Abstract
The invention provides a dust cover of a telephone receiver and terminal equipment. The dust cover of the telephone receiver provided by the invention not only has a better dust prevention effect, but also has a better sound production effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a dust cover of a telephone receiver and terminal equipment.
Background
With the development and progress of terminal technology, the screen occupation ratio of terminal equipment such as smart phones is higher and higher, the more the sound outlet hole of the receiver is made smaller, and how to ensure the sound outlet effect and reliability of the receiver becomes very important.
At present, for preventing dust or particle impurities from entering the sound guide channel of the telephone receiver, a dust cover is generally arranged on a sound outlet hole on a screen cover plate of the terminal equipment, and meshes are arranged on the dust cover to prevent the dust or the particle impurities from entering the sound guide channel of the telephone receiver. However, in the prior art, the mesh of the dust cover is small, which can achieve the dust-proof effect, but the sound resistance is large, thereby affecting the sound-emitting effect of the receiver.
Therefore, the telephone receiver dust cover in the prior art has the problem of poor sound production effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a dust cover of a telephone receiver and terminal equipment, which aim to solve the problem that the dust cover of the telephone receiver in the prior art is poor in sound generating effect.
The embodiment of the invention provides a dust cover of a telephone receiver, which comprises a strip-shaped dust cover body, wherein a plurality of first sound outlet holes and a plurality of second sound outlet holes are arranged in the length direction of the dust cover body, and the aperture of each first sound outlet hole is larger than that of each second sound outlet hole.
The embodiment of the invention also provides terminal equipment which comprises the telephone receiver dust cover.
Thus, in the embodiment of the invention, the two sound outlet holes with different apertures are arranged on the dust cover body, wherein the second sound outlet hole with a smaller aperture has a better dust-proof effect, and the first sound outlet hole with a larger aperture increases the effective sound outlet area of the dust cover body and reduces the sound resistance relative to the second sound outlet hole with a smaller aperture, so that the dust cover of the telephone receiver not only has a better dust-proof effect, but also has a better sound outlet effect; compared with the problem that the sound outlet effect of the telephone receiver dust cover is poor due to the fact that the sound outlet hole is small in the prior art, the telephone receiver dust cover provided by the embodiment of the invention has a good dust prevention effect and a good sound outlet effect.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a dust cover of a receiver, which is applied to a terminal device, wherein the terminal device is provided with a sound outlet channel for the receiver of the terminal device to emit sound so as to conduct the sound emitted by the receiver to the outside of the terminal device, and the sound outlet channel is used for being assembled with the dust cover of the receiver so as to prevent foreign matters such as external dust, particles and the like from entering the sound outlet channel of the receiver to cause blockage of the sound outlet channel and further influence the sound emission effect of the receiver.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a dust cover for a telephone receiver provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes a strip-shaped dust cover body 10, wherein a plurality of first sound holes 11 and a plurality of second sound holes 12 are disposed in a length direction of the dust cover body 10, and an aperture of the first sound hole 11 is larger than an aperture of the second sound hole 12.
In the embodiment, two sound outlets with different apertures are arranged on the dust cover body 10, wherein the second sound outlet 12 with a smaller aperture has a better dust-proof effect, and the first sound outlet 11 with a larger aperture increases the effective sound outlet area of the dust cover body 10 relative to the second sound outlet 12 with a smaller aperture, reduces the sound resistance, and reduces the sound attenuation, so that the dust cover of the telephone receiver not only has a better dust-proof effect, but also has a better sound outlet effect; compared with the problem that the sound outlet effect of the telephone receiver dust cover is poor due to the fact that the sound outlet hole is small in the prior art, the telephone receiver dust cover provided by the embodiment of the invention has a good dust prevention effect and a good sound outlet effect.
The dust cover body 10 may be made of metal material or plastic material. Moreover, a plurality of first sound holes 11 and a plurality of second sound holes 12 can be formed in the dust cover body 10 by adopting a drilling process; the dust cover body 10 may also be formed with a plurality of first sound holes 11 and a plurality of second sound holes 12 by injection molding.
In order to meet the development trend of high screen ratio of the terminal equipment, the opening of the sound outlet channel of the telephone receiver is generally designed into a slender strip shape, so that the dust cover of the telephone receiver matched with the sound outlet channel is also arranged in a slender strip shape. As the diameters of dust and particles are smaller, the mesh openings of about 0.1 mm can play a good dustproof and sundry-proof effect according to empirical data; however, the mesh openings of about 0.1 mm can make the sound resistance of the dust cover of the telephone receiver larger, and further influence the sound production effect of the dust cover of the telephone receiver, and in order to improve the sound production effect of the dust cover of the telephone receiver, larger sound production holes can be arranged on the dust cover of the telephone receiver.
Specifically, in the structural design of the dust cover of the receiver provided by the present embodiment, the aperture range of the first sound outlet 11 is generally 0.35 to 0.55 mm, and preferably 0.4 mm; the aperture of the second sound outlet 12 is generally in the range of 0.08-0.15 mm, and preferably 0.1 mm. The aperture range is selected according to the aperture sizes of the first sound outlet 11 and the second sound outlet 12, so that the requirement of high screen occupation ratio of the terminal equipment can be met, and the dust cover of the telephone receiver can be guaranteed to have a good dust prevention effect and a good sound outlet effect.
As shown in fig. 3, with reference to fig. 1 and 2, the dust cap body 10 includes a first cap 13 and a second cap 14 stacked one on another, the first cap 13 having a plurality of first sound outlet holes 11 and a plurality of second sound outlet holes 12 formed in a longitudinal direction thereof, the second cap 14 having a plurality of second sound outlet holes 12 formed in a first target region (not shown) thereof, and the second cap 14 having a plurality of first sound outlet holes 11 formed in a second target region (not shown) thereof; the first target area is an orthographic projection area of the plurality of first sound outlet holes 11 on the first cover 13 on the second cover 14, and the second target area is an orthographic projection area of the plurality of second sound outlet holes 12 on the first cover 12 on the second cover 14. Namely, in the direction of the central line of the first sound outlet 11 or the second sound outlet 12, the first sound outlet 11 on the first cover 13 is arranged corresponding to the second sound outlet 12 on the second cover 14, and the second sound outlet 12 on the first cover 13 is arranged corresponding to the first sound outlet 11 on the second cover 14; namely, the first sound outlet hole 11 on the first cover body 13 and the first sound outlet hole 11 on the second cover body 14 are arranged in a staggered manner, and the second sound outlet hole 12 on the first cover body 13 and the second sound outlet hole 12 on the second cover body 14 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the dustproof effect of the dust cover of the telephone receiver can be further improved while the sound outlet effect of the dust cover of the telephone receiver is ensured compared with the case only provided with one layer of cover body.
The first cover 13 and the second cover 14 are detachably connected, and a gap 15 is formed between the first cover 13 and the second cover 14. In practical application, if dust or impurities enter the gap 15 between the first cover body 13 and the second cover body 14 through the first cover body 13, the second cover body 14 can also play a role of dust prevention again, and a user can also disassemble the dust cover body 10 so as to improve the cleanliness of the dust cover of the telephone receiver for the impurities accumulated in the gap 15 between the first cover body 13 and the second cover body 14.
In the present embodiment, the distribution of the first sound outlet 11 and the second sound outlet 12 in the dust cover body 10 is not limited as long as the dust-proof effect and the sound-emitting effect of the dust cover of the receiver can be satisfied. The following is an example of a common arrangement.
As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of first sound outlet holes 11 may be sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the dust cover body 10, and a plurality of second sound outlet holes 12 may be arranged around the periphery of each first sound outlet hole 11. In order to improve the appearance of the dust cover of the telephone receiver, the first sound outlet holes 11 may be disposed in a middle region of the dust cover body 10 in the length direction.
As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of second sound outlet holes 12 may be provided between any two adjacent first sound outlet holes 11 in the longitudinal direction of the dust cap body 10. The first sound holes 11 may be distributed on two side edges of the dust cover body 10 in the length direction, and a plurality of second sound holes 12 may be disposed in the length direction of the dust cover body 10 and between any two adjacent first sound holes 11, so as to satisfy the dust-proof effect and the sound-emitting effect of the dust cover of the telephone receiver.
As shown in fig. 3, the receiver dust cover further includes a mounting structure 20 provided on the side wall of the dust cover body 10, the mounting structure 20 being used to mount the receiver dust cover to the terminal device. The mounting structure may be a rib or a groove disposed on the sidewall of the dust cover body 10, or a flange extending outward from the sidewall of the dust cover body 10.
When the mounting structure 20 is a rib or a groove provided on the sidewall of the dust cover body 10, the inner wall of the sound outlet channel of the terminal device is provided with a groove adapted to the rib, or a rib adapted to the groove, so as to assemble the receiver dust cover to the terminal device.
When the mounting structure 20 is a flange formed by extending the side wall of the dust cover body 10, the flange is clamped between the main upper and cover plates of the terminal device, so as to assemble the dust cover of the telephone receiver to the terminal device.
The first sound outlet 11 may be a circular hole, a square hole or an elliptical hole; the second sound outlet 12 may be a circular hole, a square hole, or an elliptical hole. And the first sound outlet 11 and the second sound outlet 12 may be holes of other shapes as long as the dustproof effect and the sound outlet effect of the dust cover of the telephone receiver can be satisfied.
Moreover, in order to further improve the appearance effect of the dust cover of the telephone receiver, for the dust cover body 10 made of plastic material, a metal plating layer can be further arranged on the outer side of the anti-friction cover body 10, and the color of the plating layer can be consistent with the color of the shell of the terminal device, so as to improve the overall appearance effect of the terminal device.
As shown in fig. 4, two single-layered receiver dust covers 100 may be provided in the sound outlet channel 600 of the terminal device during use of the receiver dust cover. The assembling mode has the same design principle as the dust cover of the telephone receiver shown in fig. 3, and can achieve the same technical effect, which is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 4, the embodiment of the present invention further relates to a terminal device, including the above-mentioned dust cover for receivers 100.
The terminal device comprises a cover plate 200, a main upper 300, a receiver 400 and the receiver dust cover 100, and is further provided with a sound outlet channel 600 for the receiver 400 to emit sound, and the dust cover body 10 of the receiver dust cover 100 is arranged in the sound outlet channel 600. The mounting structure 20 of the dust cover 100 is sandwiched between the cover plate 200 and the main upper 300, and in order to improve the waterproof effect of the clamping position, a waterproof structure 500, such as waterproof foam or waterproof silica gel, may be further disposed at the clamping position.
It should be noted that the implementation manner of the above-mentioned telephone receiver dust cover embodiment is also applicable to the embodiment of the terminal device, and can achieve the same technical effect, and details are not described herein again.

the dust cover body comprises a first cover body and a second cover body which are arranged in a stacked mode, a plurality of first sound outlet holes and a plurality of second sound outlet holes are formed in the length direction of the first cover body, a plurality of second sound outlet holes are formed in a first target area of the second cover body, and a plurality of first sound outlet holes are formed in a second target area of the second cover body; wherein,
the first target area is an orthographic projection area of a plurality of first sound outlet holes on the first cover body on the second cover body, and the second target area is an orthographic projection area of a plurality of second sound outlet holes on the first cover body on the second cover body;
a gap is formed between the first cover and the second cover.
2. The receiver dust cover of claim 1, further comprising a mounting structure disposed on a side wall of the dust cover body.
3. The dust cover of claim 2, wherein the mounting structure is a flange extending outwardly from the sidewall of the dust cover body.
4. The dust cover for telephone receivers of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein a plurality of the second sound outlet holes are circumferentially arranged around each of the first sound outlet holes.
5. The receiver dust cover according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a plurality of the second sound outlet holes are provided between any two adjacent first sound outlet holes in a length direction of the dust cover body.
6. The dust cover for telephone receivers according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the aperture of the first sound outlet hole is in the range of 0.35 to 0.55 mm, and the aperture of the second sound outlet hole is in the range of 0.08 to 0.15 mm.
7. The dust cover for telephone receivers of claim 6, wherein the first sound outlet has an aperture of 0.4 mm and the second sound outlet has an aperture of 0.1 mm.
8. A terminal device characterized by comprising the receiver dust cover according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
