Background
With the development of the electronic industry, more and more communication terminals are used in life, such as mobile phones, IPADs, and the like.
The communication terminal in the related art comprises a frame, a screen and a rear cover, wherein the screen and the rear cover are respectively covered on two opposite sides of the frame and jointly enclose an accommodating space, a loudspeaker accommodated in the accommodating space, a through hole penetrating through the frame and a dust screen which is fixed on the frame and completely covers the through hole and provided with a plurality of micropores, and the sound production side of the loudspeaker is arranged right opposite to the through hole. However, because of communication terminal is in the use, the micropore of dust screen is blockked up easily to external dust to the sound that leads to the speaker to produce is unable normally to be derived through the dust screen, and sound is too little or even can not hear during the communication, and because of the dust screen is moulded plastics integratively with the frame, then need go the maintenance point and tear the machine and change the frame, increased use cost.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a new communication terminal to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a communication terminal with good dustproof effect and low use cost.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a communication terminal which comprises a frame, a screen and a rear cover, wherein the screen and the rear cover are respectively covered on two opposite sides of the frame and form an accommodating space together with the frame; the dustproof net comprises an inner dustproof net with a plurality of inner micropores and an outer dustproof net with a plurality of outer micropores, the sizes of the inner dustproof net and the outer dustproof net are the same, the number of the outer micropores is twice that of the inner micropores, the aperture of the inner micropores is larger than that of the outer micropores, the inner dustproof net is covered on the through hole, and the periphery of the inner dustproof net is embedded and fixed in the frame; the frame comprises an accommodating groove formed by recessing the outer side of the frame, the through hole is positioned in the accommodating groove, and the outer side of the inner dustproof net is exposed to the accommodating groove; the communication terminal further comprises a gland matched with the containing groove in shape, the gland is provided with a sound hole right opposite to the through hole, the periphery of the gland protrudes to form a clamping wall, the outer dustproof net abuts against the gland and enables the periphery of the outer dustproof net to be clamped in the clamping wall to form detachable connection, the gland cover is arranged in the containing groove to form detachable connection, the outer dustproof net and the inner dustproof net are completely overlapped and abutted against each other, each inner micropore and two adjacent outer micropores are oppositely configured, and part of each two adjacent outer micropores are located in the range of the inner micropores which are oppositely configured and part of each two adjacent outer micropores are located outside the range of the inner micropores which are oppositely configured.
Preferably, the inner dust screen and the outer dust screen are both made of stainless steel.
Preferably, the thickness of the gland is smaller than that of the outer dust screen.
Compared with the prior art, the communication terminal is provided with the inner dust screen and the outer dust screen at the through hole of the frame, the inner dust screen and the outer dust screen are the same in size, the number of the outer micropores is twice of that of the inner micropores, the aperture of the inner micropores is larger than that of the outer micropores, the inner dust screen is covered on the through hole, the periphery of the inner dust screen is embedded and fixed in the frame, the outer dust screen abuts against the gland and is clamped on the clamping wall to form detachable connection, the gland is covered in the accommodating groove to form detachable connection, the dustproof effect of the double dust screens is realized, the outer dust screen forms dustproof protection on the inner dust screen and can be easily and simply detached, the communication terminal can be cleaned and reused, and the problem of increased use cost caused by frame replacement is solved; moreover, when the outer dust-proof net and the inner dust-proof net are completely overlapped and mutually abutted, each inner micropore is oppositely configured with two adjacent outer micropores, the adjacent two outer micropores are partially positioned in the range of the inner micropores which are oppositely configured, and all have parts located outside the range of the inner micropores which are arranged opposite to the outer micropores, the structure ensures that dust forms a whole when the outer micropores are fully deposited, and only can extend the partial area deposited at the corresponding inner micropores, but can not completely block the inner micropores, thereby effectively improving the dustproof effect, when the gland is dismounted, the dust deposited and blocking the outer micropores is integrated, the dust-proof net is taken out of the through hole along with the disassembly of the outer dust-proof net, and part of dust extending into the inner micro hole is taken out integrally without cleaning the inner dust-proof net, and the outer dust-proof net can be disassembled, cleaned and recycled, so that the use cost is effectively reduced.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a communication terminal 100, which includes a frame 1, a screen 2 and a rear cover 3 respectively covering opposite sides of the frame 1 and enclosing an accommodating space together with the frame 1, a speaker 4 accommodated in the accommodating space, a through hole 11 penetrating through the frame 1, and a dust screen having a plurality of micro holes and fixed to the frame 1 and completely covering the through hole 11.
The sound-producing side of the speaker 4 is arranged right opposite to the through hole 11, so that sound is produced through the through hole 11.
The dust screens include an inner dust screen 5 having a plurality of inner pores 51 and an outer dust screen 6 having a plurality of outer pores 61.
In the present embodiment, the inner dust screen 5 and the outer dust screen 6 have the same size, i.e., the same shape and area. The number of the outer micro holes 61 is twice the number of the inner micro holes 51, and the pore diameter of the inner micro holes 51 is larger than that of the outer micro holes 61. In this embodiment, the inner dust-proof net and the outer dust-proof net are both made of hard materials, such as stainless steel.
The inner dustproof net 5 is covered on the through hole 11, and the periphery of the inner dustproof net is embedded and fixed in the frame 1. The frame 1 further comprises an accommodating groove 12 formed by recessing the outer side of the frame, the through hole 11 is located in the accommodating groove 12, and the outer side of the inner dust screen 5 is exposed to the accommodating groove 12.
The communication terminal 100 further comprises a gland 7 matched with the accommodating groove 12 in shape, the gland 7 is provided with a sound hole 71 opposite to the through hole 11, the periphery of the gland 7 protrudes to form a clamping wall 72, and the clamping wall 72 surrounds the sound hole 71.
The outer dust screen 6 abuts against the gland 7 and has its periphery clamped to the clamping wall 72 to form a detachable connection. For example, the pressing cover 7 is made of plastic material, that is, the clamping wall 72 has certain elasticity, and the outer dust screen 6 can be pressed and clamped on the clamping wall 72 to form a detachable connection.
The gland 7 is covered in the containing groove 12 to form detachable connection, the outer dust-proof net 6 and the inner dust-proof net 5 are completely overlapped and abutted with each other, each inner micropore 51 and two adjacent outer micropores 61 are oppositely configured, part of each two adjacent outer micropores 61 is positioned in the range of the inner micropore 51 which is oppositely configured, and part of each two adjacent outer micropores 61 is positioned outside the range of the inner micropore 51 which is oppositely configured. This structure makes the dust form a monolithic structure when outer micropore 61 department deposit is full, and only can extend the partial area of deposit in the interior micropore 51 that corresponds, and can not block up interior micropore 51 completely, has effectively improved dustproof effect, when pulling down the gland this moment, the dust that outer micropore 61 was blocked up in the deposit is because of being a whole, then demolishs along with outer dust screen 6 and is taken out through-hole 11, and will extend to the part dust in interior micropore 51 is whole to be taken out, need not to wash interior dust screen 5, and outer dust screen 6 can be dismantled and wash and recycle, has effectively reduced use cost
In this embodiment, the thickness of the gland 7 is smaller than that of the outer dust screen 6, so that the depth of the sound hole 71 is small, dust is less prone to depositing in the sound hole 71, the depositing speed of the dust on the outer dust screen 6 is slowed down, and the times of disassembly and cleaning are reduced.
