Abstract
The invention discloses an automobile safety seat which is used for being arranged on a seat of a carrier, wherein the seat is provided with a standard anchoring structure and comprises a seat body, a supporting structure and a connecting belt, the seat body comprises a backrest part and a seat part, the supporting structure comprises a top part arranged on the backrest part, and the connecting belt is provided with a first end, a second end and a third end, wherein the first end and the second end are connected with the top part, and the third end is connected with the standard anchoring structure. This car safety seat can prevent that the seat body from taking place the upset, can strengthen the stability and the fastness of seat body and seat again, can improve travelling comfort and the security that children took effectively, and simultaneously, car safety seat's intensity is strengthened, and has simple structure, convenient operation, and the lower advantage of cost.

The invention relates to the technical field of safety seats, in particular to an automobile safety seat.
Background
Many parents misunderstand that it is the safest way to take children into the arms and sit at the position of the copilot, and parents who actually protect children from carelessness often underestimate the impact strength generated when the vehicles collide, and children who are positioned at the copilot are often broken by the ejected safety air bag. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an automobile safety seat for being mounted on a seat of a vehicle, wherein the seat is provided with a standard anchoring structure, the seat comprises a seat body, a supporting structure and a connecting belt, the seat body comprises a backrest portion and a seat portion, the supporting structure comprises a top member disposed on the backrest portion, and the connecting belt is provided with a first end and a second end connected with the top member and a third end connected with the standard anchoring structure.
Preferably, the top member is protrudingly provided at a top end of the backrest portion.
Preferably, the top end of the backrest part is provided with a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, and two ends of the top part are respectively mounted in the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove.

Preferably, two through holes are formed between the two convex parts and the top end of the backrest part.

Compared with the prior art, the automobile safety seat has the advantages that the supporting structure is arranged at the top end of the backrest part, the stability of the seat backrest part can be enhanced, meanwhile, the first end and the second end of the connecting belt are connected with the top part of the seat body, the third end of the connecting belt is connected with the standard anchoring structure on the seat in the carrier, the seat body and the seat in the carrier are further fixed, the seat body can be prevented from being overturned, the stability and firmness of the seat body and the seat can be enhanced, and the comfort and safety of children in riding can be effectively improved. Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like element numerals represent like elements.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a car seat 100 of the present invention is used for a seat (not shown) of a vehicle. The vehicle is preferably a domestic car, the seat in the car being provided with an anchoring structure (not shown) belonging to a standard anchoring point, the car safety seat 100 comprising a seat body 10, a supporting structure 20, and a connecting strip 30. The seat body 10 includes a backrest portion 11 and a seat portion 13, the supporting structure 20 includes a top member 21 disposed on the backrest portion 11, the connecting band 30 has a first end 31 and a second end 33 connected to the top member 21, and a third end 35 connected to a standard anchoring structure, further, the third end 35 of the connecting band 30 has a standard arrangement corresponding to the standard anchoring structure, and the connecting band 30 may be a woven band in this embodiment, but not limited thereto.
With continued reference to fig. 1-2, to facilitate mounting of the connecting strap 30, the top piece 21 is provided projecting at the top end of the backrest portion 11. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the top end of the backrest 11 is opened with a first mounting groove (not shown) and a second mounting groove, and both ends of the top member 21 are respectively mounted in the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove to stably fix the top member 21. The top member 21 is fixed to the top end of the backrest 11 to further enhance the firmness of the backrest 11, but not limited thereto, and may be disposed at other positions on the back of the backrest 11.
Further, the top member 21 is provided with two protrusions 211, and the first end 31 and the second end 33 of the connecting band 30 are connected by the two protrusions 211. The third end 35 of the connecting band 30 is connected with a standard anchoring structure, so that the connecting band 30 is in a V shape, and the connecting band 30 is arranged at both ends of the top part 21 to provide two supporting points, so that the strength of the connecting band 30 can be improved, the connecting band has a stable and reliable supporting effect, and the seat body 10 can be more stably fixed on the seat. Preferably, the first end 31 and the second end 33 form a ring portion connected to the two protrusions 211. In one embodiment, the two protrusions 211 are arc-shaped, which will not hurt hands when touched, and also have aesthetic appearance. In addition, when the connecting band 30 is under tension, the arc-shaped protrusions 211 can concentrate the first end 31 and the second end 33 at specific positions, and at the same time, the connecting band 30 will not be squeezed or twisted, and high strength can be maintained. Meanwhile, two through holes 213 are formed between the two arc-shaped protrusions 211 and the top end of the backrest 11, so that the first end 31 and the second end 33 of the connecting band 30 can be conveniently fixed to the connecting band 30 by surrounding the top member 21 through the two through holes 213. However, the present invention is not limited to the arc-shaped protrusion 211, and the V-shaped protrusion can be used to achieve the effect. The through holes 213, if they are connected to each other, do not hinder the function of the present invention.
With continued reference to fig. 2, a positioning member 22 is provided on the top member 21 to limit the movement of the connecting strap 30 and prevent the connecting strap 30 from sliding over the top member 21. Preferably, the positioning member 22 may be a metal sheet fixed to the top member 21 by a rivet, and the metal sheet may be an iron sheet, but is not limited thereto. Specifically, in one embodiment, the positioning member 22 is installed between the protrusion 211 and the backrest 11 to limit the movement of the first end 31 and the second end 33 of the connection strap 30 within a section where both ends of the positioning member 22 are fixed with the top member 21. In some embodiments, the positioning element 22 has an opening 221 toward the backrest 11, which facilitates the fixing of the positioning element 22.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the support structure 20 further includes a connecting member 23, one end of the connecting member 23 is connected to the top member 21, and the other end is connected to the backrest 11. Preferably, the connecting piece 23 is made of a connecting metal sheet, the top piece 21 is also made of a metal material, and the connecting metal sheet and the top piece 21 are fixed by welding to further strengthen the connection between the top piece 21 and the backrest portion 11 to avoid looseness, but the invention is not limited thereto. Preferably, the connecting member 23 is disposed at the front of the backrest 11, and when the connecting strap 30 pulls the top member 21, the connecting member 23 can provide a reaction force, improving the stability and comfort of the car safety seat 100.
Referring to fig. 4, the supporting structure 20 further includes two supporting members 25 extending from two ends of the top member 21, wherein the two supporting members 25 are both inserted through the backrest portion 11 and the seat portion 13, it can also be understood that one supporting member 25 is located at one side of the backrest portion 11 and the seat portion 13, and the other supporting member 25 is located at the other side of the backrest portion 11 and the seat portion 13. The support member 25 may further reinforce the backrest portion 11 and the seat portion 13, so as to reinforce the stability of the backrest portion 11 and the seat portion 13. Specifically, the top member 21 and the support member 25 are made of metal, and particularly, the top member 21 and the support member 25 may be made of metal tubes, but not limited thereto. As for the connection method, it is preferable to connect the top part 21 and the supporting part 25 by welding to form a whole, so as to ensure no looseness, and have the best supporting and reinforcing effects, but not limited thereto, for example, the top part 21 and the supporting part 25 can also be connected by fixing with screws or the like.
The following will describe in detail the use of the car safety seat 100 of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 4: when the car safety seat 100 is not used, the top member 21 is protruded from the top end of the backrest 11, both ends of the top member 21 are respectively installed in the first installation groove and the second installation groove, the top member 21 has two arc-shaped protrusions 211, and two through holes 213 are formed between the two arc-shaped protrusions 211 and the top end of the backrest 11. A positioning piece 22 is arranged between the arc-shaped convex part 211 and the backrest 11, a first end 31 and a second end 33 of the connecting band 30 are respectively connected on the top piece 21 corresponding to the interval formed by the two arc-shaped convex parts 211 and the two positioning pieces 22 in a surrounding manner, one end of the connecting piece 23 is welded and fixed with the top piece 21, and the other end is fixed on the front surface of the backrest 11 by adopting screws. One support 25 is positioned at the side of the backrest part 11 and the seat part 13, the other support 25 is positioned at the other side of the backrest part 11 and the seat part 13, and the two supports 25 and the two ends of the top part 21 are fixed by welding; when the car seat 100 is used, the car seat 100 is mounted on a car inner seat, and the third end 35 of the connection strap 30 is connected to an anchoring structure on the seat. The third end 35 of the connection strap 30 is provided with a standard arrangement corresponding to a standard anchoring structure, and the rest of the installation of the car safety seat 100 on the seat in the car is performed by common means in the field, which will not be described in detail herein, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation. Further, since the connection strap 30 is connected to the top end of the backrest portion 11 and is connected to the top member 21 of the seat body 10 in a loop formed by the first end 31 and the second end 33, the connection strap can be connected to a standard anchoring structure on a seat in the vehicle regardless of whether the car safety seat 100 is used in a forward or rearward direction.
Compared with the prior art, the automobile safety seat 100 of the invention is provided with the supporting structure 20 at the top end of the backrest part 11, can enhance the stability of the backrest part 11, and is connected with the top part 21 of the seat body 10 by utilizing the first end 31 and the second end 33 of the connecting belt 30, and the third end 35 is connected with the standard anchoring structure on the seat in the vehicle, so as to further fix the seat body 10 and the seat in the vehicle. The seat body 10 can be prevented from being overturned, the stability and firmness of the seat body 10 and the seat can be enhanced, and the comfort and the safety of children can be effectively improved. Meanwhile, the structure of the support structure 20 and the connection belt 30 is relatively simple, and thus, the cost of the car safety seat 100 is low.
The present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed above, and is intended to cover various modifications, equivalent combinations, which are within the spirit of the invention.
Claims (16)
1. An automobile safety seat for being arranged on a seat of a carrier, the seat of the carrier being provided with a standard anchoring structure, comprising:
the seat body comprises a backrest part and a seat part;
a support structure including a top member disposed on said backrest portion, said top member being convexly disposed at a top end of said backrest portion; and
a connecting strap having a first end and a second end connected to the top member, and a third end connected to the standard anchoring structure,
the supporting structure also comprises two supporting pieces which respectively extend out of two ends of the top piece, the two supporting pieces are respectively penetrated through the backrest part and the seat part,
the top of the backrest part is provided with a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, and two ends of the top part are respectively mounted in the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove.
2. The vehicle safety seat of claim 1, wherein the topper member is provided with two protrusions by which the first end and the second end are connected, respectively.
3. The car safety seat according to claim 2, wherein both of said projections are in the shape of an arc.
4. The car safety seat according to claim 3, wherein two through holes are formed between the two protrusions and the top end of the backrest portion.
5. The car safety seat according to claim 3, wherein the top member is provided with a stopper for limiting the moving amplitude of the connection strap.
6. The car safety seat according to claim 5, wherein the positioning member is located between the boss and the backrest.
7. The car safety seat according to claim 6, wherein the positioning member has an opening portion toward the backrest.
8. The car safety seat according to claim 7, wherein the positioning member is a metal sheet, and a blind rivet is used to fix the metal sheet to the top member.
9. The car safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the connecting strap is V-shaped.
10. The vehicle safety seat of claim 1, wherein the support structure further comprises a connector having one end connected to the top member and another end connected to the backrest portion.
11. The car safety seat according to claim 10, wherein the top member is made of metal, the connecting member is a metal plate, and the metal plate is welded and fixed to the top member.
12. The car safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the top member and the support member are both metal tubes.
13. The car safety seat according to claim 12, wherein said top member is welded to said support member.
14. The car safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the connecting strap is a webbing.
15. The car safety seat according to claim 1, wherein said third end of said connecting strap is provided with a standard configuration corresponding to said standard anchoring configuration.
16. An automobile safety seat for being arranged on a seat of a carrier, the seat of the carrier being provided with a standard anchoring structure, comprising:
the seat body comprises a backrest part and a seat part;
a support structure including a top member disposed in said backrest portion, said top member being convexly disposed at a top end of said backrest portion; and
a connecting strap having a first end and a second end connected to the top member, and a third end connected to the standard anchoring structure,
wherein when the automobile safety seat is arranged to be used forwards or backwards relative to the seat, the third end of the connecting band is connected with the standard anchoring structure,
the supporting structure also comprises two supporting pieces which respectively extend out of two ends of the top piece, the two supporting pieces both penetrate through the backrest part and the seat part,
the top of the backrest part is provided with a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, and two ends of the top part are respectively mounted in the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove.
