技术领域
本发明涉及酿造装置技术领域,特别涉及一种药酒酿造装置。
背景技术
在酿药酒过程中,大型酒罐中需要添加药物原材料等粉末或硬质块状物物,现有技术中,一方面,添加药物原料的添加方式是直接将物料从罐顶倒入罐中,费时费力,打开酒罐时外部空气中的灰尘细菌会污染酒罐内部,并且操作中还存在较大的安全隐患;另一方面,药物的浸泡过程中需要翻动药物以使得药物的有效成分完全释放到酒液中,由此常见的药酒的酿造装置通常体积较小,药酒的产量低;虽然现在也出现了大型的药罐,但都是铁质品,酿造出来的药酒难以达到陶瓷小罐酿造的口感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种药酒酿造装置,能够在无需打开盖子的情况下即可搅动药物实现翻动,促进药效的释放,实现大量生产,且口感醇香浓郁。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种药酒酿造装置,包括:罐塞、罐瓶和底座,所述罐塞与所述罐瓶的瓶口可拆卸密封连接,所述底座置于所述罐瓶底部,所述底座分为排渣腔和隔离腔,所述排渣腔与所述罐瓶底部可连通或密封连接;所述罐瓶的两侧分别设置有将所述罐瓶的上部与下部相连通的导向道,所述导向道上开设有朝上开口的副进料口。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述排渣腔设置有多个排渣口,所述排渣口上装有控制其连通或关闭的阀门。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述药酒酿造装置底部设置有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括置于所述隔离腔的搅拌电机、轴套、通过轴套与所述搅拌电机连接的转轴、以及设置在所述转轴上的搅拌叶;所述转轴和所述搅拌叶伸入至所述罐瓶的1/2位置。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述罐瓶由将质量分数为23~30%的氧化铝、10~15%的二氧化锆、8~12%的氧化硅、18~22%的树脂基、2~5%的玻璃钢纤维、28~35%的石英以及12~15%的高岭土,加入含有质量分数为8~15%的聚丙烯酸钠和3~5%的聚丙二醇的沉香水,制成黏土、成型、修整、在380~1170℃温升条件下烧结制得,其中800~1170℃为陶瓷晶化工程。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述沉香水的添加量的质量分数为8~12%。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述沉香水由0.2~0.3kg沉香块、0.05~0.1kg的通草和0.1kg的青皮浸泡在2~2.5kg清水蒸煮15~20min,得滤液而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的药酒酿造装置所采用的材质制成的罐瓶,具有韧性强,耐高温、防腐蚀耐磨、密封性好,罐瓶一方面采用聚丙烯酸钠和聚丙二醇即可作为分散剂又利于罐体表面光滑,避免细菌的附着,保障用本发明的装置酿酒的安全卫生;另一方面采用沉香水来混合其它原材料,使得罐子具有沉香的独特气味,使得酿造出来的药酒香味浓郁,口感醇厚。
2、罐瓶两侧设置有将罐瓶的上部与下部相连通的导向道,导向道上开设有朝上开口的副进料口,一方面可以从副进料口加入原酒,避免揭开罐塞造成污染,另一方面通过副进料口底部通入空气以使得酒液形成气泡,从罐瓶底部和上部翻腾,以带动酒液在中草药物之间流动,形成循环式的回流,充分将药物浸泡,实现对药酒的翻动,且比搅动药酒更有利于药物成分融入到酒水中。
3、进一步的还可以通过在罐瓶中安装搅拌装置,用于翻动药酒。

图1和图2显示了根据本发明优选实施方式的药酒酿造装置的两种不同结构示意图。
如图1和图2所示一种药酒酿造装置,包括:罐塞1、罐瓶2和底座3,罐塞1与罐瓶2的瓶口可拆卸密封连接,底座3置于罐瓶2底部,底座3分为排渣腔31和隔离腔,排渣腔31与罐瓶2底部可连通或密封连接,具体是通过在排渣腔31与罐瓶2底部之间设置档板,当挡板为整片实木板或是铁板时排渣腔31与罐瓶2不相连通,当档板为过滤器,该过滤器进液口连通罐瓶2底部,出液口连通排渣腔3时,排渣腔31与罐瓶2连通连接。进一步的排渣腔31设置有多个排渣口32,排渣口32上装有控制其连通或关闭的阀门,用于将酒液或是药渣排出;罐瓶2的两侧分别设置有将罐瓶2的上部与下部相连通的导向道5,导向道5上开设有朝上开口的副进料口51,副进料口51上安装有控制器开关的阀门,以便灵活使用,一方面可以从副进料口51加入原酒,避免揭开罐塞1造成污染,另一方面通过副进料口51向罐瓶2底部通入空气以使得酒液形成气泡,从罐瓶2底部和上部翻腾,以带动酒液在中草药物之间流动,形成循环式的回流,充分将药物浸泡,实现对药酒的翻动,且比搅动药酒更有利于药物成分融入到酒水中。
图3是为适配图2所示的第二种药酒酿造装置,在药酒酿造装置底部设置有搅拌装置4,搅拌装置4包括置于隔离腔的搅拌电机41、轴套42、通过轴套42与搅拌电机41连接的转轴43、以及设置在转轴43上的搅拌叶44;转轴43和搅拌叶44伸入至罐瓶2的1/2位置,在具体安装搅拌装置3时,搅拌装置3与排渣腔31、罐瓶2底部相连接处均进行防水防尘密封处理。

而本发明所用的沉香水由0.2~0.3kg沉香块、0.05~0.1kg的通草和0.1kg的青皮浸泡在2~2.5kg清水蒸煮15~20min,得滤液而成,优选0.3kg的沉香块、0.07的通草和0.1kg青皮浸泡在2kg的清水蒸煮15min,得滤液而成。

3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的药酒酿造装置,其特征在于,所述罐瓶由将质量分数为23~30%的氧化铝、10~15%的二氧化锆、8~12%的氧化硅、18~22%的树脂基、2~5%的玻璃钢纤维、28~35%的石英以及12~15%的高岭土,加入含有质量分数为8~15%的聚丙烯酸钠和3~5%的聚丙二醇的沉香水,制成黏土、成型、修整、在380~1170℃温升条件下烧结制得,其中800~1170℃为陶瓷晶化工程。
4.根据权利要求3所述的药酒酿造装置,其特征在于,所述沉香水的添加量的质量分数为8~12%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的药酒酿造装置,其特征在于,所述沉香水由0.2~0.3kg沉香块、0.05~0.1kg的通草和0.1kg的青皮浸泡在2~2.5kg清水蒸煮15~20min,得滤液而成。
6.根据权利要求1任一所述的药酒酿造装置,其特征在于,所述排渣腔设置有多个排渣口,所述排渣口上装有控制其连通或关闭的阀门。
