Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
An electronic device having an audio player needs to have an opening in the casing 20 to let the internal sound come out. After the opening of the casing 20 of the electronic device, external dust may enter the casing 20 from the opening, thereby causing the sound transmission channel inside the casing 20 to be blocked. In order to prevent the dust from entering the housing 20 of the electronic device, a dust-proof assembly 10 'is usually disposed at an opening in the housing 20, and a dust-proof net is disposed on the dust-proof assembly 10' to block the external dust.
The electronic device may be a mobile phone, a tablet, or the like, and for convenience of description, the electronic device is taken as a mobile phone for illustration, it should be noted that the electronic device is not limited to a mobile phone, and may also be other devices having an audio playing function.
In the related art, the single-layer dustproof net has poor dustproof effect, so that the dustproof device in the mobile phone adopts a double-layer dustproof net structure to reduce the probability of dust entering failure of a speaker hole of the mobile phone. And in order to further optimize the dustproof effect of the double-layer dustproof net, the double-layer dustproof net support generally needs to have a distance of 2mm, so that the failure probability of the double-layer dustproof net can be reduced to the maximum extent.
The dust guard assembly 10' with a double layer dust screen includes a bracket that defines a dust passageway for conducting the loud sound of a speaker. Two relative port departments of dustproof passage all are provided with the flange that extends towards the outside, all are connected with a dust screen on every flange, and every dust screen is equallyd divide and is corresponded two ports that cover dustproof passage respectively.
The connecting flange needs to occupy a certain space inside the mobile phone, so that the dustproof device occupies a larger space to the whole dustproof device. And as the internal space of the mobile phone is smaller and smaller, the space of the speaker module is smaller and smaller, which results in that the structure of the dustproof assembly 10' in the related art occupies a large space and has poor applicability. In one case, the dustproof device occupying a large space may extrude the space of the waterproof layer, so that the waterproof layer cannot be disposed at the position of the dustproof assembly 10' in the housing 20, thereby reducing the overall waterproof effect of the mobile phone.
The present embodiment provides a dust-proof assembly 10 for an electronic device, which dust-proof assembly 10 can reduce the occupied space within the electronic device. Particularly, when the electronic device is a mobile phone, a space can be provided for the waterproof layer 30 inside the mobile phone, so that the waterproof performance of the mobile phone can be enhanced. For convenience of description, the electronic device is exemplified as a mobile phone in the following.
The dust-proof assembly 10 specifically includes a bracket 100, a first dust-proof net 200, and a second dust-proof net 300. The bracket 100 defines a dust channel 120. The dustproof passage 120 is used to transmit sound of a speaker, and in order to fit a structure of a general electronic device having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a cross section of the dustproof passage 120 in a direction perpendicular to a sound transmission direction therein may be rectangular.
The bracket 100 has a first port 121 and a second port 122 disposed oppositely, the first port 121 and the second port 122 are respectively located at two ends of the dust-proof channel 120, and the first port 121 is provided with a connecting flange 110 extending in a direction away from the dust-proof channel 120.
The connecting flange 110 is used for connecting the first dust-proof net 200, and the first dust-proof net 200 is connected to the connecting flange 110 and covers the first port 121, so as to prevent dust in the dust-proof channel 120 from flowing out of the dust-proof channel 120 and reaching the speaker inside the mobile phone. Since the connection flange 110 gives the first dust screen 200 a certain amount of connection area, the first dust screen 200 can be more reliably connected. In order to connect the first dust-proof net 200 and the connecting flange 110 more reliably, in one embodiment, a sealing foam 400 may be disposed between the connecting flange 110 and the second dust-proof net 300, the sealing foam 400 is ring-shaped and disposed around the first port 121, and the sealing foam 400 is used to adhere the first dust-proof net 200 to the connecting flange 110 and seal a gap between the first dust-proof net 200 and the connecting flange 110.
The second dust screen 300 is disposed in the dust-proof passage 120 and seals the dust-proof passage 120 to reduce the amount of dust flowing to the first dust screen 200. The first dust screen 200 and the second dust screen 300 together prevent dust from flowing into the interior of the handset housing 20. Specifically, the periphery of the second dust screen 300 may be connected to a fixing frame, and the fixing frame may support and unfold the second dust screen 300, so that the second dust screen 300 may be stably positioned in the dust passage 120 by embedding the fixing frame into the dust passage 120. The second dust-proof net 300 may also be a 3D dust-proof net, that is, the second dust-proof net 300 is not in a sheet shape, but has a certain thickness in the sound transmission direction in the dust-proof passage 120, so that the second dust-proof net 300 can be fixed in the dust-proof passage 120 without deflection and failure, and the connection reliability between the second dust-proof net 300 and the dust-proof passage 120 can also be enhanced. The specific structure of the 3D dust screen has been disclosed in the related art, and is not described herein.
When the second dust screen 300 is a 3D dust screen, the 3D dust screen may be glued to the inner peripheral wall of the bracket 100 in order to enable the connection with the bracket 100 to be more stable. Specifically, an adhesive may be provided on the outer peripheral edge of the 3D dust screen, and the 3D dust screen may be fixed to the inner peripheral wall surface of the bracket 100 by the adhesive. Of course, when the second dust screen 300 is a 3D dust screen, the fixing bracket 100 may be disposed on the periphery of the 3D dust screen, and then the fixing bracket 100 may be bonded to the inner peripheral wall of the bracket 100.
The dust screen in the related art, since the connection flanges 110 are provided at both ports of the bracket 100, the two connection flanges 110 occupy more space inside the electronic device, particularly, when the electronic device is a mobile phone, if the mobile phone has a requirement for disposing the waterproof layer 30, the connecting flange 110 occupies a space of the waterproof layer 30, so that the waterproof layer 30 is broken at the dustproof member 10, resulting in a reduction in the waterproof performance of the entire cellular phone, and the waterproof member of this embodiment is configured such that the connection flange 110 is provided only at one end of the bracket 100, and the dustproof mesh is provided in the dustproof passage 120 at the other end thereof so as to remove the connection flange 110, by having the second end, from which the connecting flange 110 is removed, facing the outside of the handset housing 20, a part of the space can be saved for providing the waterproof layer 30, i.e., the space that would otherwise be occupied by the connecting flange 110 at the outboard end, may be provided with the waterproof layer 30. Therefore, the structure of the dustproof assembly 10 can reduce the occupied space in the electronic device, and when the electronic device is a mobile phone, the waterproof effect of the mobile phone can be indirectly improved.
The first dust-proof net 200 and the second dust-proof net 300 form two dust-proof barriers, but experiments show that the distance between the first dust-proof net 200 and the second dust-proof net 300 needs to be within a specified range to enable the dust-proof effect to be optimal, for example, when the distance between the first dust-proof net 200 and the second dust-proof net 300 is too small, the dust-proof effect of two layers of dust-proof nets is not different from that of one layer of dust-proof net. In order to improve the dustproof effect, in this embodiment, the distance between the second dustproof net 300 and the first dustproof net 200 may be at least greater than or equal to two millimeters, for example, the distance between the first dustproof net 200 and the second dustproof net 300 is two millimeters, five millimeters at two points, or three millimeters. The specific spacing between the two is dependent upon the amount of space that the stent 100 is capable of occupying.
It should be noted that, when the second dust screen 300 is a 3D dust screen, the distance between the first dust screen 200 and the second dust screen 300 is: the distance between the surface of the first dust screen 200 facing the second dust screen 300 to the surface of the second dust screen 300 facing the first dust screen 200. That is, the gap between the two is the distance between the two, not the center of the second dust screen 300 as a reference.
The second dust-proof net 300 may be disposed at any position in the dust-proof passage 120, but since there is a limit to the minimum distance between the first dust-proof net 200 and the second dust-proof net 300, the size of the bracket 100 may be made smaller as the position of the second dust-proof net 300 is closer to the second port 122. In order to minimize the occupied volume of the bracket 100, in this embodiment, the second dust screen 300 may be disposed at the second port 122, so that the minimum size of the bracket 100 along the sound transmission direction in the dust passage 120 may be slightly larger than two millimeters, so that the volume of the whole dust assembly 10 is further reduced.
The arrangement direction of the second dust net 300 may be inclined or perpendicular to the sound transmission direction in the dust passage 120, but when the arrangement direction of the second dust net 300 is inclined to the sound transmission direction in the dust passage 120, the size of the bracket 100 is enlarged at this time due to the limitation of the distance between the second dust net 300 and the first dust net 200. Therefore, in order to minimize the size of the bracket 100, in the present embodiment, the second dust-proof net 300 is disposed perpendicular to the sound transmission direction in the dust-proof passage 120. The position of the first dust screen 200 is related to the position of the connecting flange 110, and when the sound transmission direction in the connecting flange 110 and the dust-proof passage 120 is inclined, the position of the first dust screen 200 is also inclined to the sound transmission direction in the dust-proof passage 120.
The second aspect of the present application also provides an electronic device including the dust-proof assembly 10 and the housing 20 in any of the above embodiments. The housing 20 includes a frame, a sound hole is formed in the frame, the dust-proof component 10 is disposed in the housing 20, and the second dust-proof net 300 is disposed facing the sound hole. The dust entering the electronic device from the sound outlet hole is blocked by the second dust-proof net 300 and the first dust-proof net 200. Because the support 100 of the dustproof assembly 10 occupies a small space, the waterproof layer 30 can be arranged on the frame of the electronic device, so that the waterproof effect of the electronic device is improved, and specifically, the electronic device can be a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet or other devices which need to perform dustproof treatment on a speaker part of the mobile phone.
