/平方米,底料层为300~700克/平方米;所述面料层是由苯乙烯单体与橡胶接枝聚合而成的无定形聚合物,所述底料层是由聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维混合针刺无纺布所构成,所述面料层的聚合物其熔融指数为10,构成面料层的苯乙烯单体与橡胶两组份的重量比为60∶20。
其中构成面料层所述橡胶组份是选自顺丁橡胶、氯丁橡胶、异丙橡胶或丁苯橡胶。
构成上述底料层的聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维的两组份重量比为60∶20。
其中构成底料层组份的低熔点纤维是以聚丙烯为芯、聚乙烯为皮所组成的自粘性复合纤维。
由聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维构成所述底料层的混合针刺无纺布,其针刺密度为300针/平方厘米。

1.一种复合成型地毯的材料制备方法,其特征在于:由面料层与底料层这两层材料所组成的,两层材料的面密度分别是:面料层为1400~1800克/平方米,底料层为300~700克/平方米;所述面料层是由苯乙烯单体与橡胶接枝聚合而成的无定形聚合物,所述底料层是由聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维混合针刺无纺布所构成,所述面料层的聚合物其熔融指数为10~25,构成面料层的苯乙烯单体与橡胶两组份的重量比为60∶20~80∶10。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种复合成型地毯的材料制备方法,其特征在于:其中构成面料层所述橡胶组份是选自顺丁橡胶、氯丁橡胶、异丙橡胶或丁苯橡胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种复合成型地毯的材料制备方法,其特征在于:构成上述底料层的聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维的两组份重量比为60∶20~80∶10。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种复合成型地毯的材料制备方法,其特征在于:其中构成底料层组份的低熔点纤维是以聚丙烯为芯、聚乙烯为皮所组成的自粘性复合纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种复合成型地毯的材料制备方法,其特征在于:由聚酯纤维与低熔点纤维构成所述底料层的混合针刺无纺布,其针刺密度为300~600针/平方厘米。
