Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to automotive accessories, and more particularly to a harness assembly and a child car safety seat using the harness assembly.
Background
At present, more and more people use automobiles as transportation tools, the requirements on the safety and the comfort of automobiles and accessory products are higher and higher, and people (including drivers and passengers) on the automobiles wear safety belts, which is accepted as legal requirements, so that the life safety of passengers is guaranteed. The automobile safety seat is developed in developed countries such as Europe and America, particularly relevant regulations are successively issued in Europe and America since 80 years, so that children are forced to use the automobile safety seat when taking a car, and the automobile safety seat is rapidly developed and popularized.
When the automobile using the child automobile safety seat actually collides or suddenly decelerates, the child can continue to move forwards due to the inertia effect, and the safety belt can protect the child from continuing to move forwards. But at the same time, because the skeleton of the child is not developed completely and can not bear the strong impact force, the child is easy to be injured due to the binding pulling force instantly given by the safety belt.

The harness assembly cushioning member described above may be placed between the shoulder and shoulder straps of a child, which not only effectively limits the forward movement of the child in the event of a vehicle collision, but also distributes and cushions the pressure on the child's chest.
In one embodiment, the material of the buffer member is selected from a polypropylene plastic foaming material, a polystyrene foam, a foamed polystyrene-polyethylene hybrid, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene and polyurethane, and is formed through a foaming process.
In one embodiment, the first fastener is a male snap and the second fastener is a female snap.
In one embodiment, the first fastening piece is a hook and loop fastener, and the second fastening piece is a hook and loop fastener.
In one embodiment, the first fastening member is a magnetic member, and the second fastening member is an iron member.
In one embodiment, the number of the shoulder straps and the shoulder strap protection pieces is two, the two shoulder straps are arranged at intervals, and the main body parts of the two shoulder strap protection pieces are arranged oppositely.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a protective sheet connecting belt, and the two shoulder strap protective sheets are connected through the protective sheet connecting belt.
In one embodiment, the headrest further comprises a protective sheet connecting belt, one end of the protective sheet connecting belt is fixed with the shoulder strap protective sheet, and the other end of the protective sheet connecting belt is fixed with the headrest.
A child car safety seat comprises a seat body, a headrest arranged on the seat body, and the safety belt assembly arranged on the seat body and provided with any one of the seat belts.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions in the embodiments or the conventional technologies of the present application, the drawings used in the descriptions of the embodiments or the conventional technologies will be briefly introduced below, it is obvious that the drawings in the following descriptions are only some embodiments of the present application, and for those skilled in the art, other drawings can be obtained according to the drawings without creative efforts.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a child car safety seat according to one embodiment;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the harness assembly of FIG. 1 with the shoulder strap flaps open;
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a buffer according to an embodiment;
fig. 4 is a schematic view of another condition of the harness assembly of fig. 1.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a child car seat 100 according to an embodiment is mainly used for being disposed in a rear seat of a car for a child to sit on. The child car seat 100 includes a seat body 11, a headrest 12 disposed on the seat body 11, and a seat belt assembly 20 disposed on the seat body 11.
The seat body 11 can be used for a child to sit on, and the headrest 12 is slidably arranged at the top of the seat body 11, so that the height position of the headrest can be adjusted up and down relative to the seat body 11, and the head of the child with different heights can be leaned on when the child sits on the headrest.
The harness assembly 20 includes two shoulder straps 22 and two shoulder strap guards 24 disposed on the two shoulder straps 22, respectively. The two shoulder straps 22 are provided on the seat body 11 at left and right intervals and extend in the substantially vertical direction, and are detachably connected to a buckle 26. When a child sits on the child car seat 100, the two shoulder belts 22 can be respectively bound to the trunk of the child, so as to prevent the body of the child from moving forward rapidly to cause injury when the car is braked emergently.
As shown in fig. 2, the shoulder strap guard 24 is made of a fabric material and includes first and second clip arms 242 and 244 connected by sides. The first clamping arm 242 and the second clamping arm 244 may be formed by folding a single integral material, or two independent materials may be connected by sewing. The free ends of the first and second clamp arms 242 and 244 are further provided with first and second fasteners 246 and 248, respectively. The shoulder strap 22 is stably clamped between the first and second clamp arms 242, 244 by the cooperation of the first and second fasteners 246, 248, and the shoulder strap 22 can slide relative to the shoulder strap guard 24. In this embodiment, the first fastener 246 is a male snap and the second fastener 248 is a female snap that mates with the male snap. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first fastening member may also be a hook and loop fastener, and the second fastening member is a hook and loop fastener. In another embodiment, the first fastening member may also be a magnetic member, and the second fastening member may be an iron member.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to further prevent the shoulder belt 22 from injuring the body of the child during the emergency braking of the vehicle, the second clip arms 244 directly contacting the shoulders of the child are filled with the buffering members 26. The shape and size of the buffer 26 can be adapted to the size of the second clipping arms 244. The thickness of the buffer 26 may be between 5mm and 20 mm. The material of the buffer 26 may be selected from polypropylene plastic foam (EPP), polystyrene foam (EPS), expanded polystyrene-polyethylene hybrid (EPO), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyethylene (PE), polyurethane (PU), and the like. The buffer 26 may be formed by the above-described material using a foaming process. The cushion 26 received in the second clip arms 244 is placed between the shoulder of the child and the shoulder harness 22, which makes it possible not only to effectively restrict the forward movement of the child in the event of a vehicle collision, but also to disperse and cushion the pressure applied to the chest of the child. It is understood that the buffer 26 may be disposed in the first clamping arm 242, or two buffers 26 may be disposed in the first and second clamping arms 242 and 244, respectively.
Referring to fig. 4, the seatbelt assembly 20 further includes two guard band attachment straps 28 for securing the shoulder belt guards 24 in position on the shoulders of the occupant. The shoulder straps 22 and the flap connecting straps 28 are all nylon woven straps. One end of the protective sheet connecting strap 28 is fixed to the headrest 12, and the other end is fixed to the second clamp arm 244 by sewing or the like. It is to be understood that only one flap connecting band 28 may be used to connect the left and right shoulder strap flaps 24 to each other. At this time, both ends of the protection piece connecting band 28 are fixed to the second clip arms 244 of the shoulder strap protection pieces 24 by sewing or the like, and the middle portion of the protection piece connecting band 28 is wound around the headrest 12.
All possible combinations of the technical features of the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, and these changes and modifications are all within the scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent should be subject to the appended claims.
