Further, the extension direction of the spring 54 in the cavity is the horizontal direction, and the spring 54 is sleeved on the probe 6.
Further, a connecting hole 55 is formed in the second earplug 52, the connecting hole 55 is communicated with the cavity, a plug connector 61 is arranged at the tail end of the probe 6, the plug connector 61 is matched with the sensor body, and the plug connector 61 extends out of the second earplug 52 through the connecting hole 55. The plug-in unit 61 is extended out of the earplug 5, so that the plug-in unit 61 can be connected with devices such as the ear tag 7 provided with the sensor body. Furthermore, a connecting portion 71 is arranged on one side of the ear tag 7 connected with the earplug 5, a clamping protrusion 72 is arranged at the front end of the connecting portion 71, a clamping groove 73 matched with the probe 6 is formed in the connecting portion 72, a plug connector matched with the plug connector 61 is arranged in the clamping groove 73, the plug connector is connected with the sensor body, the connecting portion 71 is installed in the connecting hole 55 of the second earplug 52 through extrusion, the clamping protrusion 72 is L-shaped, the clamping protrusion 72 can be abutted to the connecting hole 55, the connecting portion 71 can be effectively prevented from being separated from the connecting hole, meanwhile, the clamping protrusion 72 is abutted to one end of the spring 54, the connecting portion 71 can move in the cavity, a certain moving space is formed between the earplug 5 and the ear tag 7, and the connecting effect of the earplug 5 and the ear tag 7 is further ensured.
Further, the second earplug 52 is provided with a control head 56, and the control head 56 is used to abut against the inner wall of the entrance of the external auditory canal. The arrangement of the control head 56 further ensures that the first earplug 51 and the probe 6 are in a suspended state in the external and internal channels, so as to avoid stimulation to the ears of the livestock.
Further, the second earplug 52 is larger in size than the first earplug 51, and the cross section of the second earplug 52 is the same as the cross section of the external auditory canal of the livestock ear.
Further, the earplug 5 is made of soft and easily deformable PU material. The earplug 5 is made of environment-friendly expandable/contractible/deformable soft plastics such as PU (polyurethane), and can reduce stimulation to the inner membrane of the outer auditory canal to the maximum extent and reduce the discomfort of livestock.
The ear plug type temperature monitoring device has the advantages that the ear plug type structure is fixed in the ear canals of livestock, the probe of the temperature sensor is in a suspension state, the ear membrane temperature of the pig, the cattle and the sheep can be continuously monitored, the ear plug type temperature monitoring device can be matched with the ears of the pig, the cattle and the sheep with different sizes, the adaptability is strong, the stability is good, the structure is simple, and the production cost is low.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (4)
1. The livestock eardrum temperature measuring device is characterized by comprising an earplug and a temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor comprises a sensor body and a probe, the sensor body is detachably connected with the probe, the earplug is of a hollow structure, the probe is sleeved in the earplug, the front end of the probe extends out of one end of the earplug, the temperature sensor is detachably connected with the earplug, the earplug is matched with external auditory canals of different livestock ears through deformation, and when the earplug is fixed on the external auditory canals, the probe of the temperature sensor is just positioned at the tail end of the external auditory canals and is not contacted with the inner walls of the external auditory canals;
the earplugs comprise a first earplug and a second earplug, the first earplug is connected with the second earplug, and the size of the second earplug is larger than that of the first earplug, so that the earplugs are funnel-shaped; the second earplug is provided with a control head which is used for being abutted against the inner wall of the entrance of the external auditory canal; the probe is sleeved in the first earplug and the second earplug, the probe of the temperature sensor extends out of the front end of the first earplug, the first earplug extends into an external auditory canal of an ear of the livestock, and the second earplug is arranged at an inlet of the external auditory canal;
the second earplug comprises a silica gel piece and a spring, a cavity is arranged in the silica gel piece, the spring is arranged in the cavity, and the silica gel piece deforms correspondingly along with the expansion and contraction of the spring;
the telescopic direction of the spring in the cavity is the horizontal direction, and the spring is sleeved on the probe;
the sensor main body is arranged in the ear tag, and can slide in the ear tag after being connected with the probe.

The livestock eardrum temperature measuring device of claim 1, wherein said second earplug is provided with a snap hole, and the end of said probe is disposed in said snap hole; the setting in joint hole, the installation and the dismantlement between earplug and the ear tag of being convenient for also do benefit to the intercommunication between probe and the sensor main part simultaneously, the earplug plays the effect that supports to intelligent ear tag, has avoided traditional livestock ear tag to fall the frequent problem of mark.
3. The livestock eardrum temperature measuring device of claim 1, wherein said second earplug is provided with a connecting hole, said connecting hole is communicated with said cavity, said probe is provided with a plug connector at its end, said plug connector is adapted to said sensor body, said plug connector extends out of said second earplug through said connecting hole.
4. The livestock eardrum temperature measuring device of claim 1, wherein said ear plug is made of PU material.
