The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The technical solution of the present disclosure is explained in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for advertisement push based on user feedback according to an exemplary embodiment. The execution subject of the method may be an advertisement push device based on user feedback, or may be a server integrated with the advertisement push device based on user feedback, and the following description will take the execution subject as a server integrated with the advertisement push device based on user feedback (referred to as a server for short) as an example. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
in step S101, terminals currently logging in the multimedia application are divided into a first type of terminal and a second type of terminal.
Specifically, the multimedia application may be, for example: music applications, video applications, and the like. In this embodiment, there are currently a plurality of terminals that log in the multimedia application, so the server can divide the terminals into the first type terminals and the second type terminals according to the number of terminals that currently log in the multimedia application. Optionally, the server may classify 50% of terminals currently logging in the multimedia application as the first type of terminals, and classify the remaining 50% of terminals as the second type of terminals. The server may further divide 20% of terminals currently logging in the multimedia application into a first class of terminals, divide the remaining 80% of terminals into a second class of terminals, and the like, which may be specifically set according to the requirements of the user.
In step S102, an advertisement is pushed on the multimedia application logged in by the first type of terminal within a preset time period.
Specifically, after the terminals currently logging in the multimedia application are divided into the first type of terminal and the second type of terminal, the server may push the advertisement on the multimedia application logged in by the first type of terminal within a preset time period, and not push the advertisement on the multimedia application logged in by the second type of terminal. That is, the user holding the first type terminal can view the advertisement pushed by the server while using the multimedia application program within the preset time period. While users holding terminals of the second type will not view any advertisements pushed by the server while using the multimedia application. For how to push the advertisement on the multimedia application program logged in by the first type of terminal, the server may refer to the related art, which is not described herein again. It should be noted that the preset time period may be any time period greater than or equal to two natural days, and may be specifically set according to the requirement of the user.
In step S103, the usage parameter value of the multimedia application sent by the first type terminal and the usage parameter value of the multimedia application sent by the second type terminal are received within a preset time period.
Specifically, in a time period in which the server pushes an advertisement to a multimedia application program logged in by the first type of terminal and does not push an advertisement to a multimedia application program logged in by the second type of terminal, the first type of terminal and the second type of terminal may respectively acquire a usage parameter value of the multimedia application program thereon and send the usage parameter value to the server. The usage parameter corresponding to the usage parameter value may be: parameters that can truly reflect the user's experience when using multimedia applications, such as: one or more of a number of logins of the multimedia application, a number of startups of the multimedia application, a length of foreground operation of the multimedia application, a length of play of the multimedia application, a number of page downshifts of a user interface of the multimedia application, a number of secondary page transitions of the user interface of the multimedia application, and the like. It should be noted that, the first class terminal and the second class terminal may collect the usage parameter value of the multimedia application program thereon in a statistical dotting manner, and may also collect the usage parameter value in other manners in the related art, which is not limited herein.
In step S104, the experience value of the first class terminal is calculated according to the usage parameter value of the multimedia application sent by the first class terminal, and the experience value of the second class terminal is calculated according to the usage parameter value of the multimedia application sent by the second class terminal.
Specifically, after receiving the usage parameter value of the multimedia application program sent by the first type of terminal and the usage parameter value of the multimedia application program sent by the second type of terminal, the server may respectively calculate the experience value of the first type of terminal and the experience value of the second type of terminal according to the usage parameter values. Since the usage parameter values of the multimedia applications sent by the first type of terminal can be truly reflected: the experience of the user with the first class of terminal when using the multimedia application program, the usage parameter value of the multimedia application program sent by the second class of terminal can truly reflect: the experience of the users with the second type of terminals when using the multimedia application program is achieved, therefore, the server can truly reflect the experience of the users with the first type of terminals when using the multimedia application program containing the push advertisement according to the use parameter value of the multimedia application program sent by the first type of terminals, and the experience value of the second type of terminals can truly reflect the experience of the users with the second type of terminals when using the multimedia application program without the push advertisement according to the use parameter value of the multimedia application program sent by the second type of terminals.
In step S105, it is determined whether to push an advertisement to all terminals that log in the multimedia application according to the experience value of the first class of terminals and the experience value of the second class of terminals.
Specifically, after the server calculates the experience value of the first type terminal and the experience value of the second type terminal, the difference between the experience of the user using the multimedia application program containing the push advertisement and the experience of the user using the multimedia application program without the push advertisement can be determined according to the experience value of the first type terminal and the experience value of the second type terminal. If the difference is smaller, it indicates that the user experience of the user with the first type of terminal is not much different from the user experience of the user with the second type of terminal. That is, the impact of pushing advertisements to terminals that are logged into the multimedia application on the user experience is negligible, and thus, the server may determine to push advertisements to all terminals that are logged into the multimedia application. By the method, the business mode of the multimedia application program can be realized, the user experience is ensured, and the correctness of the business development of the multimedia application program is ensured. If the difference is large, it indicates that the user experience of the user with the first type of terminal is greatly different from the user experience of the user with the second type of terminal. That is, the influence of pushing an advertisement to a terminal that logs in to a multimedia application on the user experience is large, and thus, the server may determine not to push an advertisement to all terminals that log in to the multimedia application. In this way, user churn can be avoided, ensuring correctness of commercial development of multimedia applications.
During specific implementation, the server may subtract the experience value of the first type terminal from the experience value of the second type terminal to obtain an experience value difference, and then determine to push an advertisement to all terminals logging in the multimedia application when the absolute value of the experience value difference is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold, that is, when the difference is small; when the absolute value of the experience value difference is larger than or equal to a second preset threshold value, namely the difference is large, determining that no advertisement is pushed to all terminals logging in the multimedia application program; the second preset threshold is greater than the first preset threshold. The first preset threshold and the second preset threshold may be determined according to the user's requirement and the multimedia application program, and are not limited thereto.
Optionally, the server may further divide the experience value of the first type terminal and the experience value of the second type terminal to obtain an experience value difference, and then when the experience value difference is greater than or equal to a third preset threshold, that is, when the difference is small, it is determined that an advertisement is pushed to all terminals logging in the multimedia application program; when the difference of the experience values is smaller than or equal to a fourth preset threshold value, namely the difference is large, determining that no advertisement is pushed to all terminals logging in the multimedia application program; the third preset threshold is greater than the fourth preset threshold. The third preset threshold and the fourth preset threshold may be determined according to the user's requirement and the multimedia application program, and are not limited thereto.
According to the advertisement pushing method based on user feedback, after a terminal which logs in a multimedia application program at present is divided into a first type terminal and a second type terminal, in a preset time period, an advertisement is pushed on the multimedia application program which logs in through the first type terminal, an advertisement mode is not pushed on the multimedia application program which logs in through the second type terminal, and a use parameter value of the multimedia application program sent by the first type terminal and a use parameter value of the multimedia application program sent by the second type terminal are received, so that a server can calculate an experience value of the first type terminal and an experience value of the second type terminal through the use parameter values, and further determine whether to push the advertisement to all terminals which log in the multimedia application program or not according to the experience values, and the correctness of commercial development of the multimedia application program is ensured.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an advertisement push method based on user feedback according to another exemplary embodiment. In this embodiment, a specific process of calculating, by a server, an experience value of a first-class terminal according to a usage parameter value of a multimedia application sent by the first-class terminal is described, taking the first-class terminal as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the S104 may include the following steps:
in step S201, a usage index value of each usage parameter of the first class terminal is determined according to each usage parameter of the multimedia application transmitted by all the first class terminals.
In step S202, an experience value of the first type terminal is calculated according to the usage index value of each usage parameter of the first type terminal and the weight corresponding to the usage index value of each usage parameter.
The usage parameters of the multimedia application include: logging times of the multimedia application program, starting times of the multimedia application program, foreground running time of the multimedia application program, playing time of the multimedia application program, page gliding times of a user interface of the multimedia application program, and secondary page conversion times of the user interface of the multimedia application program are taken as examples, wherein a preset range corresponding to a use parameter value of the multimedia application program is two natural days.
The server can determine the usage index value of the retention rate of the next day by the ratio of the login times of the second day of all the multimedia applications sent by the first class of terminals to the login times of the first day. For example, assuming that the login times of the first day of all the first-class terminals are 100, and the login times of the second day are 50, the retention rate of the day is 0.5. The statistics of the number of times of registration is in units of natural days, that is, the number of times of registration is 1 when the user registers once or a plurality of times in the same natural day.
The server may add the number of times of starting the multimedia applications of all the first-class terminals on a natural day, and then divide the number of times of starting the multimedia applications of all the first-class terminals on the natural day to obtain the usage index value of "average number of times of starting per day". For example, assuming that the number of times of starting the multimedia applications of all the terminals of the first type on the second natural day is 1000, and the number of the terminals of the first type which start the multimedia applications on the second natural day is 500, the number of times of starting the multimedia applications per day is 2. It should be noted that, each time the user holding the first type terminal opens the multimedia application on the first type terminal, the starting times of the multimedia application are recorded once.
The server may add the foreground operating durations of all the first-class terminals in a natural day, and then divide the added durations by the number of the first-class terminals in the natural day in which all the multimedia applications are operated, to obtain the usage index value of "per capita foreground duration". For example, assuming that all the first type terminals operate in the foreground of the multimedia application on the second natural day for 10000 minutes, and the number of the first type terminals is 500, the average foreground duration of the person is 20.
The server may add the playing durations of the multimedia applications of all the first-class terminals in a natural day, and then divide the added playing durations by the number of the first-class terminals playing the multimedia through the multimedia applications in the natural day to obtain the usage index value of the "per-person playing duration". For example, assuming that the playing time of the multimedia application of all the first type terminals on the second natural day is 20000 minutes, and the number of the first type terminals is 500, the average playing time of the person is 40.
The server may add the page downslide times of the multimedia application user interface of all the first terminals on a natural day, and then divide the added page downslide times by the number of all the first terminals on which the multimedia application is opened on the natural day, to obtain the usage index value of "page downslide rate". For example, assuming that all the first type terminals have 50 users of the first type terminals sliding down the page on the user interface in the second natural day, the number of the first type terminals opening the multimedia application in the natural day is 100, and the page sliding down rate is 0.2. It should be noted that, the statistics of the number of page downslide times of the user interface of the multimedia application is based on the terminal unit, that is, if the user slides the page down several times on the user interface in the same natural day, the page is regarded as one time.
The server may add the secondary page conversion times of the multimedia application user interfaces of all the first terminals on a natural day, and then divide the added secondary page conversion times by the number of all the first terminals opening the multimedia application on the natural day to obtain the usage index value of the "secondary page conversion rate". For example, assuming that 50 first-class terminals in the second natural day enter the next-level user interface on the user interface, and the number of first-class terminals for opening the multimedia application on the natural day is 100, the secondary page conversion rate is 0.2. It should be noted that, the statistics of the secondary page conversion times of the user interface of the multimedia application is based on the terminal unit, that is, if the user enters the secondary user interface several times on the user interface within the same natural day, the statistics are regarded as one time.
After obtaining the usage index values of the usage parameters of the first type terminal, the server may multiply the usage index values of the usage parameters of the first type terminal by the weights corresponding to the usage index values of the usage parameters to obtain products of the usage index values of the usage parameters of the first type terminal, and add the products to obtain the experience value of the first type terminal. Optionally, the server may divide the usage index value of each usage parameter of the first type terminal by the weight corresponding to the usage index value of each usage parameter to obtain a ratio of the usage index values of each usage parameter of the first type terminal, and add the ratios of the usage index values of each usage parameter of the first type terminal to obtain the experience value of the first type terminal. The sum of the weights associated with the usage index values of the respective usage parameters may be 1.
In a specific implementation, the above-mentioned method for obtaining the experience value of the first type terminal is related to the weight setting method corresponding to the usage index value of each usage parameter, and is not limited thereto. Continuing with the above example, since the "next day retention rate" is used to reflect that the user is not using the multimedia application, the "per-person play duration" is used to reflect the duration that the user is using the multimedia application. That is, the two usage indicators are two important indicators for measuring the user experience, and therefore, the weights corresponding to the two indicators may be increased by a little, for example, the weight may be set to 0.2. And the other use indicators having the second importance are given a lower weight.
According to the advertisement pushing method based on the user feedback, after the use parameter values of the multimedia application programs sent by the first class of terminals and the use parameter values of the multimedia application programs sent by the second class of terminals are received, the experience values of the first class of terminals and the experience values of the second class of terminals can be calculated through the use parameter values, and whether the advertisements are pushed to all the terminals logging in the multimedia application programs or not is determined according to the experience values, so that the correctness of commercial development of the multimedia application programs is ensured.
It should be noted that, although the foregoing embodiment describes the advertisement push method based on user feedback provided by the present disclosure by taking the push of the advertisement on the multimedia application as an example, a person skilled in the art may understand that the advertisement push method based on user feedback provided by the present disclosure includes an application scenario not limited to the above push of the advertisement, and for a new function, an operation content, and the like of the multimedia application, whether to push the new function, the operation content, and the like may be determined in the manner described above.
At the same time, it will also be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above method may also be applied to other types of applications, such as: news information applications, etc., are not described in detail.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods. For details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present disclosure, refer to the embodiments of the method of the present disclosure.
FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating an advertisement push device based on user feedback according to an example embodiment.
