Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a nail pushing device of minimally invasive abdominal surgery equipment, which comprises a base shell, a handle, an extension spring, a double-wire wheel, an upper jaw driving rope, a lower jaw driving rope, an outer tube, a lower jaw push rod, an upper jaw push rod, a clamp head upper jaw, a clamp head lower jaw and a push knife, wherein the handle is hinged in the base shell and is reset through the extension spring, the head end of the outer tube is rotatably arranged on the base shell, the lower jaw push rod and the upper jaw push rod are hinged, two ends of the lower jaw push rod are fixedly connected with the tail end of the outer tube and the clamp head lower jaw respectively, nail bins are respectively arranged on the clamp head upper jaw and the clamp head lower jaw, and the push knife is arranged in the nail bins in a sliding manner; the upper jaw driving rope and the lower jaw driving rope bypass one end of the double-wire wheel to be connected to the handle, and the other end of the double-wire wheel penetrates through the outer tube and is respectively connected with the push-type broach. By adopting the invention, the installation progress can be reduced, the noise, vibration and cost of the instrument can be effectively reduced, and more stable nailing operation is provided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a surgical instrument, in particular to a nail pushing device of a minimally invasive abdominal cavity surgical instrument.
Background
Minimally invasive surgery has been advanced into various fields of surgery, and has become a major direction of surgical development nowadays, but recently developed laparoscopic surgery in China has significantly increased types and cases, and along with the occurrence of this social phenomenon, laparoscopic surgery has emerged as a newly developed minimally invasive method, which is a necessary trend of development of future surgical methods. The purse-string suture device is a medical device frequently used when purse-string suture is carried out on lumen tissues such as intestinal tracts in surgical operation, is used in traditional open or endoscopic operation, and is especially used for replacing hands to finish purse-string suture in a narrow space and placing purse-string suture. The pouch anastomat can effectively save operation time when being used in esophagus and stomach intestine operation, avoid unnecessary side injury, ensure operation quality, and directly influence operation progress by the performance of the pouch anastomat, thereby playing a very important role in operation effect.
However, in the existing purse-string anastomat used clinically, the traditional purse-string stapler has the defects of overlarge volume of the head end, too thick operating rod, incapability of changing angles of the head end and the like, and is not suitable for operation in narrow spaces of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery. However, they require extremely high installation accuracy and high cost compared to foreign purse string forceps, so that even though disposable purse string suture forceps for open surgery are currently available, these products and new designs have not been able to perfectly solve the above problems so far.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide a nail pushing device of a minimally invasive abdominal cavity surgical instrument. The push-nail operation of the purse-string suture can be carried out more stably in a narrow space of the minimally invasive surgery and the open surgery, the installation precision is reduced, the noise and the cost are reduced, and the aim of nailing is fulfilled.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a nail pushing device of a minimally invasive abdominal surgery device, which comprises a base shell, a handle, an extension spring, a double-wire wheel, an upper jaw driving rope, a lower jaw driving rope, an outer tube, a lower jaw push rod, an upper jaw push rod, a clamp head upper jaw, a clamp head lower jaw and a push knife, wherein the handle is hinged in the base shell and is reset through the extension spring, the head end of the outer tube is rotatably arranged on the base shell, the lower jaw push rod and the upper jaw push rod are hinged, two ends of the lower jaw push rod are fixedly connected with the tail end of the outer tube and the clamp head lower jaw respectively, nail bins are respectively arranged on the clamp head upper jaw and the clamp head lower jaw, and the push knife is slidably arranged in the nail bins; the upper jaw driving rope and the lower jaw driving rope bypass one end of the double-wire wheel to be connected to the handle, and the other end of the double-wire wheel penetrates through the outer tube and is respectively connected with the push-type broach.
Further, a return spring is arranged between the push broach and the upper jaw of the clamp head and between the push broach and the lower jaw of the clamp head.
Furthermore, the upper jaw of the clamp head and the lower jaw of the clamp head are respectively provided with a guide rail, and the push-type broaches are respectively arranged in the guide rails in a sliding manner.
Still further, the staple cartridge has a staple ejection face having a plurality of staple ejection slots.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention can be operated in a narrow space of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery, reduces the risk of surgery, and is beneficial to recovery of patients in a minimally invasive mode. The invention not only can reduce the installation progress, but also can effectively reduce the noise, vibration and cost of the instrument, and provides more stable nailing operation.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
Referring to FIG. 1-3, a schematic structure is shown.
The invention provides a nail pushing device of minimally invasive abdominal surgery equipment, which comprises a base shell 1, a handle 2, an extension spring 3, a double-wire wheel 5, an upper jaw driving rope 7, a lower jaw driving rope 6, an outer tube 8, a lower jaw push rod 9, an upper jaw push rod 10, a clamp head upper jaw 12, a clamp head lower jaw 14 and a push knife 13.
The handle 2 is hinged on the base shell 1, and the handle 2 can be rotated around a pivot point P on the base shell by pressing the handle 2 by a human finger.
The upper jaw driving rope 7 is wound on one wire guiding wheel of the double wire guiding wheel 5, and the lower jaw driving rope 6 is wound on the other wire guiding wheel
The double wire wheel 5 is able to rotate about its axis and convert the driving force into a horizontal pulling force, which will be reset by the tension spring 3 after the end of the operation, since the tension spring 3 will be given a tension when the handle is pressed.
When the handle 2 rotates around the fulcrum P, one end connected with the ropes rotates around the fulcrum P in a clockwise direction, and simultaneously pulls the two driving ropes, under the action of the double-wire wheel 5, the upper jaw driving ropes 7 and the lower jaw driving ropes 6 horizontally move to provide pulling force for the push knife 13.
One end of the jaw push rod 9 is in interference fit with the outer tube 8, and the other end is in interference fit with the jaw 14 of the clamp head to fix the jaw and the outer tube 8
The jaw driving rope 6 is connected with the push-out knife 13 through a rope hole of the jaw 14, and the push-out knife 13 can only move along the axial direction of the nail bin 11 under the limit of the jaw nail bin guide rail. The push broach 13 moves in a plane under the action of the jaw driving rope 6, nails in the nail bin 11 are extruded out of the nail bin, a compression amount is given to the reset spring 15 when the nails are extruded out, and after the operation is finished, the reset spring 15 can reset the push broach 13.
The upper jaw push rod 10 is hinged with the lower jaw push rod 9, and the other end of the upper jaw push rod is in interference fit with the jaw head upper jaw 12, so that the jaw head upper jaw 12 cannot move when the upper jaw driving rope 7 provides tension. The upper jaw driving rope 7 is connected with the push-broach 13 through a rope hole of the upper jaw 12 of the clamp head, and the push-broach 13 can only perform plane movement, thereby realizing the push-nail operation.
The jaw upper jaw 12 and the jaw lower jaw 14 are both provided with guide rails 17, and the push knives 13 are respectively and slidably arranged in the guide rails 17.
The jaw upper jaw 12 and the jaw lower jaw 14 are respectively provided with a nail bin 11, and the nail bin 11 is provided with a nail outlet surface 18 which is provided with a plurality of nail outlet grooves 19.
Specifically, the staples are interference fit into the staple slots of the staple cartridge 11, and the sutures 16 are placed in the wire slots of the staple cartridge 11, as shown in fig. 5, orthogonal to the staples, which insert the sutures 16 together into the tissue as the staples are pushed out by the pusher knife 13.
The upper jaw 12, the lower jaw 14, the nail bin 11 and the push knife 13 are all conventional mechanisms.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the maximum diameter of the forceps head part can be smaller than 12mm, the forceps head part can be operated in a narrow space of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery, the risk of surgery is reduced, and the forceps head part is beneficial to recovery of patients in a minimally invasive mode.
2. The pliers head can automatically integrate nailing and threading operation.
3. Not only can the installation progress be reduced, instrument noise, vibrations and cost can effectively be reduced moreover to provide more steady nailing operation.
4. The spring is used to make up the defect that the rope transmission can not be reset.
The above disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it is needless to say that the scope of the invention is not limited thereto, and therefore, the equivalent changes according to the claims of the present invention still fall within the scope of the present invention.
