本发明属于鱼类养殖技术领域,涉及一种大鲵(娃娃鱼)高效催产剂。该高效催产剂含有常规催产剂绒毛膜促性腺激素(HGG)、促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A),还含有从鲤鱼性腺提取的生物活性物质、从蛙类垂体提取的生物活性物质。在水温24℃-25℃,对大鲵(娃娃鱼)注射本发明催产剂48小时内,雌体成熟排卵,雄体能获取精液,催产率达90%。

大鲵催产剂及其使用方法
本发明属于鱼类养殖技术领域,涉及一种大鲵(娃娃鱼)高效催产剂。
大鲵(俗称娃娃鱼)是一种称之为“活化石”的古老两栖动物,系国家二级保护动物,为保护和发展这一珍贵资源,满足市场需求,必须进行人工繁殖,但大鲵对常规催产剂不敏感,催产后很难掌握效应时间,特别是雌雄更是难于同步发情,难以达到人工催产的目的,因此使大鲵的繁殖一直没能取得重大突破,商品大鲵的人工养殖也一直停滞不前。
本发明的目的是要提供一种对大鲵催产敏感、可有计划地获取大鲵成熟卵子和精子,并能应用于大鲵批量人工繁殖的大鲵(娃娃鱼)高效催产剂及其使用方法。
本发明的目的是用以下方法来实现的。该大鲵(娃娃鱼)高效催产剂含有常规催产剂绒毛膜促性腺激素(HGG)、促黄体素释放激系类似物(LRH-A),还含有从鲤鱼性腺提取的生物活性物质、从蛙类垂体提取的生物活性物质。从鲤鱼性腺提取的生物活性物质,由于含有促滤泡激素的成份可直接促进大鲵精、卵发育成熟,而从蛙类垂体提取的生物活性物质,则富含促黄体释放激素的成份,可控制大鲵垂体分泌促性腺激素,促进大鲵亲本的发情、排卵或排精,达到大鲵人工催产的预期目标。
本发明大鲵(娃娃鱼)高效催产剂中各组份的最佳配制比例为:按0.5毫升的注射用水中,加入150国际单位的绒毛膜促性腺激素(HGG)、20微克的促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A)、20微克鲤鱼性腺提取物、15微克的蛙类垂体提取物的比例配制。
使用本发明大鲵(娃娃鱼)高效催产剂的方法是对已成熟的亲本在腹部背面皮下注射,用6号针头,进针深度2厘米,一次性注射,对雌体注射剂量为按雌体量每公斤注射所配制的高效催产剂0.5毫升,雄体注射剂量为按雄体量每公斤注射所配制的催产剂0.25毫升。在水温24℃-25℃,注射本发明催产剂48小时内,雌体成熟排卵,雄体能获取精液,催产率达90%以上。
本发明与单独使用常规催产剂相比,不仅能准确掌握效应时间,而且催产效率可提高70%以上,便于批量生产应用。
下面是本发明的实施例。
将保存在4℃低温下的各组份物质按0.5毫升的注射用水中,加入150国际单位的绒毛膜促性腺激素(HGG)、20微克的促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A)、20微克鲤鱼性腺提取物、15微克的蛙类垂体提取物的比例配制。将配制好的催产剂对已成熟的亲本在腹部背面皮下注射,用6号针头、进针深度2厘米、一次性注射。以下列出了三次不同日期试验的情况和效果(见附表)。附表:

Claims (2)

1、一种大鲵催产剂,含有催产剂绒毛膜促性腺激素HGG、促黄体素释放素类似物LRH-A,还含有从鲤鱼性腺提取的生物活性物质、从蛙类垂体提取的生物活性物质,所述大鲵催产剂按0.5毫升的注射用水中,加入150国际单位的绒毛膜促性腺激素HGG、20微克的促黄体素释放激素类似物LRH-A、20微克鲤鱼性腺提取物、15微克的蛙类垂体提取物的比例配制。
2、一种使用权利要求1所述的大鲵催产剂的方法,其特征是对已成熟的亲本在腹部背面皮下注射,用6号针头,进针深度2厘米,一次性注射,对雌体注射剂量为按雌体量每公斤注射所配制的催产剂0.5毫升,雄体注射剂量为按雄体量每公斤注射所配制的催产剂0.25毫升。
