Detailed Description
In a casino such as a casino, chips as a substitute money for a game are stacked highly and placed on a game table, but there is a problem that the total amount cannot be read accurately by a reading device of an IC tag provided under the game table, and there is also a problem that if the sensitivity of the reading device is increased, chips as a substitute money for a game placed at different positions (winning or losing depending on the position) are summed up, and the total amount of chips as a substitute money for a game at each position cannot be grasped.
Further, conventionally, as shown in fig. 2, there has been a problem that the pattern of the chips 120 as the play substitute money is complicated, and if a plurality of chips as the play substitute money are stacked, the number of stacked chips cannot be accurately grasped by the camera.
The chips 120 as the game substitute money may be arranged and stacked not only in the vertical direction but also in a staggered manner as shown in fig. 2. In this case, when the imaging device 2 is present in the direction of the arrow X shown in fig. 2 (or when the orientation of the chip 120 as the game substitute money is relatively blind spot), it is expected that the chip 120 as the game substitute money is not visible (enters the blind spot).
In addition, the dealer needs to collect or refund the chips 120 as the game substitute money placed on the game table according to the win-or-lose result. The following problems exist: even if it is intended to determine the above situation by image analysis of the chips 120 as the play substitute money, since the pattern of the chips 120 as the play substitute money is complicated, whether or not the dealer correctly repays the chips 120 as the play substitute money corresponding to the chips 120 as the play substitute money bet at the time of repayment cannot be determined by the image analysis technique actually used in the related art, and thus the prevention of errors is not sufficient.
According to the system of the present embodiment, even if a plurality of chips 120 as the substitute money for game are stacked, the number of chips 120 as the substitute money for game can be determined by image analysis, and even if the chips 120 as the substitute money for game are alternately stacked, the total amount can be grasped by the position and the color.
Hereinafter, a chip measuring system in a table game in a casino having a game table 4 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an overall outline of the same system, and the system of the present embodiment in a casino having a plurality of gaming tables 4 includes: a total chip amount measuring device 302, comprising: an image recording device 300 for recording the progress status of the game played on the game table 4, including the game participants 6 and the dealer 5, as video images by means of the plurality of imaging devices 2, and performing image analysis on the video images of the recorded progress status of the game; and a card distribution device 3 for determining and displaying the win-or-lose result of each game on the game table 4. The card distribution device 3 is already used and known to those skilled in the art, and is a so-called electronic shoe configured to program the rules of a game in advance, read information (card face value and suit) of the distributed cards 1, and determine win or loss of the game. For example, in a certain card game, the winning of the dealer, the winning of the player, and the round (tie) are basically determined by the card face values of 2 to 3 cards, respectively, and the determination result (win-or-lose result) is displayed by the display lamp 13.
The management control device 14 reads the information (the face value and the suit) of the cards 1 obtained from the card distribution device 3, determines the win/lose result of each game, and determines the winner 6W and loser 6L of each participant 6 in each game by using the measurement results of the position, kind, and number of chips 120 as the token money for amusement placed by the participant 6. Further, the casino side of the casino table 4 has a calculation function of calculating the income and payout (the amount obtained by subtracting the total amount of the chips 120 as the alternative money for the game to be paid back to the winner 6W of the participant 6 from the total amount of the chips 120 as the alternative money for the game bet by the loser 6L) for each game.
The image recording device 300, the total chip amount measuring device 302, and the management control device 14 in the present measuring system are configured to integrally or compositely include a computer, a program, and a memory, each of which is configured by a plurality of configurations.
Next, details of the chips used as the game token money in the present measurement system will be described. Fig. 3 is a front cross-sectional view showing a chip 120 used in the present measuring system as a token money for game, which has a multilayer structure in which a plurality of plastic layers of different colors are laminated, a colored layer 121 is provided at least in the middle, and a white layer 122 or a light layer (not shown, but a layer of a color lighter than that of the colored layer 121) is laminated on both sides of the colored layer 121 in the middle. As described above, by forming a multilayer structure including the colored layers 121 and laminating the white layer 122 or the light layer (although not shown, a layer lighter than the colored layer 121 may be used) on both sides of the colored layer 121 in the middle, as shown in fig. 6, a stripe pattern in the laminating direction is formed on the side surface, and the color (red, green, yellow, blue, or the like) of the colored layer 121 is changed for each kind (10 dots, 20 dots, 100 dots, 1000 dots, or the like) of the chip 120 as the substitute money for amusement, whereby the kind of the chip 120 as the substitute money for amusement can be specified.
The chip 120 as a substitute money for game is structured to have at least a coloring layer 121 and a white layer 122 or a light colored layer in appearance to form a stripe pattern in an axial direction on a side surface, and has a structure capable of specifying the kind of the chip 120 as a substitute money for game by the coloring layer 121. Fig. 4A and 4B are examples of other embodiments, respectively, in which the colored layer 121 and the white layer 122 or the light colored layer are formed by injection molding, and the colored layer 121 is first molded and then the white layer 122 or the light colored layer is molded in a mold (not shown), that is, the colored layer is manufactured by so-called two-color molding.
As shown in fig. 5, a print 123(100 dots or the like) indicating the type of the chip 120 as the game substitute money is applied to the surface (upper surface and lower surface) of the white layer 122 as the chip 120 as the game substitute money. As shown in fig. 3, a transparent layer 124 is provided on the outermost layer, and the layers are thermally press-bonded to each other to form a structure of at least 5 layers. These chips 120, which are game substitute money, are formed by using a long and thin plastic material, and in a state of long length, the respective layers (the colored layer 121, the white layer 122, and the transparent layer 124) are bonded by heat pressing in a state of being closely attached (5-layer structure, etc.), and then molded into a circular shape, a rectangular shape, or the like by a press machine or the like. The mold and the punch of the mold for molding when molding is performed by the press are designed in size to apply R-process (round corner) at the end of the transparent layer 124 of the outermost layer.
That is, when the chip 120 serving as a substitute money for a game is manufactured, first, the plate-shaped colored layer 121 made of plastic and the plate-shaped white layer 122 or the light colored layer made of plastic are laminated to form a laminated structure composed of a plurality of plastic layers. Then, patterns are printed on the upper and lower surfaces of the stacked structure, and a transparent layer 124 is provided thereon. Then, the laminated structure and the transparent layer 124 are heated and pressure-bonded to each other, and the layers are welded to each other, thereby producing a token currency original plate. The token money master plate thus produced is molded with a mold to obtain a plurality of chips 120 having a predetermined shape as a token money for amusement. In the molding process, the upper and lower corners of the outer side of the chip 120, which is a token money for amusement, are R-processed by the mold.
Further, a surface code (see fig. 5) formed using UV ink or carbon black is provided on the surface of the white layer 122 on the chip 120, which is a substitute money for a game. The face code indicates the authenticity of the chip 120 as a substitute money for a game, and if ultraviolet (or infrared) light is irradiated, the mark is visible, and the chip is a genuine chip by a combination of the shape and the number thereof. Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which chips 120 as a substitute money for a game are stacked, and a face code F is obtained by combining a long code FL and a short code FS. A transparent layer (printing layer) 124 is bonded or coated (coated) to the outermost layer by heat pressing to cover the print 123 and the face code, but embossing is applied to the transparent layer 124 to prevent chips 120 as a substitute money for a game from being closely attached to each other. In addition, in the present embodiment, an example in which the surface code is printed on the surface of the white layer 122 is described, but any one or both of the security mark and the optically variable image (OVD) may be printed instead of or together with the surface code.
The end of the transparent layer (print layer) 124 having the outermost layer to which the print 123(100 dots, etc.) is applied is R-processed (R), and the surface of the white layer 122 is prevented from being deformed and exposed to the side surface in the molding process of the chip 120 as the substitute money for game. Further, the chips 120 as the game substitute money are prevented from remaining sharp ends and damaging the hands or other chips 120 as the game substitute money.
The colored layer 121 may be formed of a plurality of colored layers (3 layers in fig. 3) as shown in fig. 3. Since the colored plural layers (3 layers in fig. 3) are thermally press-bonded to each other, the 3-layer structure is not visually recognized as shown in fig. 3, and fig. 3 shows the 3 layers described above. Further, a part of the hollow portion B is provided in the middle of the 3 colored layers 121, and the RFID125 is incorporated therein.
Instead of providing the cutout B in the colored layer 121, the RFID125 may be placed between the colored layer 121 having a smooth surface and the white layer 122 having a smooth surface, and the colored layer 121 and the white layer 122 may be bonded together by thermocompression to incorporate the chip 120 as a substitute money for a game. By forming at least either one of the colored layer 121 and the white layer 122 with a heat-deformable material such as plastic, the plastic layers of the colored layer 121 and the white layer 122 sandwiching the RFID125 are thermally deformed by thermocompression bonding, and the RFID125 is fixed in close contact with each other between the respective layers without providing the hollow portion B.
Fig. 7 is a perspective photograph illustrating a state in which chips 120 of different types, which are game substitute money, are stacked. In the figure, the management control device 14 photographs chips 120 as a play substitute money placed on the play table 4 by the participants 6 of the game by the imaging device 2, measures the placed areas 8 (bet at the dealer, bet at the leisure, or bet at the PAIR (PAIR), bet at the sum (TIE)) by the chip total amount measuring device 302 provided with the image recording device 300, analyzes and measures the number and color of colored layers 121 (or light layers) or white layers 122 of the chips 120 as the play substitute money stacked in each area (using information obtained by the image recording device 300), and determines the type and number of the chips 120 as the play substitute money. The management control device 14 controls the image pickup device 2 so that the image pickup device 2 picks up an image when the first card is drawn from the card delivery device, before and after the drawing, or after a signal indicating that the betting by the dealer is completed.
The management control device 14 may be a control device having an artificial intelligence efficient use type or a deep learning structure. The management control device 14 can grasp the position 8 (the position bet on the player, the dealer, or the pair) of the chips 120 as the game substitute money bet by each participant 6, the kind (the value of the chips 120 as the game substitute money divided into different amounts by color), and the number of chips 120 as the game substitute money by the image pickup device 2 and the image recording device 300. In an artificial intelligence efficient use type computer or control system, deep learning (structure) technology, since the position 8 (the position where the betting is placed on the player, the dealer, or the pair), the kind (the value of the amount of the chips 120 in which the amusement substitute money is divided into different amounts for each color), and the number of chips 120 as the amusement substitute money can be grasped using the self-learning function or the like, in each game, the management control device 14 analyzes the video of the progress state of the game by the image recording device 300 according to the win-or-lose result of the game determined by the card dealing device 3, and determines whether or not the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement, which are bet by the losing participant 6L of each game, are correctly carried out according to the win-or-lose result of the game (indicated by an arrow E), and the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement, which are won by the winning game participant 6W, are paid back (120W).
In such a case, as shown in fig. 6 (in comparison with the conventional chips as the token money for amusement shown in fig. 2), since the multilayer structure in which the chips are stacked is formed and the stripe pattern in the stacking direction is clearly formed on the side surface, the total chip count measuring device 302 including the image recording device 300 can easily and accurately measure the type and number of the chips as the token money for amusement. Further, if an artificial intelligence effective use type computer, control system, or deep learning (structure) technique is used, it is possible to more accurately analyze and determine an image. An artificial intelligence efficient utilization type computer or control system, a deep learning (structure) technique are known and available to those skilled in the art, and a detailed description thereof is omitted.
The management control device 14 can analyze and grasp the total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game in the chip tray 17 of the dealer 5 of the game table 4 using the image recording device 300, and after the game is completed and cleared, can compare and calculate whether or not the total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game in the chip tray 17 is increased or decreased according to the result of losing or winning of the game, which is bet by each game participant 6, in accordance with the amount of the collection of the total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game which is lost and the payment 120W of the chips 120 as the substitute money which is won by the winning game participant 6W. Even if the total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game in the chip tray 17 is grasped by RFID or the like at all times, whether the amount is increased or decreased correctly is determined by the management control device 14 by analyzing the video of the progress state of the game by the image recording device 300. These can also be of the artificial intelligence efficient use type or deep learning architecture.
The management control device 14 may be configured as follows: an artificial intelligence effective use type or a deep learning structure capable of grasping the position (the position of betting on a player, a banker, or a pair) and the amount (kind and number) of chips as a substitution money for amusement which are bet on each player position 7 of the amusement table 4, comparing the win-or-lose history of each game participant 6 obtained from the win-or-lose result of each game and the amount (win amount) of chips as a substitution money for amusement obtained with the statistical data of a plurality of (big data) games in the past, and extracting as an abnormal situation (set by a casino). Typically, the game device is a device including the management control device 14 of an artificial intelligence utilization type or a deep learning structure, and when a plurality of games continue in a state where a winning amount equal to or larger than a certain amount (100 ten thousand points) occurs, or a bet is bet on a player position 7 of a certain game table 4, the amount of chips as the game substitute money is small, and the amount of chips as the game substitute money is bet when winning is large, the game device can compare the amount with statistical data (big data and the like) of the past games and extract the result as an abnormal situation.
The management control device 14 is configured to be able to compare and calculate whether or not the increase or decrease of the chips as the play substitute money to be counted is correct after counting the total amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money bet by each participant 6 after each game in the chip tray 17 of the dealer 5 of the play table 4.
In the chip tray 17 for holding the chips 120 as the play token money of the dealer 5 shown in fig. 1, the number and color of the colored layers 121 or the white layers 122 of the chips 120 as the play token money stacked in the lateral direction are analyzed and measured by the chip total amount measuring device 302 (using the information obtained by the image recording device 300), and the type and number of the chips 120 as the play token money can be determined. The total amount of chips 120 as a play substitute money in the chip tray 17 for holding is grasped from time to time (or at predetermined time intervals). Since the management control device 14 has a calculation function (see above) of calculating the total amount of each game (the amount obtained by subtracting the total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game to be paid back to the winner 6W of the participant 6 from the total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game bet by the loser 6L) for each game, the total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game in the chip tray 17 at all times (or at predetermined time intervals) is verified. That is, whether or not the increase or decrease of the chips as the substitute money for the game matches the result of the image analysis by the image recording device 300 and the amount of the settlement for each game by the dealer 5 is verified.
Fig. 8A is a diagram showing details of a chip tray as a play substitute money according to the present embodiment, and fig. 8B is a diagram showing another example of the chip tray as the play substitute money. The chip tray 17 is provided with a chip tray 171 for collecting and temporarily storing chips 120L as a play substitute money bet by the player 6L and a chip tray 172 for storing and restoring chips 120W as a play substitute money. The image recording device 300 and the management control device 14 grasp the position, kind, and number of chips 120L as the play token money bet by the losing player 6L, and calculate the amount of increase of the chips 120L as the play token money in the game (the nominal amount of the chips 120 as the play token money in the collecting chip tray 171). The image recording device 300 and the management control device 14 grasp the actual total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game in the collected chip tray 171, and compare the due total amount with the actual total amount to determine whether there is a difference.
Here, the chip tray 17 shown in the above is a double-layer structure composed of an upper chip tray 17a and a lower chip tray 17 b. Fig. 9A and 9B are diagrams showing a relationship between the chip tray 17 and the imaging device 2 having a double-layer structure, where fig. 9A shows a state where the double layers are stacked, and fig. 9B shows a state where the double layers are shifted. The lower chip tray 17b is provided below the upper chip tray 17a and is connected to each other by a hinge 18. When the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the upper chip tray 17a are insufficient, the chips 120 as the play substitute money are replenished from the lower chip tray 17b to the upper chip tray 17a, and when the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the upper chip tray 17a are excessive, the chips 120 as the play substitute money are moved to the lower chip tray 17 b.
In order to move the chips 120 as the game substitute money from the lower chip tray 17B, the upper chip tray 17a is moved by the hinge 18, and the state is shown in fig. 9B. In the state of fig. 9A, the upper chip tray 17a can be imaged by the imaging device 2, and in the state of fig. 9B, the lower chip tray 17B can be imaged by the imaging device 2. In the state of fig. 9B, it is also possible to photograph the upper chip tray 17a and the lower chip tray 17B simultaneously and in a state distinguishable from each other by the imaging device 2C. In the state of fig. 9B, the upper chip tray 17a and the lower chip tray 17B may be photographed separately.
The management control device 14 can grasp, by the image pickup device 2 and the image recording device 300, at which position (player, banker, or pair) in the betting area 8 each player 6 bet the chips 120 as the play token money, and the type (value obtained by dividing the chips 120 as the play token money into different amounts by color) and the number of the chips 120 as the play token money to be bet. The chips 120 as the game substitute money may be arranged and stacked not only in the vertical direction but also in a staggered manner as shown in fig. 2. In this case, when the camera is positioned in the direction of the arrow X shown in fig. 2 (or when the direction of the chip 120 as the play substitute money is relatively blind, it is expected that the chip 120 as the play substitute money is not visible (enters the blind).
As described above, it is necessary to grasp at which position (player, banker, or pair) of the betting area 8 the chips 120 as the play substitute money are bet, and the kind (value of the chips 120 as the play substitute money which are divided into different amounts by color) and the number of the chips 120 as the play substitute money to be bet.
Then, in each game, the management control device 14 analyzes the video of the progress state of the game by the image recording device 300 according to the win-or-lose result of the game determined by the card distributing device 3, and determines whether or not the collection of chips (indicated by an arrow E) as the substitute money for game which are lost by the bet of each player 6 and the payment of chips (120W) as the substitute money for game which are won by the winning player 6W have been correctly performed according to the win-or-lose result of the game. In the case where the determination result analyzed by the management control apparatus 14 via the image recording apparatus 300 is different from the reading result (for example, the reading result of RFID) obtained by other means, the analysis image can be saved and verified later.
The management control device 14 can analyze and grasp the total amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 of the dealer 5 of the play table 4 using the image recording device 300, and can compare and calculate whether or not the total amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 corresponds to the amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money collected by the lost play substitute money bet by each player 6 and the amount of the chips 120W paid out as the play substitute money won by the winning player 6W, according to the win-or-lose result of the game after the game is completed and cleared. The total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game in the chip tray 17 is determined by analyzing the video of the progress state of the game by the management control device 14 through the image recording device 300, if the total amount is grasped by means of RFID or the like at all times.
In this example, since cheating or errors are detected based on the result of the win or loss of the game, information on what kind of chips 120 as the play substitute money are bet in which position (player, banker, or pair) of the betting area 8, the amount of increase or decrease of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 after the collection of the chips 120 as the play substitute money that have been lost and the repayment of the chips 120 as the play substitute money that have been won are completed, even if the movement of the chips 120 as the play substitute money after the completion of the game, that is, the chips 120 as the play substitute money that have been bet move to the player side or the dealer side is not grasped, the cheating or errors can be detected.
Here, the result of the win or loss of the game can be determined, for example, in the case of a certain card game, by reading the face value of the card 1 delivered in the game in the card delivery device 3 and then determining the result according to the rules of the certain card game. The result of the win or loss of the game may be determined by capturing an image of the game table 4 by the image capturing device 2, analyzing the image by the image recording device 300, and comparing the analysis result with the rules of the game by the management control device 14. In this case, the image pickup device 2, the image recording device 300, and the management control device 14 constitute a win-or-lose result determination device according to the present invention.
The information on what kind of chips 120 as the game substitute money are bet by the player at each player position 7 at which position (player, banker, or pair) in the betting area 8 can be obtained by capturing an image of the chips 120 as the game substitute money placed in the betting area 8 by the image capturing device 2 and analyzing the image for each player position 7 by the image recording device 300. As will be described in detail later.
The increase or decrease of the amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 before and after the collection of the chips 120 as the play substitute money to be lost and the repayment of the chips 120 as the play substitute money to be won are performed can be calculated by comparing the total amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 before the collection of the chips 120 as the play substitute money to be lost and the repayment of the chips 120 as the play substitute money to be won with the total amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 after the collection of the chips 120 as the play substitute money to be lost and the repayment of the chips 120 as the play substitute money to be won. The total amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 before collection of the chips 120 as the play substitute money which have been lost and the repayment of the chips 120 as the play substitute money which have been won, and the total amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 after collection of the chips 120 as the play substitute money which have been lost and the repayment of the chips 120 as the play substitute money which have been won can be detected by capturing an image of the chip tray 17 in which the chips 120 as the play substitute money are stored using the image capturing device 2 and analyzing the image using the image recording device 300. Further, the total amount of the chips 120 as the game substitute money stored in the chip tray 17 may be detected by embedding RFID indicating the amount of the chips 120 as the game substitute money in the chips and providing an RFID reader in the chip tray 17.
For example, before the start of the game, the total amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 is Bb, and after the end of the game, the total amount of the chips 120 as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 after the collection of the chips as the play substitute money which have been lost and the repayment of the won chips as the play substitute money have been completed is Ba. In this game, the total amount of all-player positions 7 of the chips 120 bet in the player area as the game token money, the total amount of all-player positions 7 of the chips 120 bet in the dealer area as the game token money, bb, and the total amount of all-player positions 7 of the chips 120 bet in the player area as the game token money, bt. For example, if the result of win-loss in the game is a dealer win, Ba-Bb ═ bp-Bb + bt should be established. Alternatively, the total amount Ba of the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game in the chip tray 17 after the end of the game should be (Bb + bp-Bb + bt). If not, it can be determined that there is a cheat or an error in the collection or repayment of the chips as the game substitute money.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the management control device 14 calculates the balance of the chips as the play substitute money from the amount of the chips as the play substitute money bet on the play table 4 and the result of the win or loss of the game for each game, and verifies the increase in the balance of the chips as the play substitute money in the chip tray 17 after the game. If the management control device 14 detects a difference in the verification, it issues a warning or adds a record of the content to the record of the video shot by the image pickup device 2. The casino operator can follow up the cause of the discrepancy by confirming the video.
The counting system of the present embodiment determines whether or not there is a difference between the total amount to be counted and the actual total amount by comparing the nominal total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement in the chip tray 17 at the time of the end of the game after the end of the game with the actual total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement in the chip tray 17 at the time of the end of the game obtained by the image recording device 300 by adding and subtracting the increased and decreased amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement in the game calculated from the positions, kinds, and number of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement which all the players 6 bet in the game and the win-lose result of the game obtained by the win-lose result determining device to the total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement in the chip tray 17 before the clearing of each game.
The management control device 14 grasps the position, kind, and number of chips as the play token money bet by each player via the image recording device 300, grasps the actual total amount of chips as the play token money in the chip tray as the play token money bet when collection of all the chips as the play token money bet by each player is completed, compares the actual total amount of chips as the play token money in the chip tray as the play token money bet tray, with the actual total amount of chips as the play token money 120 in the chip tray 17 as the play token money bet tray 17 obtained by adding the amount of money as the play token money to the position, kind, and number of chips as the play token money bet by each player, based on the total amount of chips as the play token money in the chip tray as the play token money tray before the settlement of each game, and the total amount of chips as the play token money 120 in the chip tray 17 as the play token money obtained by adding the amount of the chips tray 17 in the game, it is determined whether there should be a difference between the total and the actual total.
The management control device 14 compares the actual total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement in the chip tray 17 at the time of the end of the game with the actual total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement in the chip tray 17 at the time of the end of the game obtained by adding the amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement to the position, the kind, and the number of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement which are bet by the losing player in the chip tray 17 before the settlement of each game, and determines that there is no difference between the actual total amount and the actual total amount, and compares the actual total amount of the chips 120 as the substitute money for amusement in the chip tray 17 at the time of the end of the game obtained by the image recording device 300, and determines that there is a difference between the actual total amount and the actual total amount, if the payment error is determined, a payment error signal for notifying the payment error is generated.
The chip tray 17 is provided with a chip tray 171 for collecting and temporarily storing the chips 120 as the game token money bet by the player who has lost, and the image recording device 300 compares the total amount of the chips 120 as the game token money in the chip tray 171 for collection to which the amount of the chips 120 as the game token money in the game is added calculated from the position, the type, and the number of the chips 120L as the game token money bet by the player who has lost, with the actual total amount of the chips 120 as the game token money in the chip tray 171 for collection, and determines whether or not there is a difference between the total amount and the actual total amount.
In order for the management control device 14 to determine a difference that does not correspond to the actual total amount of the chips 120 as the game token money grasped in the chip tray 17 of the dealer 5 of the game table 4 and the increased or decreased amount of the chips as the game token money calculated from the amount of the chips as the game token money bet by all the players and the win-or-lose result of the game, the image recording device 300 can analyze the game record in which the difference occurs, and the image recording device 300 can assign an index or time to the acquired video, or can specify and play back a collection scene or a payout scene of the chips 120 as the game token money.
As described above, the management control device 14 obtains the total amount of the chips (chips) as the play-related money in the cleared chip tray 17 at the end of the game by the image recording device 300, and the determination after the clearing in this case is a time when any one of the following 1) to 4) occurs:
1) end of repayment for winning chips (won chips) 120 as a substitute money for the game;
2) when the cards 1 used in the game are collected and discarded in a discard area or a discard slot of the table;
3) when a predetermined button attached to the win-or-lose result judgment device is pressed;
4) when the mark (not shown) indicating the win or loss returns to the original state.
In the above-described measurement system, the management control device 14 captures the position, type, and number of chips as the substitute money for play placed by each of the play participants, but this is performed when any one of the following 1) to 3) is detected:
1) detecting a first card being drawn by the card-dispensing device;
2) before and after the paper is drawn out,
3) the management control device recognizes the signal of the dealer's betting completion.
The management control device 14 is configured as follows: an artificial intelligence effective use type or deep learning structure capable of grasping the position (the position of betting on a player, a dealer, or a pair) and the amount (kind and number) of chips as a substitute money for amusement which are bet at each player position 7 of a game table 4, comparing a win-or-lose history of each player 6 obtained from the win-or-lose result of each game and the amount (the amount of winning) of chips as a substitute money for amusement obtained with statistical data of a plurality of (big data) games in the past, and extracting as an abnormal situation (set by a casino). Typically, the controller 14 has an artificial intelligence effective use type or deep learning structure, which can compare the amount of the bet token money with the statistical data (big data or the like) of the past game and extract the result as an abnormal situation, when the game is continuously played for a plurality of times in a state where the amount of the win of a certain amount (100 ten thousand points) or more is generated or the amount of the bet token money for the game is small when losing at the player position 7 of the certain game table 4 and the amount of the bet token money for the game when winning is large.
The management control device 14 (integrated with the image recording device 300) of the present measurement system is configured to extract an abnormal situation or to specify an individual player 6 at a player position 7 that wins a predetermined amount or more. Such a player 6 is specified by extracting a feature point from the face image and attaching an identification number (ID or the like) to the face image in the image recording apparatus 300. Then, the management control device 14 has a warning function of notifying the presence of the specified player 6 to the other gaming tables when the specified player leaves the seat and sits on the other gaming tables. Specifically, a table manager or a table responsible person (or dealer) who manages each game table 4 is notified to prevent a more specific phenomenon from occurring.
Further, in the above-described example, it is also possible not to determine the individual player 6, but to monitor the win-or-lose history of each player position 7 and the amount of chips (the amount of winning) obtained as a substitute money for a game. In this case, when each player 6 leaves the seat, the player 6 cannot be tracked, but a special situation such as a multi-field game can be detected in which the amount of chips as the play substitute money is small when losing at the specific player position 7 of one play table 4 and the amount of chips as the play substitute money to be bet when winning is large. When such a player position 7 is detected, it is suspected that a cheat or an error exists at the player position 7. Then, by verifying the video shot of the player position 7, cheating or an error can be found.
Specifically, the imaging device 2 is provided to image at least the chips 120 as the substitute money for the game placed in the betting area 8 of the game table 4. The image recording device 300 analyzes the image captured by the imaging device 2, and detects whether or not chips as the game substitute money are placed in any of the player positions 7 in the betting area 8 among the player positions 7, the dealer, and the house, and the amount of chips as the game substitute money to be placed. The card distribution device 3 may function as a win-or-lose result determination device for determining a win-or-lose result of the game. The management control device 14 records (monitors) the win/lose history of each player position 7 and the amount of chips obtained as the game substitute money (chip obtaining amount as the game substitute money) based on the position (player, banker, or house) in the betting area 8 where the chips 120 as the game substitute money are placed and the result of win/lose of the game. Further, only either the win-or-loss history or the chip collection amount as the game substitute money may be recorded. When the win-or-lose history and/or the history of the chip credit as the substitute money for the game is compared with the statistical data of the past games in a plurality (big data) and is in a special situation (set by the casino), the management control device 14 determines the player position 7 as a player position in which cheating is suspected.
In the case where a cheating action is suspected for a certain player position 7, the cheating detection system may also issue a warning (light, sound, or vibration) so that at least the dealer can detect it at that moment. This can prevent continuation of cheating by interrupting a game or the like at least immediately after the interruption. In addition, information indicating that a cheating action is suspected may be added to the video captured and recorded by the imaging device 2. By checking the recorded video, the cause of the suspicion of the cheating behavior can be found.
As described above, the chip 120 as a token money for amusement according to the present embodiment has a laminated structure including the coloring layer 121 and the white layer 122 or the light layer laminated on the coloring layer 121, and a plurality of plastic layers, and thereby a striped pattern is formed on the side surface in the laminating direction. The chips 120 as the game substitute money have a structure in which the types of the chips 120 as the game substitute money can be determined by the colored layers 121 exposed on the side surfaces. Further, printing is applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the chip 120 as the game token money. Specifically, printing is applied to the surface of the white layer 122 or light layer, with the transparent layer 124 thereon. The colored layer 121, the white layer 122, or the light layer and the printed layer 124 are bonded by thermal compression to form a layered structure.
The white layer 122 or the light layer sandwiching the colored layer 121 may be configured to have different thicknesses from top to bottom. In the present embodiment, R processing is performed on the outer edges of the upper and lower surfaces of the chip 120, which is a substitute money for a game. This can prevent damage to the hands of the player handling the chips 120 as the game substitute money or damage to other chips 120 as the game substitute money. In this embodiment, the RFID125 is fixed in close contact with the plastic layer forming any one of the colored layer 121, the white layer 122, and the light layer.
In the present embodiment, a surface code using an infrared absorbing ink such as UV light emitting ink or infrared absorbing ink (black carbon ink) is provided on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the chip 120 as the substitute money for game. As a modification of the present embodiment, either one or both of a security mark and an optical variable image (OVD) may be printed on the surface of the chip 120, which is a substitute money for a game, instead of or in addition to the face code.
The management control device 14 of the present embodiment performs shooting for determining the position, type, and number of chips as a token money for amusement placed by each game participant during each game when the first card is drawn by the card dispensing device 3, before and after the drawing, or after a signal indicating that the betting by the dealer is completed.
Further, the measurement system of the present embodiment includes: a card distribution device 3 for determining and displaying the win-or-lose result of each game on the game table 4 by the card distribution device 3; an imaging device 2 that images a chip 120 as a substitute money for a game placed on the game table 4; and a management control device 14, wherein the management control device 14 uses the shooting result of the camera device 2 to identify and store the position, type and number of the chips as the game substitute money placed on the game table 4 by the game participant 6. The chip 120 as a substitute money for amusement is a laminated structure in which a colored layer 121 and a white layer 122 or a light layer are laminated, and has a stripe pattern in a lamination direction on a side surface. The management control device 14 has a calculation function of calculating the income and payout of the casino side on the game table 4 for each game based on the win-or-lose result obtained from the card dispensing device 3 and the position, kind, and number of chips 120 as the substitute money for the game determined using the result of image pickup by the image pickup device 2.
The management control device 14 has a function of counting the number of colored layers 121, white layers 122, or light layers of the chips 120 as the play substitute money placed by each play participant 6, determining the type or amount of the chips as the play substitute money from the color of the colored layers 121, and determining the number of the chips 120 as the play substitute money.
As described above, the chips 120 as the game substitute money may be arranged and stacked not only in the vertical direction but also in a staggered manner as shown in fig. 2. In this case, when the imaging device 2 is positioned in the direction of the arrow X shown in fig. 2 (when the orientation of the chip 120 as the play substitute money is relatively blind spot), it is expected that the chip 120 as the play substitute money is not visible (enters the blind spot). The information on what kind of chips 120 as the game token money are bet by the player at each player position 7 at which position (player, banker, or pair) in the betting area 8 is obtained by capturing an image of the chips 120 as the game token money placed in the betting area 8 by using the image capturing device 2, and analyzing the image for each player position 7 by using the image recording device 300, and if the above operation is to be performed only by the image capturing device 2, a very advanced and expensive image analyzing device is required due to a problem such as a dead space. The present embodiment has a special configuration for solving this problem. This will be explained in detail below.
In fig. 10 and 11, the measuring system of the present embodiment includes, in addition to the image pickup device 2 that picks up an image of the chip 120 as the game substitute money, a height measuring image pickup device 2R and a height measuring image pickup device 2L, and the height measuring image pickup device 2R and the height measuring image pickup device 2L are disposed at predetermined height positions from the game table 4 to pick up an image of the chip 120 as the game substitute money from different positions or angles. Next, it is assumed that the height measurement camera 2R, the height measurement camera 2L, and the chip 120 as the substitute money for game are located on the same plane perpendicular to the game table 4. A relational expression between an angle α formed by a straight line connecting the height measuring camera 2R and the center C of the uppermost chip 120 for a game, and the game table 4, an angle β formed by a straight line connecting the height measuring camera 2L and the center C of the uppermost game substitute money 120, and the game table 4, an intersection KR between a straight line connecting the height measuring camera 2R and the center C of the uppermost game substitute money 120, and the game table 4, a distance L between a straight line connecting the height measuring camera 2L and the center C of the uppermost game substitute money 120, and an intersection of the game table 4, and a height H of the chip 120 for a game, which is overlapped with KL, is expressed by the following expression.
Formula (1) L ═ H/tan α + H/tan β
Here, the distance L and the angles α and β are obtained by the following method. The intersections KR and KL are located at positions where the center C of the topmost chip 120, which is the substitute money for game, is projected onto the game table 4, as viewed from the perspective of the height measuring camera 2R and the height measuring camera 2L. Therefore, the center of the outline of the topmost chip 120, which is the substitute money for a game, in the captured images of the height measurement camera 2R and the height measurement camera 2L is subjected to image processing, thereby obtaining the intersection points KR and KL. Then, the images captured by the height measuring camera 2R and the height measuring camera 2L are subjected to image processing, thereby obtaining an image that overlooks the game table 4 from directly above, and obtaining the distance L between the intersections KR and KL (L1 and L2 shown in fig. 10 and 11). Further, if the positions of the intersections KR and KL are known, the heights of the height measurement cameras 2R and 2L from the table are constant, and therefore, the angles α and β can be obtained. As described above, the height H of the overlapped chips 120 as the substitute money for game can be obtained from the obtained distance L and the angles α and β by using the formula (2) obtained by modifying the formula (1).
Formula (2) H ═ tan α × tan β)/(tan α + tan β) L
Although the height measurement camera 2R, the height measurement camera 2L, and the chip 120 as the play substitute money are assumed to be located on the same plane perpendicular to the play table 4 for the sake of simple explanation above, the calculation can be performed in the same manner in fig. 12 even if the height measurement camera 2R, the height measurement camera 2L, and the chip 120 as the play substitute money are not located on the same plane perpendicular to the play table 4. The intersection point of the table top and the perpendicular line from the center C to the table top is represented by O, γ is an angle formed by the straight line connecting the intersection point O, KR and the straight lines connecting the intersection points KR and KL, and δ is an angle formed by the straight line connecting the intersection point O, KL and the straight lines connecting the intersection points KR and KL, and detailed calculation is omitted and formula (2)' is used.
Formula (2)' H ═ tan α tan β/(tan α cos δ + tan β cos γ) L
By obtaining the height H of the stacked chips 120 as the play substitute money by the above-described method, the number of chips 120 as the play substitute money having the predetermined thickness t can be obtained by H/t. The image recording device 300 can more easily and accurately obtain the types of chips and the number of chips per type by using the information on the number of chips 120 as the token money for game, and the chip total amount counting device 302 can obtain the total amount of chips 120 as the token money for game. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, since the heights H1 and L2, the angles α and β change in accordance with the heights H1 and H2, the heights H1 and H2 of the chips 120 located at the same positions as the game substitute money are obtained by the formula (2). The height measurement camera 2R and the height measurement camera 2L may also have a function of the imaging device 2 that images the chips 120 as the game substitute money.
Fig. 13 is a diagram of a measuring system according to the present embodiment in a certain card game. Chips 220 as substitute money for the game are stacked on the game table 201. In this case, the above-described method can be used to obtain the distance L between the intersection point KR between the straight line connecting the height measuring camera 2R and the center C of the uppermost play substitute money 220 and the play table 201, and the intersection point KL between the straight line connecting the height measuring camera 2L and the center C of the uppermost play substitute money 220 and the play table 201, by using the height measuring camera 2R and the height measuring camera 2L, and thus the height H of the chip 220 as the play substitute money can be obtained. The number of chips 220 as the play token money is obtained from the height H and the thickness t of the chips 220 as the play token money. Each player uses a different color chip 220 in the roulette as a token for the game. Therefore, the total amount of the chips 220 as the token money for game can be obtained only from the number of the chips 220 as the token money for game obtained by the height measurement camera 2R, the height measurement camera 2L, and the chip number measurement device 301, and the betting player 6 can be discriminated from the color of the topmost chip 220 as the token money for game.
