技术领域
本发明属于烟气除尘处理领域,具体涉及一种炭附强化的超细颗粒凝并器。
背景技术
近年来,我国大中城市雾霾天气越来越多,严重影响了城市居民的健康工作和生活,其中城市环境中PM2.5 (主要为PM0.4-1.0)含量过高是导致雾霾天气的主要原因。因此,如何控制PM2.5产生,并减少其存在,成为亟待解决的问题。
中国专利CN101664623A公开了涉及用于工业烟尘治理的微细粒子除尘器。具体是通过对现有二级过滤方式的电袋复合除尘器改进,在滤袋除尘机构的出口与引风机的进口之间设有湍流涡旋机构,该湍流涡旋机构包括湍流涡旋室、烟尘入口管和烟尘出口管。湍流涡旋室为横截面为倒等腰梯形的斗状,其底部连接着灰斗室。经过第二级处理的含有较细颗粒物的烟尘进入烟尘入口管,经过导风板,使气流发生向下偏转,进入湍流涡旋室,较细颗粒物与湍流涡旋室内壁产生扩散和碰撞促使微细粒子沉淀,使微细颗粒物从烟尘中分离出来。但该处理工艺中单独用湍流涡旋室进行细颗粒物的物化凝并,凝并效率并不高。
因而,针对凝并效率不高、工艺设备复杂等问题,很有必要在现有技术的基础上,研究开发强化凝并的超细颗粒凝并器。在传统的除尘器的基础上,增设凝并处理装置,使超细颗粒物通过物理方法或物化方法凝并成较大颗粒,从而在主体除尘器内顺利脱除,是现在除尘技术发展的趋势。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种炭附强化的超细颗粒凝并器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种炭附强化的超细颗粒凝并器,包括S形布置的气流通道,所述气流通道内为凝并区,气流通道的一端具有烟气入口,另一端具有主体除尘器的接口,所述气流通道内靠近烟气入口位置设置有正极板和负极板,正极板和负极板的附近区域为荷电区;所述气流通道S形结构的拐弯部内设置有炭盒。
作为进一步的优选方案,正极板和负极板均位于气流通道烟气入口的管壁内侧,正极板和负极板分别设在管壁的径向两侧,所述荷电区位于正极板和负极板之间。
作为进一步的优选方案,所述气流通道由两个连续的S形结构组成,单侧具有两个拐弯部。
作为进一步的优选方案,所述拐弯部开设有用于更换炭盒的窗口,该窗口可封闭。
作为进一步的优选方案,所述炭盒为弧形结构,其弧形面背离拐弯部方向设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种炭附强化的超细颗粒凝并器的技术优势在于以下几点:
1、通过本发明所提供的特殊构造,多种凝并协同作用,提高了凝并效率,PM2.5占烟尘中颗粒的数量浓度较凝并前下降30%~50%,质量浓度较凝并前下降10~20%。
2、本发明所提供的凝并器的各部分,分区合理,功能兼容匹配;活性炭盒使用方便。
3、本发明所提供的凝并器为主体除尘器(电除尘器或袋式除尘器)的减容创造了条件。
4、安装方便,适应面广,适于各种主体除尘器之前预处理,也提高了电除尘器或袋式除尘器对各种不同工业烟尘的适应性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选技术方案。
本发明的本发明的一种炭附强化的超细颗粒凝并器,气流通道6呈S形布置的管道凝并器,内部为凝并区2,即S形的凝并区2可以增加烟气经过长度,且在拐弯处也可提高烟气混合速率,气流通道6的一端具有烟气入口7,另一端具有主体除尘器接口8,适于安装在主体除尘器之前的进气管道中,气流通道6内靠近烟气入口7位置设置有正极板5和负极板4,正极板5和负极板4的附近区域为荷电区1;所述气流通道6的S形结构的拐弯部内设置有炭盒3,烟气中的粉尘颗粒经荷电后进入凝并区2,带有正负电荷的超细粉尘在S形的凝并区2内充分融合,并在拐弯处接触炭盒3,将粉尘吸附,经凝并之后的烟气进入主体除尘器进行处理。
正极板5和负极板4均位于气流通道6烟气入口的管壁内侧,正极板5和负极板4分别设在管壁的径向两侧,所述荷电区1位于正极板5和负极板4之间。
气流通道6由两个连续的S形结构组成,单侧具有两个拐弯部,较长的气流通道6可以提高带有正负电荷的超细粉尘相互融合的几率。
拐弯部开设有用于更换炭盒3的窗口9,该窗口9可封闭,炭盒可以通过窗口9处推入或抽出,炭盒中装填蜂窝状的活性炭,进行固定,待装填的活性炭吸附颗粒物饱和之后,抽出炭盒,对活性炭进行置换;炭盒3为弧形结构,其弧形面背离拐弯部方向设置,弧形面可增大与烟气的接触面。
凝并器工作原理:气流首先经过双极荷电区,带有粉尘的烟气通过时,靠近正极板5的烟气获得正电荷,而靠近负极板4的烟气获得负电荷,这样,粉尘粒子一半荷正电,一半荷负电。然后进入凝并区,带正电的粒子和带负电的粒子在“静电力凝并”和“湍流凝并”的共同作用下碰撞凝聚,超细颗粒变成大颗粒,简称粒子粗大化;接着进入到后续主体除尘器(电除尘器或布袋除尘器)内部,粗大化的粒子便于除尘器收尘,这样便减少了细微颗粒的排放;
“湍流凝并”是指通过特殊的构造,造成烟气气流的变化,形成接近湍流的状态。凝并的主要影响因素是颗粒大小、颗粒的凝聚性能与碰撞几率。待处理烟尘中,不缺乏大的粒子,大的粒子可作为核心,与超细粒子碰撞结大。凝聚性能方面:气流首先经过双极荷电区,分别获得正电荷或负电荷。这样,粉尘粒子一半荷正电,一半荷负电,在凝并区,带正电的粒子和带负电的粒子在“静电力”作用下有良好的凝并性能。湍流大大增加了烟气中颗粒的碰撞几率。由于凝并器的特殊构造,使得凝并器内通道变向处成为湍流凝并主要发生区域。在变向处设置了活性炭,活性炭对超细微粒有吸附作用,强化了整体的凝并效果。
实施例1
某工业烟尘废气,处理量为100000m3/h采用炭附强化的超细颗粒凝并器。整个凝并器呈管道式,适于安装在主体除尘器之前的进气管道中;凝并器由荷电区,炭盒和凝并区组成,荷电区有一组正、负相间的平行通道,烟气中的粉尘颗粒经荷电后进入凝并区;凝并区中设置有4组上行或下行的通道,经凝并之后的烟气进入主体除尘器进行处理;所述的炭盒可以通过开口处推入或抽出,炭盒中装填蜂窝状的活性炭,进行固定,待装填的活性炭吸附颗粒物饱和之后,抽出炭盒,对活性炭进行置换。
采用本发明提供的超细颗粒凝并器,进行强化凝并,后接主体除尘器,整个工艺总除尘效率99.98%以上,烟气含尘排放浓度小于30mg/Nm3,排放烟气中PM2.5去除率提高50%
