背景技术
混合动力车辆相对传统车辆由于增加了电机(尤其是混联式混合动力系统增加了两个电机),整个驱动系统的纵向长度(即轴向长度)过长,这导致了混合动力系统的布置已经成为了难题。
独立悬架系统相对于非独立悬架系统可以减少车身和车架的振动并且可以提高车辆行驶的平顺性,另外,独立悬架也可以减轻部分重量。目前多数混合动力系统商用车采用的都是非独立悬架结构,非独立悬架结构较简单,技术比较成熟。但是随着商用车舒适性要求不断的提高,独立悬架已经成为应用趋势。
混合动力车辆相对于传统车辆增加了电机、电池、控制器等设备,车重相对于传统车辆增加了很多。减重对于整车经济性提升有着明显的效果,目前混合动力车辆的轻量化也已经成为了重要的发展方向。独立悬架相对非独立悬架有着更多的可挖掘的减重措施,这对于混合动力系统车辆减重更有益处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,用以解决非独立悬架混合动力系统的轴向长度较长,比较难以布置、舒适性差的问题。本发明同时提供一种混合动力汽车。
为实现上述目的,本发明包括以下技术方案。
系统方案一:本方案提供一种电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,包括发动机、驱动系统总成和等速万向节,所述驱动系统总成包括主减齿轮轴、内部设置有第一电机的第一机电耦合系统以及内部设置有第二电机的第二机电耦合系统,所述发动机输出连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴,所述第一机电耦合系统的输出轴、所述第二机电耦合系统的输出轴与主减齿轮轴通过齿轮机构啮合连接,主减齿轮轴通过所述等速万向节与半轴连接,所述半轴用于驱动连接车轮。
本方案提供的混合动力系统为基于独立悬架系统的混合动力系统,取消了传统的车桥,将动力系统进行了集成,减少了系统的轴向长度,降低了布置难度,同时更高的集成度可以减轻动力系统的重量;并且,取消传统的车桥,采用独立悬架结构,降低了系统重量,提升了车辆行驶的平顺性和车辆的舒适性。

汽车方案三:在汽车方案一或二的基础上,所述第一机电耦合系统包括第一离合器、所述第一电机和第二离合器,所述第二机电耦合系统包括所述第二电机,所述第一离合器的一端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴,第一离合器的另一端、第一电机和第二离合器的一端依次连接,所述第二离合器的另一端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输出轴,所述第二电机连接所述第二机电耦合系统的输出轴。
汽车方案四:在汽车方案一或二的基础上,所述第一机电耦合系统包括所述第一电机和第一行星排,所述第二机电耦合系统包括第二行星排和所述第二电机,所述第一行星排中的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中有一个是前第一端,一个是前第二端,一个是前第三端,第二行星排中的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中有一个是后第一端,一个是后第二端,一个是后第三端,所述第一电机连接所述前第一端,所述前第二端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴,所述前第三端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输出轴;所述后第一端连接所述第二电机,所述后第二端连接所述第二机电耦合系统的输出轴。
汽车方案五:在汽车方案四的基础上,所述前第一端为第一行星排中的太阳轮,所述前第二端为第一行星排中的行星架,所述前第三端为第一行星排中的齿圈,所述后第一端为第二行星排中的太阳轮,所述后第二端为第二行星排中的行星架,所述后第三端为第二行星排中的齿圈,第二行星排的齿圈连接在壳体上。
汽车方案六:在汽车方案四的基础上,所述前第二端通过扭转减震器连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴。
汽车方案七:在汽车方案一或二或五或六的基础上,所述第一机电耦合系统和第二机电耦合系统沿着系统轴向方向前后布置,且第一机电耦合系统和第二机电耦合系统分别布置在主减齿轮轴的两侧。

具体实施方式
混合动力汽车实施例
本实施例提供一种混合动力汽车,包括一种电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统以及其他的组成部分,由于其他的组成部分并非本申请的重点,本实施例就不再赘述,以下重点对电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统进行说明。
电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,简称为动力系统,如图1所示,包括发动机1、驱动系统总成8和等速万向节5,驱动系统总成8包括主减齿轮轴4、第一机电耦合系统2以及第二机电耦合系统9。其中,第一机电耦合系统内部设置有电机,为第一电机,第二机电耦合系统9内部设置有电机,为第二电机,主减齿轮轴4通常包含有差速器。发动机1输出连接第一机电耦合系统2的输入轴,第一机电耦合系统2的输出轴3、第二机电耦合系统9的输出轴与主减齿轮轴4通过齿轮机构啮合连接,并且,根据第一机电耦合系统2的输出轴3、第二机电耦合系统9的输出轴与主减齿轮轴4之间的结构关系可知,第一机电耦合系统2的输出轴3、第二机电耦合系统9的输出轴与主减齿轮轴4不在同一平面上,动力系统的旋转方向发生了90度变化,因此,为了实现三者之间的机械传动连接,三者之间的齿轮机构为准双曲面齿轮机构,当然,除了准双曲面齿轮机构之外,也不排除其他能够实现相同功能的齿轮机构。另外,主减齿轮轴4通过等速万向节5与半轴6连接,半轴6用于驱动连接车轮7。
而且,如图1所示,第一机电耦合系统2和第二机电耦合系统9沿着系统轴向方向前后布置,并且,第一机电耦合系统2和第二机电耦合系统9分别布置在主减齿轮轴4的两侧。将第二机电耦合系统9布置在系统后端,利用这种电机后置式布置方式以及独立悬架集成化的结构,能够解决目前混合动力系统难布置以及舒适性差和重量大等问题。
以下结合第一机电耦合系统2和第二机电耦合系统9的不同实现结构说明动力系统的两种具体实施方式。
如图2所示,本方案是双电机同轴混联方案的机电耦合方案,驱动系统总成8包括主减齿轮轴4、第一机电耦合系统2以及第二机电耦合系统9。第一机电耦合系统2包括第一离合器2A、第一电机2B和第二离合器2C,第二机电耦合系统9包括第二电机9C,第一离合器2A的一端连接第一机电耦合系统2的输入轴,第一离合器2A的另一端、第一电机2B和第二离合器2C的一端依次连接,第二离合器2C的另一端连接第一机电耦合系统2的输出轴,第二电机9C连接第二机电耦合系统9的输出轴。发动机1输出连接第一机电耦合系统2的输入轴,第一机电耦合系统2的输出轴3、第二机电耦合系统9的输出轴与主减齿轮轴4通过准双曲面齿轮机构连接,主减齿轮轴4通过等速万向节5与半轴6连接,半轴6用于驱动连接车轮7。
由于图2和图3是两个不同的实施方式,因此,这两个图中可以使用相同的附图标记。
如图3所示,本方案是双电机同轴功率分流式混联方案的机电耦合方案,驱动系统总成8包括主减齿轮轴4、第一机电耦合系统2以及第二机电耦合系统9。第一机电耦合系统2包括第一电机2B和第一行星排2C,第二机电耦合系统9包括第二行星排9A和第二电机9B。
行星排包括三个端,分别称为第一端、第二端和第三端,由于行星排的三个端分别是太阳轮、行星架和齿圈,因此,第一端、第二端和第三端分别与太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中的其中一个一一对应。那么,第一行星排2C中的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中有一个是前第一端,一个是前第二端,一个是前第三端;第二行星排9A中的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中有一个是后第一端,一个是后第二端,一个是后第三端。那么,发动机1输出连接第一机电耦合系统2的输入轴,第一机电耦合系统2的输入轴连接前第二端,第一电机2B连接前第一端,前第三端连接第一机电耦合系统2的输出轴3。第二电机9B连接后第一端,后第二端连接第二机电耦合系统9的输出轴。第一机电耦合系统2的输出轴3、第二机电耦合系统9的输出轴与主减齿轮轴4通过准双曲面齿轮机构连接,主减齿轮轴4通过等速万向节5与半轴6连接,半轴6用于驱动连接车轮7。
行星排中的第一端、第二端和第三端与太阳轮、行星架和齿圈的对应关系并不唯一,原则上总共有六种对应关系,不同的对应关系代表机械传动变比不同,因此,在满足运行要求的前提下,具体的对应关系可以根据实际需要进行设定,本实施例中,给出一种具体的对应关系:第一端为太阳轮,第二端为行星架,第三端为齿圈。那么,前第一端为第一行星排2C的太阳轮,前第二端为第一行星排2C的行星架,前第三端为第一行星排2C的齿圈,后第一端为第二行星排9A的太阳轮,后第二端为第二行星排9A的行星架,后第三端为第二行星排9A的齿圈。因此,发动机1输出连接第一机电耦合系统2的输入轴,第一机电耦合系统2的输入轴连接第一行星排2C的行星架,第一电机2B连接第一行星排2C的太阳轮,第一行星排2C的齿圈连接第一机电耦合系统2的输出轴3。第二电机9B连接第二行星排9A的太阳轮,第二行星排9A的行星架连接第二机电耦合系统9的输出轴,第二行星排9A的齿圈连接在壳体上。第一机电耦合系统2的输出轴3、第二机电耦合系统9的输出轴与主减齿轮轴4通过准双曲面齿轮机构连接,主减齿轮轴4通过等速万向节5与半轴6连接,半轴6用于驱动连接车轮7。
另外,为了对发动机的输出进行减震,第一行星排2C的行星架通过扭转减震器2A连接第一机电耦合系统2的输入轴,即发动机1通过扭转减震器2A连接第一行星排2C的行星架。
以上两种实施方案的动力系统均可以降低动力系统的重量,减少动力系统的轴向长度,提升车辆舒适性。
因此,电机后置主要的作用就是使系统比较容易布置,因为纵置式的混合动力系统太长,而由于后悬距离的限制,到后桥的距离有限,所以提出电机后置的想法。另外,目前市场上的混合动力系统,基本都是非独立悬架结构(除了高端乘用车领域有可能采用独立悬架结构),之所以称之为集中式独悬,是在传统的动力悬架的基础上,将后桥集成到混合动力系统里,减少了系统的轴向长度,降低了布置难度;并且,取消传统的车桥,采用独立悬架结构,降低了系统重量,提升了车辆行驶的平顺性。
电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统实施例
本实施例提供一种电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,由于该动力系统在上述混合动力汽车实施例中已给出了详细地描述,本实施例就不再具体说明。
以上给出了具体的实施方式,但本发明不局限于所描述的实施方式。本发明的基本思路在于上述基本方案,对本领域普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,设计出各种变形的模型、公式、参数并不需要花费创造性劳动。在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下对实施方式进行的变化、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,其特征在于,包括发动机、驱动系统总成和等速万向节,所述驱动系统总成包括主减齿轮轴、内部设置有第一电机的第一机电耦合系统以及内部设置有第二电机的第二机电耦合系统,所述发动机输出连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴,所述第一机电耦合系统的输出轴、所述第二机电耦合系统的输出轴与主减齿轮轴通过齿轮机构啮合连接,主减齿轮轴通过所述等速万向节与半轴连接,所述半轴用于驱动连接车轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述齿轮机构为准双曲面齿轮机构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一机电耦合系统包括第一离合器、所述第一电机和第二离合器,所述第二机电耦合系统包括所述第二电机,所述第一离合器的一端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴,第一离合器的另一端、第一电机和第二离合器的一端依次连接,所述第二离合器的另一端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输出轴,所述第二电机连接所述第二机电耦合系统的输出轴。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一机电耦合系统包括所述第一电机和第一行星排,所述第二机电耦合系统包括第二行星排和所述第二电机,所述第一行星排中的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中有一个是前第一端,一个是前第二端,一个是前第三端,第二行星排中的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中有一个是后第一端,一个是后第二端,一个是后第三端,所述第一电机连接所述前第一端,所述前第二端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴,所述前第三端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输出轴;所述后第一端连接所述第二电机,所述后第二端连接所述第二机电耦合系统的输出轴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述前第一端为第一行星排中的太阳轮,所述前第二端为第一行星排中的行星架,所述前第三端为第一行星排中的齿圈,所述后第一端为第二行星排中的太阳轮,所述后第二端为第二行星排中的行星架,所述后第三端为第二行星排中的齿圈,第二行星排的齿圈连接在壳体上。
6.一种混合动力汽车,包括一种电机后置式集中独悬混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统包括发动机、驱动系统总成和等速万向节,所述驱动系统总成包括主减齿轮轴、内部设置有第一电机的第一机电耦合系统以及内部设置有第二电机的第二机电耦合系统,所述发动机输出连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴,所述第一机电耦合系统的输出轴、所述第二机电耦合系统的输出轴与主减齿轮轴通过齿轮机构啮合连接,主减齿轮轴通过所述等速万向节与半轴连接,所述半轴用于驱动连接车轮。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力汽车,其特征在于,所述齿轮机构为准双曲面齿轮机构。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的混合动力汽车,其特征在于,所述第一机电耦合系统包括第一离合器、所述第一电机和第二离合器,所述第二机电耦合系统包括所述第二电机,所述第一离合器的一端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴,第一离合器的另一端、第一电机和第二离合器的一端依次连接,所述第二离合器的另一端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输出轴,所述第二电机连接所述第二机电耦合系统的输出轴。
9.根据权利要求6或7所述的混合动力汽车,其特征在于,所述第一机电耦合系统包括所述第一电机和第一行星排,所述第二机电耦合系统包括第二行星排和所述第二电机,所述第一行星排中的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中有一个是前第一端,一个是前第二端,一个是前第三端,第二行星排中的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈中有一个是后第一端,一个是后第二端,一个是后第三端,所述第一电机连接所述前第一端,所述前第二端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输入轴,所述前第三端连接所述第一机电耦合系统的输出轴;所述后第一端连接所述第二电机,所述后第二端连接所述第二机电耦合系统的输出轴。
10.根据权利要求9所述的混合动力汽车,其特征在于,所述前第一端为第一行星排中的太阳轮,所述前第二端为第一行星排中的行星架,所述前第三端为第一行星排中的齿圈,所述后第一端为第二行星排中的太阳轮,所述后第二端为第二行星排中的行星架,所述后第三端为第二行星排中的齿圈,第二行星排的齿圈连接在壳体上。
