背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如汽车后举门的外板,根据产品外形和结构分析,要求产品的型腔侧表面(外表面)光滑、光亮。但是,传统模具在实际生产中,由于产品的面积较大,粘性较强,产品在开模时容易粘贴在模具的型腔中,使产品的外表面有粘痕,影响产品的美观和亮度。

本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用针阀式吹气,辅助产品顺利脱离型腔,保证产品质量的汽车后举门外板模具针阀式吹气辅助脱模机构。

本发明涉及一种汽车后举门外板模具针阀式吹气辅助脱模机构,如图1—图3所示,包括模具上复板1和下复板2,上复板下安装型腔3,下复板上安装模脚4,模脚上安装型芯5,型芯5与型腔3之间有注塑成型的产品6,模脚之间设置顶针板7和顶针垫板8,顶针板7上连接顶杆9,顶杆9穿过型芯5与产品相接触,所述的型腔3中设置均布的气孔11,气孔外接气源,各气孔中设置气门10,气门10对产品6吹气,所述气门10为针阀式气门,所述针阀式气门包括固定镶块12,固定镶块中设置阀套13,阀套中设置阀针15,阀套上设有出气孔16。脱模时,由注塑机动力带动型芯5与型腔3分离开模,产品6牢在型芯5上,在此过程中,由于产品的面积较大,在注塑完成后,也会粘在型腔3中,此时,均布在型腔3中的气门10工作,对产品6进行吹气,辅助产品6脱离型腔牢在型芯5上,最后顶针板7工作,带动顶杆9将产品从型芯5上顶起,由机械手或人工取件完成脱模,保证了产品表面光亮、无痕,提高产品质量和档次。本方案结构,成本低,装配方便,实用性很好。所述的上复板1与型腔3之间设置隔热板14,有了隔热板,可以阻隔热量散发,节省能耗,同时减少热量排放,避免高温工作环境。
