Description

Message push frequency control method, device, server and medium
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of information push technologies, and in particular, to a frequency control method, an apparatus, a server, and a medium for message push.
Background
With the rapid development of mobile networks and smart phones, message pushing becomes an important way for advertisers to put advertisements and terminal users to acquire new messages. Proper pushing can wake up silent users, improve user viscosity and increase the utilization rate of products, but too many pushed messages and too high frequency can make users feel bored and influence user experience.
In the related art, the frequency of message push is generally controlled based on four dimensions of the receiver, the push type, the time, and the sending content. The number of messages received by each terminal can be controlled in the receiver dimension. The number of pieces of each type of content pushed per day may be controlled in the push type dimension. The number of pieces of content pushed in each time period can be controlled in the time dimension. The number of pieces of content pushed can be controlled in the send content dimension. However, when a message is pushed to a user through the four dimensions, the user's preference for various types of content is not considered, which may result in that too many contents that are not interested in the user are pushed to the user, and the contents that are interested in the user are not pushed to the user. For example: the method is characterized in that a plurality of live messages are pushed for users who do not watch live broadcast, the number of the pushed live messages is limited, and the live messages are not pushed for users who like to watch live broadcast. Therefore, in the related art, the frequency control time for pushing the message to the user is fixed, and the message pushing cannot be performed according to the user requirement.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling frequency of message pushing according to an exemplary embodiment, where the method for controlling frequency of message pushing is applied to a server, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps.
In step S11, a message to be pushed for the target user is determined.
And the information of the multimedia content to be pushed is recorded in the message to be pushed.
In one embodiment, when a main broadcast starts to broadcast directly, a to-be-pushed message can be generated for each user concerned with the main broadcast (the to-be-pushed message is used for reminding the user of the main broadcast). Or, after a video publishing user uploads a video, a message to be pushed may be generated for each user who concerns the video publishing user (the message to be pushed is used to remind the user that the video publishing user uploads the video).
In step S12, the association degree between the target user and the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed is obtained.
The association degree is a relationship closeness degree determined based on the operation executed by the target user on the issuing user of the multimedia content to be pushed and the issued multimedia content.
Optionally, the association degree between the publishing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed may be calculated by the following formula:
I(A→B)=s×s(s)+c×s(c)+a×s(a) (1)
the method comprises the steps that A represents a target user, B represents a publishing user of multimedia content to be pushed, I (A → B) represents the association degree of the target user and the publishing user of the multimedia content, s(s) represents the contribution value of sharing operation performed by A on the multimedia content published by B to the association degree, s (c) represents the contribution value of comment operation performed by A on the multimedia content published by B to the association degree, s (a) represents the contribution value of approval operation performed by A on the multimedia content published by B to the association degree, s represents the number of sharing operation performed by A on the multimedia content published by B, c represents the number of comment operation performed by A on the multimedia content published by B, and a represents the number of approval operation performed by A on the multimedia content published by B.
The method for calculating the association degree is only an example, and the method for calculating the association degree between the publishing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application, and other methods for calculating the association degree may also be applied to the embodiment of the present application.
In step S13, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is adjusted according to at least the association degree between the target user and the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed.
And the frequency control time is a time interval between every two push messages pushed to the target user.
In one embodiment, it may be determined whether the closeness of the relationship between the target user and the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed, which is represented by the association degree between the publishing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed, is greater than a predetermined threshold. If so, shortening the frequency control time of the message to be pushed; if not, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is prolonged.
For example: if the closeness degree of the relationship between the target user and the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed is 70 and the predetermined threshold value is 50, since 70>50, the closeness degree of the relationship between the target user and the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed is represented to be larger, and the frequency control time of the message to be pushed can be shortened.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: the method and the device for the multimedia content push determine the message to be pushed of the target user, and then adjust the frequency control time of the message to be pushed according to the relevance between the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed and the target user, which is recorded in the message to be pushed. If the relevance between the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed and the target user is high, the target user is interested in the multimedia content to be pushed, and more pushing messages of the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed can be pushed for the target user. Because the frequency control time can be adjusted according to the association degree in the embodiment of the application, the frequency control time is shorter as the association degree is larger. And when the frequency control time is less than or equal to the time interval between the current time and the last time when the message is pushed by the target user, determining to push the message to be pushed to the target user. Therefore, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed can be adjusted according to the relevance between the user and the issuing user of the multimedia content to be pushed, and the message pushing is realized according to the user requirement.
After the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is adjusted, whether the message to be pushed is pushed for the target user can be determined according to the frequency control time of the message to be pushed, and the method comprises the following two steps:
step one, if the frequency control time is larger than the time interval between the current time and the last time when the target user pushes the message, determining not to push the message to be pushed to the target user.
It can be understood that, if the frequency control time is longer than the time interval between the current time and the time when the message was pushed by the target user last time, it indicates that the time interval between the current time and the time when the message was pushed by the target user last time is short, and the message to be pushed cannot be pushed for the target user.
And step two, if the frequency control time is less than or equal to the time interval between the current time and the last time when the message is pushed by the target user, determining to push the message to be pushed to the target user.
It can be understood that, if the frequency control time is less than or equal to a time interval between the current time and the time when the message was pushed by the target user last time, it indicates that the time interval between the current time and the time when the message was pushed by the target user last time is longer, and the message to be pushed can be pushed for the target user.
Optionally, the method for adjusting the frequency control time of the message to be pushed in step S13 may include the following four ways:
in a first way,
When the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed is a newly-added concerned publishing user in the last three days of the target user, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed can be determined in a first mode.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for adjusting the frequency control time of the message to be pushed includes the following four steps:
in step S21, a set of associated publishing users of the target user is determined.
Wherein, the association publishing user set comprises: the target user performs the operation on the publishing user and/or the target user performs the operation on the published multimedia content.
For example, associating a set of publishing users includes: the target users pay attention to the publishers of the multimedia contents such as the anchor and the blogger, and/or the publishers of the multimedia contents which are approved, commented or shared by the target users.
In step S22, a sequence in which the degree of association between each publishing user and the target user in the set of associated publishing users is recorded is obtained, and order information of the publishing users of the multimedia content to be pushed in the obtained sequence is determined.
The order information may be an order of the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed in the acquired sequence.
After determining the order information, an order score of a publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed may also be determined.
Wherein, the order score is the ratio of the order information to the total number of the publishing users included in the associated publishing user set.
For example: the associated publishing user set of the target user comprises three publishing users, which are respectively: the system comprises a publishing user 1, a publishing user 2 and a publishing user 3, wherein the association degree of a target user and the publishing user 1 is 5, the association degree of the target user and the publishing user 2 is 3, and the association degree of the target user and the publishing user 3 is 8. Sequencing the three issuing users according to the sequence of the relevance degree from small to large, wherein the sequence obtained after sequencing is as follows: a publishing user 2, a publishing user 1, and a publishing user 3. Assuming that the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed is publishing user 3, the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed has an order of 3 in the sequence, and the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed has an order score of 3/3 of 1.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the order score is the total number of publishing users included in the order/associated publishing user set, the order scores of the publishing users included in the associated publishing user set are uniformly distributed between [0,1 ].
In step S23, if the order information indicates that the association degree of the publishing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed is lower than a first predetermined threshold, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is increased.
In one embodiment, if the rank score of the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed is lower than a first predetermined threshold, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is increased by a first preset multiple or a first preset value.
For example, the first predetermined threshold may be set to 0.2, and if the order score is less than or equal to 0.2, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is increased by one time (i.e. the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is multiplied by 2). The method comprises the steps of increasing the frequency control time of push messages of 0% -20% of the issuing users in the acquired sequence, namely, reducing the push messages of 0% -20% of the issuing users in the acquired sequence to the target user.
For another example, the first predetermined threshold may be set to 0.3, and if the order score is less than or equal to 0.3, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is increased by 30 minutes.
In step S24, if the order information indicates that the association degree between the publishing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed is higher than a second predetermined threshold, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is decreased.
In one embodiment, if the order score of the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed is higher than a second predetermined threshold, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is reduced by a second preset multiple or by a second preset value.
For example, the second predetermined threshold may be set to 0.8, and if the order score is greater than or equal to 0.8, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed is reduced by one time (i.e. the frequency control time of the message to be pushed ÷ 2). The method and the device for pushing the push messages of the publishing users with the sequence of 80% -100% in the acquired sequence are indicated to reduce the frequency control time of the push messages of the publishing users with the sequence of 80% -100% in the acquired sequence, namely, the push messages of the publishing users with the sequence of 80% -100% in the acquired sequence are pushed to the target user.
For another example, the second predetermined threshold may be set to 0.7, and if the order score is greater than or equal to 0.7, the frequency control time of the to-be-pushed message is reduced by 30 minutes.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first preset multiple may be the same as the second preset multiple, and the first preset value may be the same as the second preset value.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can also comprise the following beneficial effects: if the sequence information indicates that the association degree of the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed and the target user is lower than a first preset threshold value, the association degree of the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed and the target user is low, the frequency control time is increased, and the pushing message of the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed for the target user is reduced. If the sequence information indicates that the association degree between the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed and the target user is higher than a second preset threshold value, which indicates that the association degree between the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed and the target user is higher, the frequency control time is reduced, and the number of push messages of the publishing user pushing the multimedia content to be pushed to the target user is increased. Therefore, the number of the push messages which are favored by the user and are pushed by the user can be increased, the number of the push messages which are disfavored by the user and are pushed by the user is reduced, and the messages can be pushed according to the requirements of the user.
Referring to the following second, third, and fourth modes, in the embodiment of the present application, the frequency control time of the message to be pushed may also be adjusted according to the association degree and the push message arrival information, where the push message arrival information includes: the number of the push messages which belong to the target type and are received by the target user in the preset time period is equal to the type of the message to be pushed.
The second way,
The mode of adjusting the frequency control time of the message to be pushed comprises the following two steps:
the method comprises the following steps: and acquiring push message arrival information of the target user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the type to which the message to be pushed belongs may be determined according to the multimedia content to be pushed.
Illustratively, the type of push message may be: live push, video push, comment push, people push who may know, like push, or activity push, etc.
In the embodiment of the application, after each push message is pushed by the server, the multimedia content of the push message, the target user of the push message and the push time of the push message are correspondingly stored. When the push message arrival information of the target user is acquired, the type of the pushed push message can be determined according to the multimedia content of the pushed push message.
In one embodiment, the number of push messages belonging to the target type received by the target user within the preset time period may be determined according to the push time of each push message that has been pushed and the type of the multimedia content that has been pushed.
Step two: determining the frequency control time of the message to be pushed according to the following formula:
Q=W×R-S×I (2)
q is the frequency control time of the message to be pushed, R is the number of push messages which belong to the target type and are received by the target user in a preset time period, W is the weight coefficient of R, S is the association degree score of the issuing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed, and I is the time interval between the current time and the last time when the message is pushed by the user.
Illustratively, W may be set to 0.3 or 0.4. The preset time period may be 00:00 to 23:59 of the day.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can also comprise the following beneficial effects: it can be seen from the formula (2) that the more the number R of push messages belonging to the target type that have been received by the target user in the preset time period is, the larger the frequency control time Q of the messages to be pushed is, the less push messages of the same type are pushed to the target user, and the lower the interference. The larger the relevance score S between the publishing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed is, the smaller the frequency control time Q of the message to be pushed is, and the more the pushing messages of the publishing user interested by the target user can be pushed. In addition, the longer the time interval I between the current time and the last time when the user pushes the message is, the smaller the frequency control time Q of the message to be pushed is, and the easier it is to push the push message of the publishing user with higher association degree with the target user to the target user.
The third method,
The third method for adjusting the frequency control time of the message to be pushed comprises the following two steps:
the method comprises the following steps: and acquiring push message arrival information of the target user.
The method for acquiring the push message arrival information of the target user in the third mode is the same as the method for acquiring the push message arrival information of the target user in the second mode, and reference may be made to the description in the second mode, which is not repeated herein.
Step two: determining the frequency control time of the message to be pushed according to the following formula:
Q=ln(R+1)-S×I (3)
q is the frequency control time of the message to be pushed, R is the number of push messages which belong to the target type and are received by the target user in a preset time period, S is the association degree score of the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed and the target user, and I is the time interval between the current time and the last time when the message is pushed by the target user.
In this embodiment of the application, a time interval between a current time and a time when a message is pushed for a target user last time may be determined according to a pushing time of a pushed message.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can also comprise the following beneficial effects: the logarithmic function is introduced into the formula (3), when the number R of push messages which belong to the target type and are received by a target user in a preset time period is reduced, compared with a linear function, the reduction of the logarithmic function ln (R +1) is relatively slow, so that the reduction of the frequency control time Q of the push messages is slow, the problem that when R is reduced, the frequency control time is too short, so that the push messages pushed by the user are too many is solved, and the probability that the user closes a message push switch and refuses to receive the message push because the user receives too many push messages in a period of time is reduced.
The fourth way,
The fourth method for adjusting the frequency control time of the message to be pushed includes the following two steps:
the method comprises the following steps: and acquiring push message arrival information of the target user.
The method for acquiring the push message arrival information of the target user in the fourth mode is the same as the method for acquiring the push message arrival information of the target user in the second mode, and reference may be made to the description in the second mode, which is not repeated herein.
Step two: determining the frequency control time of the message to be pushed according to the following formula:
Q=W×R-S×T (4)
q is the frequency control time of the message to be pushed, R is the number of push messages which belong to the target type and are received by the target user in a preset time period, W is the weight coefficient of R, S is the association degree score of the publishing user of the multimedia content to be pushed and the target user, and T is the weight coefficient of S.
Illustratively, T may be set to 1.25.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can also comprise the following beneficial effects: it can be seen from the formula (4) that the larger the relevance score S between the publishing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed is, the smaller the frequency control time Q of the message to be pushed is, and the frequency control time Q of the message to be pushed is independent of the time interval I between the current time and the time when the message was pushed for the user last time, so that the number of pushed messages which are interesting for the user is increased, the use duration of the product by the user is increased, and the user retention rate and the user activity are increased.
Optionally, the association degree score between the publishing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed in the four ways of adjusting the frequency control time of the message to be pushed may be determined through the following three steps.
The method comprises the following steps: and determining an associated publishing user set of the target user. Wherein, the association publishing user set comprises: the target user performs the operation on the publishing user and/or the target user performs the operation on the published multimedia content.
Step two: acquiring and recording a sequence of the degree of association between each publishing user in the associated publishing user set and a target user, determining sequence information of the publishing users of the multimedia content to be pushed in the acquired sequence, and determining sequence scores of the publishing users of the multimedia content to be pushed.
Wherein, the order score is the ratio of the order information to the total number of the publishing users included in the associated publishing user set.
The method from the step one to the step two of determining the relevancy score between the publishing user and the target user of the multimedia content to be pushed is the same as the method from the step S21 to the step S22 of adjusting the frequency control time of the message to be pushed, and reference may be made to the description in the step one of adjusting the frequency control time of the message to be pushed, which is not repeated herein.
Step three: calculating the relevancy score according to the following formula:
S=(K-a)×b (5)
wherein S is the relevancy score, K is the order score, a is the first parameter, and b is the second parameter.
Alternatively, a may be set to 0.5 and b may be set to 2. Since the order scores of all the publishing users included in the associated user set are uniformly distributed between [0,1], the association scores of all the publishing users included in the associated user set are uniformly distributed in the range of [ -1,1 ].
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can also comprise the following beneficial effects: when the number R of pieces of push messages belonging to the target type that have been received by the target user within the preset time period is 0, since S is e [ -1,1], and the minimum value of S is-1, if the frequency control time Q of the message to be pushed is calculated by using the formula (2), the formula (3), or the formula (4), the maximum value of Q is 1 hour. Compared with the method for fixing the push time of the push message (for example, pushing one push message for the user every 3 hours) in the related art, the push message pushing method and the device can increase the number of push messages of interest to the target user.
