The embodiment of the invention discloses a nail pushing device of a purse-string suture device under a endoscope, which comprises a handle part power forming mechanism, a transmission rod part power transmission mechanism and a forceps head part power conversion nail pushing mechanism, wherein the handle part power forming mechanism comprises a base shell, a handle, a pushing block and a guide rail block, and the transmission rod part power transmission mechanism comprises a fixed rod arranged on the base shell and an inner rod sleeved in the fixed rod; the power conversion nail pushing mechanism of the clamp head part comprises an upper push broach, a lower push broach, a clamp head upper jaw and a clamp head lower jaw, wherein the upper push broach and the lower push broach are rotationally connected through an upper linkage rod and a lower linkage rod which are hinged, and the other end of the inner rod is in linkage with the upper linkage rod and the lower linkage rod through soft reed sheets. The invention can be used for operation in narrow space of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery, reduces surgery risk, is beneficial to recovery of patients in a minimally invasive mode, can automatically integrate nailing and threading operation on the forceps heads, and can rotate to adapt to operation at different positions.

Technical Field

With rapid development of science, technology and medical level, minimally invasive and rapid rehabilitation is generally pursued, and minimally invasive surgery has become a main direction of surgical development nowadays. The pouch anastomat can effectively save operation time when being used in esophagus and stomach intestine operation, avoid unnecessary side injury, ensure operation quality, and directly influence operation progress by the performance of the pouch anastomat, thereby playing a very important role in operation effect.
However, the existing purse-string anastomat used clinically has the defects of overlarge volume of the head end, too thick operating rod, incapability of changing angles of the head end and the like, and is not suitable for operation in narrow spaces of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery. Although disposable purse-string suture forceps for open surgery are currently available, none of these products and new designs have yet to perfectly solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide a nail pushing device of a purse string suture device under a cavity mirror. The push-nail operation of purse-string suture can be carried out in a narrow space of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery, and the aim of nailing is fulfilled.

Reference is made to the schematic structural diagrams shown in fig. 1 and 5.
The invention relates to a nail pushing device of a purse-string suture device under a cavity mirror, which comprises a handle part power forming mechanism 1, a transmission rod part power transmission mechanism 2 and a clamp head part power conversion nail pushing mechanism 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the handle part power forming mechanism 1 comprises a base shell 11, a handle 12, a pushing block 13 and a guide rail block 14, wherein the guide rail block 14 is fixedly arranged in the base shell 11, the handle 12 is rotatably arranged on the base shell 11, the tail end of the handle extends out of the base shell 11 for operation, the guide rail block 14 is provided with a guide groove 141 in the horizontal direction, the top of the handle 12 is provided with a sliding groove 121, the sliding groove 121 is penetrated with a sliding shaft 122, the end part of the sliding shaft 122 is slidably arranged in the guide groove 121, and the pushing block 13 is fixedly arranged in the middle part of the sliding shaft 122.
Preferably, the guide rail blocks 14 are provided in a pair up and down, and the pushing block 13 is provided between the guide rail blocks 14.
The transmission rod part power transmission mechanism 2 comprises a fixed rod 21 rotatably arranged on the base shell 11 and an inner rod 22 sleeved in the fixed rod 21, and one end of the inner rod 22 is connected with the pushing block 13.
The end of the fixed rod 21 is provided with a retaining ring 211, the inside of the base shell 11 is provided with a rotating seat 111, and the retaining ring 211 is rotatably arranged on the rotating seat 111, so that the fixed rod 21 can rotate.

In the invention, the power conversion nail pushing mechanism 3 of the clamp head part is integrally rotatable, and is connected with the inner rod 22 through the soft reed 37, and the two parts can rotate relatively without influencing power transmission.
As shown in fig. 9, which is a schematic view of the staple cartridge, the surgical staples are inserted into the staple grooves of the staple cartridge in an interference fit, the wires are disposed in the wire grooves of the staple cartridge so as to be orthogonal to the staples, and the staples insert the wires into the tissue together when the staples are pushed out by the upper push-out knife 31 and the lower push-out knife 32.
The invention combines the problems found in clinic, and the developed product is mainly suitable for purse string suture operation in narrow space of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery.
