本发明提供一种生物质复混燃料,由秸秆、秸秆碳、木屑、稻草、助燃剂、脱钾剂、高碳醇、火碱以及油脂组成。该燃料针对燃煤锅炉改造,降低企业设备成本燃料成本,该燃料的清洁能源等级较高,主要采用秸秆、秸秆碳、木屑、稻草成本低,对环境污染小,火碱能够控制生物质酸性,减少燃料对设备的腐蚀及结焦,燃料制备成外形尺寸为3.5*2.5*1.58cm椭圆形,该尺寸可适合各种固定炉排及链条炉排锅炉的使用燃料标准低位热值>5000大卡,硫<0.3%,挥发份35%,灰分<10%,固定碳>50%。

一种生物质复混燃料
技术领域
本发明涉及生物燃料技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种生物质复混燃料。
背景技术
生物质燃料是指将生物质材料燃烧作为燃料,一般主要是农林废弃物(如秸秆、锯末、甘蔗渣、稻糠等)。主要区别于化石燃料。在目前的国家政策和环保标准中,直接燃烧生物质属于高污染燃料,只在农村的大灶中使用,不允许在城市中使用。生物质燃料的应用,实际主要是生物质成型燃料(BiomassMouldingFuel,简称"BMF"),是将农林废物作为原材料,经过粉碎、混合、挤压、烘干等工艺,制成各种成型(如块状、颗粒状等)的,可直接燃烧的一种新型清洁燃料。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种生物质复混燃料。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现。
一种生物质复混燃料,由秸秆、秸秆碳、木屑、稻草、助燃剂、脱钾剂、高碳醇、火碱以及油脂组成,其中,各个组分的质量份如下:

所述助燃剂采用镁菱土、硝酸镁、氧化镁和/或氧化铁。
所述高碳醇采用碳分子数为6-8的醇类。
所述油脂采用煤焦油、重油、植物油和/或生物质液化油。
