The middle part of the high polymer pipe is clamped through the high polymer pipe transverse clamping mechanism 7, so that the stability of the high polymer pipe during drilling can be further ensured. Here, the number and the positions of the transverse guide rails 12 can be set according to the requirements of actual working conditions, and different positions of the polymer pipe are clamped, so that the device has higher practicability. In this embodiment, three transverse guide rails 12 are provided, the length direction of the transverse guide rails 12 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the polymer pipe, and a plurality of polymer pipe transverse clamping mechanisms 7 are sequentially provided on the transverse guide rails 12 along the length direction of the transverse guide rails 12. Each transverse guide rail 12 is correspondingly provided with two sliding blocks 11, and the two sliding blocks 11 are respectively matched and slidingly connected with the two guide posts 9 to jointly support one transverse guide rail 12. The fixing of the transverse rail 12 to the guide post 9 and the fixing of the transverse support beam 8 to the guide post 9 can be achieved in the same way, i.e. by means of limiting members 13 arranged on both sides of each slide 11.
Here, the fixing of the transverse rail 12 to the guide post 9 may be performed not by a limiting member, but by providing a power cylinder mechanism (not shown) on the working platform, which may be an air cylinder or an oil cylinder. The power cylinder mechanism is connected with the sliding block 11, and the sliding block 11 can move back and forth or be fixed along the guide post 9 under the driving of the power cylinder mechanism. The automatic control is realized firstly, the manual sliding block 11 is not needed, the automatic cone removing process of the high polymer pipe is realized secondly, before machining, the high polymer pipe is required to be supported and fixed along the axial direction by the two top cones positioned at the two ends of the high polymer pipe, one of the two top cones is movable (like the first top cone), the other one is fixed (like the second top cone), when the high polymer pipe is required to be removed from the top cone after machining is finished, the movable top cone can move backwards, one end of the high polymer pipe is separated from the movable top cone, but the fixed top cone cannot move, so that the other end of the high polymer pipe is separated from the fixed top cone, and the other end of the high polymer pipe is clamped by the high polymer pipe transverse clamping mechanism and is controlled to slide and move by the power cylinder mechanism.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the polymer tube transverse clamping mechanism 7 includes a base block 14, a transverse power cylinder 15 disposed on the base block 14, and a support block 16 disposed on a side portion of the base block 14, the support block 16 is used for supporting the polymer tube 5, a pressing block 17 is disposed on a piston rod of the transverse power cylinder 15, the support block 16 and the pressing block 17 are made of polymer materials, preferably polymer materials with self-lubricating performance, such as fluoroplastic, etc.; during fixing, the transverse power cylinder 15 is utilized to act, so that the high polymer pipe 5 is pressed and fixed on the supporting block 16 through the pressing block 17. In the present embodiment, the lateral power cylinder 15 may be a cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder. When the drilling machine works, the high polymer pipe 5 is placed on the supporting block 16, the transverse power cylinder 15 is controlled to act, the pressing block 17 is driven to move to press and fix the high polymer pipe 5 on the supporting block 16, and drilling is carried out after fixing is completed. Therefore, the stability of the high polymer pipe in drilling can be guaranteed, and the drilling effect is guaranteed. In addition, the supporting blocks and the pressing blocks for clamping and fixing the high-molecular pipe are made of high-molecular materials, so that the surface of the high-molecular pipe is not damaged, and the processing quality of the product is improved.
The supporting block 16 is L-shaped, one side part of the pressing block 17 is provided with an arc 171, and the curvature of the side part of the arc 171 of the pressing block 17 is matched with the curvature of the high polymer pipe 5; during fixing, the lateral power cylinder 15 is used for acting, so that the arc 171 side part of the pressing block 17 is contacted with one side outer peripheral surface of the polymer tube 5, and the other side outer peripheral surface of the polymer tube 5 is pressed and contacted with the L-shaped supporting block 16. The clamping and fixing device is more suitable for clamping and fixing the high polymer pipe.
The L-shaped support block 16 is detachably connected to a side portion of the base block 14, such as by a screw, and the pressing block 17 is detachably connected to a piston rod of the lateral power cylinder 15, such as by a screw. When the polymer pipes with different specifications are required to be processed, the corresponding L-shaped supporting blocks 16 and pressing blocks 17 are replaced, so that the universality of the embodiment is improved.
A plurality of the transverse clamping mechanisms 7 for the polymer pipe are arranged on each transverse guide rail 12, and the transverse clamping mechanisms 7 for the polymer pipe can move back and forth or be fixed along the transverse guide rails 12. The length direction of the transverse guide rail 12 is mutually perpendicular to the axial direction of the high polymer pipe. The number and the positions of the transverse clamping mechanisms 7 of the high polymer pipe on each transverse guide rail 12 can be set according to the requirements of actual working conditions, and the practicability is improved. The transverse clamping mechanisms 7 for the plurality of high polymer pipes are arranged, so that the plurality of high polymer pipes can be clamped and fixed simultaneously, batch processing can be conveniently carried out, and the processing efficiency is improved.
Along the length direction of the transverse guide rail 12, a plurality of through holes (not shown in the figure) are arranged on the transverse guide rail 12, and threaded holes (not shown in the figure) are arranged at the bottom of the base block of each high polymer pipe transverse clamping mechanism 7; when the polymer tube transverse clamping mechanism 7 moves in place on the transverse guide rail 12, the plurality of connecting screws respectively penetrate through a plurality of through holes in the transverse guide rail and are screwed into threaded holes (not shown in the figure) at the bottoms of the base blocks of the plurality of polymer tube transverse clamping mechanisms, so that the plurality of polymer tube transverse clamping mechanisms 7 are fixed on the transverse guide rail 12.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, each rotary power head 6 comprises a turntable 18 rotatably connected to the working platform and a worm gear mechanism 19 connected with the turntable 18, wherein a plurality of worm gear mechanisms 19 are connected together through a coupling 20, one worm gear mechanism 19 is also in transmission connection with a servo motor 21, and each second tip cone is connected with one turntable 18. Through the design, one servo motor can drive a plurality of rotary power heads to synchronously rotate. In addition, in the embodiment, the turntable adopts a chuck, and adopts a structure of matching the chuck with the tip cone, so that the second tip cone is convenient to replace.
In conclusion, the telescopic power cylinder drives the top cone to act, and the top cones positioned at the two ends of the high polymer pipe are used for axially clamping or unclamping the high polymer pipe, so that automatic clamping is realized; in addition, a plurality of polymer pipes can be clamped simultaneously by utilizing the matching of the first tip cones and the second tip cones, and the high-speed drilling machine is suitable for the batch drilling processing of the polymer pipes, improves the production efficiency and meets the production requirement of high-speed development. According to the characteristics of the high polymer pipe, the first top cone and the second top cone are made of high polymer materials, so that the high polymer pipe can be prevented from deforming during clamping, the processing quality of products can be improved, the friction force between the top cones and the pipe can be improved, and synchronous rotation between the high polymer pipe and the top cones is ensured.
