(1) the sterilizing tray 11 filled with the bottles is conveyed to a tray unloading station, and the positioning block 71 fixes the tray in the tray unloading area, so that the tray unloading is prevented from being unsmooth due to movement of the sterilizing tray 11 during tray unloading;
(2) lifting the front and rear disc stop rod lifting assemblies 10 (cylinders) of the sterilization disc to lift the front and rear stop rods of the sterilization disc 11 to the top positions;
(3) the guard plate lifting cylinder 623 descends to the position of the travel switch, then the guard plate 621 extends out from the lower part of the stop lever along the upper part of the sterilization tray 11 until the guard plate 621 extends out of the position, namely the travel switch of the guard plate lifting cylinder 623 detects the position, the guard plate lifting cylinder 623 stops ventilating, the cylinder is in a free force state, and after waiting for 2 seconds, a bottle pushing permission signal is sent;
(4) the first bottle outlet mesh belt 1 and the second bottle outlet mesh belt 2 rotate positively, stop simultaneously until the bottle lack detection switch 4 detects the bottle lack, and wait for the bottle pushing;
(5) the push rod servo mechanism 612 pushes the bottles, the push rod 611 pushes the bottles forwards, the protection plate 621 moves backwards, the push rod servo mechanism 612 stops immediately after the travel switch of the protection plate translation cylinder 622 detects the bottle, and then the push rod servo mechanism moves backwards by a distance S (which can be set), so that the bottles cannot be taken up when the protection plate 621 rises; after the push rod servo mechanism 612 retreats to the right, the guard plate lifting cylinder 623 drives the guard plate 621 to ascend until the travel switch detects the situation, and then the baffle 8 descends to the right;
(6) the push rod servo mechanism 612 pushes the bottle to a set bottle pushing position at a low speed, when the first bottle squeezing detection switch 3 detects bottle squeezing, the push rod servo mechanism 612 stops running immediately, and when a bottle squeezing signal is released, the push rod servo mechanism 612 continues running until the set bottle pushing position is reached;
(7) the push rod servo mechanism 612 retracts, the baffle 8 rises, and the bottles on the bottle outlet mesh belt are blocked, so that the bottles are not extruded to the transition plate 9; after the push rod servo mechanism 612 retracts to the original position, the disc stop rod jacking assembly descends until the travel switch detects the situation, and then the positioning block 71 is loosened; the empty disc will be sent to the disc returning track to wait for the next disc feeding.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications and embellishments within the scope of the invention may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention.
