(1)异氰酸酯 42-55份;
(2)多异氰酸酯 33-40份;
(3)聚醚 24-29份;
(4)尼龙纤维 11-19份;
(5)碳纤维 5-8份;
(6)环烷酸铈 2-6份;
(7)氧化镧 2-5份;
(8)植物油 1-3份;
(9)碱式氯化镁晶须 1-2份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的原料配比,使成品材料性能优异,并且配比简单,采用多异氰酸酯增强树脂、碳纤维、碱式氯化镁晶须,有效提高产品的使用强度,其余各组分渗透结合,有效提高产品的韧性,本产品使用寿命长,易加工,符合实际生产要求。

(1)异氰酸酯 52份;
(2)多异氰酸酯 37份;
(3)聚醚 26份;
(4)尼龙纤维 14份;
(5)碳纤维 7份;
(6)环烷酸铈 5份;
(7)氧化镧 3份;
(8)植物油 2份;
(9)碱式氯化镁晶须 1.3份。
本发明通过精确的原料配比,使成品材料性能优异,并且配比简单,采用多异氰酸酯增强树脂、碳纤维、碱式氯化镁晶须,有效提高产品的使用强度,其余各组分渗透结合,有效提高产品的韧性,本产品使用寿命长,易加工,符合实际生产要求。
