The main body 100 is provided with a groove 140 and a first sound outlet hole 150 which communicate with each other. And, one end of the first sound outlet hole 150 far from the groove 140 communicates with the mounting cavity 130.
Optionally, the groove 140 and the first sound outlet hole 150 are provided on the side 110 of the main body 100. Fig. 2 is a schematic partial structure diagram of an electronic device housing according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, a groove 140 is formed at a side of the side 110 outside the mounting cavity 130. The inner wall of the groove 140 includes a side surface 141 and a bottom surface 142. The side surface 141 is parallel to the depth direction of the groove 140, and the bottom surface 142 is perpendicular to the depth direction of the groove 140.
The first sound outlet hole 150 communicates with the groove 140, and a first opening 151 is formed on the bottom surface 142 of the groove 140. Illustratively, the first sound outlet holes 150 are disposed in a depth direction of the groove 140. The number of the first sound outlet holes 150 is not particularly limited, and for example, a plurality (2, 3, 4, etc.) of the first sound outlet holes 150 arranged in a line are provided in the main body 100. Accordingly, a row of first openings 151 is formed on the bottom surface 142 of the recess 140.
The dust-proof member 200 is disposed in the groove 140 to prevent impurities outside the electronic device from entering the mounting cavity 130 through the first sound outlet hole 150.
Fig. 3 is a partial structural schematic diagram of an electronic device housing shown in accordance with another exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the dust protection member 200 is seated against the inner wall of the recess 140 facing the first opening 151. When the first opening 151 is disposed on the bottom surface 142 of the groove 140, the dust-proof member 200 abuts on the bottom surface 142. Moreover, the dust-proof member 200 covers the first opening 151 to achieve a dust-proof effect.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the blocking member 300 is detachably connected to the main body 100 and is disposed in the groove 140 to limit the dust-proof member 200. When the plugging member 300 is disposed in the groove 140, the abutting part abuts against a surface of the dust-proof member 200 deviating from the first opening 151, so that the dust-proof member 200 stably covers the first opening 151, and the dust-proof effect of the dust-proof member 200 is ensured.
The blocking member 300 is provided with a second sound outlet 310. The second sound outlet hole 310 corresponds to the first sound outlet hole 150 with the blocking piece 300 positioned in the groove 140. Here, the second sound outlet 310 corresponds to the first sound outlet 150, which means that projections of the first sound outlet 150 and the second sound outlet 310 overlap each other in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the first sound outlet 150. Preferably, the projection of the first sound outlet hole 150 is within the range of the projection of the second sound outlet hole 310 in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the first sound outlet hole 150.
In this way, when the electronic device shell is combined with the speaker module, the second sound outlet 310 is arranged on the plugging piece 300, so that the sound wave signal output by the speaker module is smoothly transmitted to the outside of the electronic device, and the playing effect of the speaker module is guaranteed.
The block piece 300 is detachably coupled to the main body 100. Therefore, when the foreign matter outside the electronic device case enters the second sound outlet hole 310 and is accumulated on the dust-proof member 200, the dust-proof member 200 can be taken out by detaching the blocking member 300. In this way, the difficulty and cost of cleaning and maintaining the dustproof piece 200 are greatly reduced, and the technical defect that the dustproof piece 200 can only be removed by disassembling in the related art is overcome.
Regarding the detachable connection of the block piece 300 to the main body 100, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide the following implementation. Fig. 4 to 8 are exploded schematic views of electronic device housings according to various exemplary embodiments.

The block piece 300 comprises: a stopper portion 320 and a connecting portion 330. The stopper 320 limits the dust-proof member 200 in the groove 140. At least one second sound outlet hole 310 is provided in the stopper portion 320. The connection portion 330 is disposed on the position-limiting portion 320 in a protruding manner, and is used for being plugged into the plug hole 160. The connection of the block piece 300 to the main body 100 is achieved by the connection part 330 being plugged into the insertion hole 160.
In one embodiment, the insertion hole 160 is provided on the body 100 in a depth direction of the groove 140. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the insertion hole 160 is disposed along the depth direction of the groove 140, and a third opening 162 is formed on the bottom surface 142 of the groove 140.
Optionally, two insertion holes 160 and a plurality of first sound outlet holes 150 are provided on the bottom surface 142. The first openings 151 of the plurality of first sound outlet holes 150 on the bottom surface 142 are arranged in a row, and the third openings 162 of the two insertion holes 160 on the bottom surface 142 are respectively disposed at both sides of the row of first openings 151. In this way, one dust-proof member 200 can be used, and the cleaning and disassembling workload can be further reduced. Alternatively, the dust-proof member 200 may be disposed between the two third openings 162 to cover the first opening 151.
Also, as shown in fig. 5, the insertion hole 160 penetrates the main body 100, and an end of the insertion hole 160 remote from the groove 140 forms a second opening 161 on the main body 100. The second opening 161 is located on a side of the main body 100 facing the mounting cavity 130, and is disposed opposite to the third opening 162.
In this case, the connection portion 330 engaged with the insertion hole 160 adopts the scheme as shown in fig. 4, and the connection portion 330 is protrudingly disposed on one surface of the limiting member 320 facing the dust-proof member 200. And, the connection portions 330 correspond to the insertion holes 160 one by one, optionally, the connection portions 330 are respectively disposed at two ends of the limiting portion 320.
As an example, the connection portion 330 is interference-fitted with the insertion hole 160 to ensure connection stability of the block piece 300 with the main body 100. Alternatively, the connection portion 330 is made of a flexible material, such as rubber, resin, or the like. In this way, the connection portion 330 is in interference fit with the insertion hole 160 through deformation, so as to improve the connection stability of the plugging member 300 and the main body 100.
As an example, the connection part 330 penetrates the insertion hole 160. And, a laterally protruding flexible snap portion 340 is provided at an end of the connection portion 330 passing through the insertion hole 160. Referring to fig. 5, the flexible clamping portion 340 is clamped with the portion of the main body 100 around the second opening 162. The connection stability of the plugging piece 300 and the main body 100 is guaranteed by the flexible clamping part 340 clamping with the main body 100. Moreover, the flexible clamping portion 340 has deformation capability, and when the plugging member 300 is detached, the flexible clamping portion 340 is deformed by external force to separate from the insertion hole 160, so that the plugging member 300 is separated from the main body 100.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, 7, and 8, the receptacles 160 are disposed in a direction perpendicular to the depth of the recess 140. At this time, the insertion hole 160 forms a third opening 162 on the side 141 of the groove 140. The connecting portion 330 is disposed on the limiting member 320 in a protruding manner in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the second sound outlet 310.
As an example, as shown in fig. 6, at least one insertion hole 160 is provided on the main body 100. The shape of the third opening 162 formed on the side 141 of the insertion hole 160 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, circular, oval, square, rectangular, or the like. In this case, the connection portion 330 is a protrusion disposed on the position-limiting portion 320 toward the side 141 of the groove 140, and the connection portion 330 is adapted to the shape of the insertion hole 160.
As an example, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, at least one annular insertion hole 160 is provided on the main body 100, and the insertion holes 160 are distributed along the side surface 141 of the groove 140. Also, when the body 100 is provided with the plurality of ring-shaped insertion holes 160, the axial direction of the plurality of ring-shaped insertion holes 160 is parallel to the depth direction of the groove 140. In this case, the connection portions 330 are annular protrusions provided on the side of the stopper portion 320 facing the recess 140, and the number of the connection portions 330 is adapted to the number of the annular insertion holes 160.
In addition, in the case shown in fig. 6, 7, 8, the optional connection portion 330 is made of a flexible material. In this way, the connecting portion 330 has a deformation capability, facilitating the mounting or dismounting of the block piece 300. Of course, in the disclosed embodiment, the entire optional blocking piece 200 is made of flexible material, so as to further optimize the installation and disassembly operability.
