本发明涉及型煤领域,尤其是粘结式型煤。
背景技术
目前用于锅炉的燃料主要以散质原煤为主,原煤是指从地上或地下采掘出的毛煤经筛选加工去掉矸石、黄铁矿等后的煤,生产出来的未经洗选、未经加工的毛煤也叫原煤。原煤包括天然焦及劣质煤,不包括低热值煤等。原煤在燃烧过程中烟气黑度大,环境污染严重,且运输、储存极不方便。所以为了运输和使用的效率提高,将原煤加工成一定形状和强度的型煤,从而可以更加合理的利用煤炭资源。而现有的型煤比较不凝结。
发明内容
为了克服现有的型煤不凝结的不足,本发明提供了粘结式型煤。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种粘结式型煤,所有成分质量百分比如下:煤粉10~20%、秸秆15 ~ 30%、焦粉5 ~ 15%、糯米粉 5~ 9%、轻烧粉8 ~12%、腐殖酸7~ 14%,余量为松香。
具体的,所述煤粉10~15%、秸秆20 ~ 30%、焦粉10 ~ 15%、糯米粉 8~ 9%、轻烧粉10 ~ 12%、腐殖酸11~ 14%,余量为松香。
