Description
本发明涉及一种可转动门把组件,其中,门把在不使用时几乎与门表面齐平,使用者通过操作组件的按钮即可使门把伸出至可握持的使用位置。
在通常的可转动门把组件中,门把由偏心载荷所产生的力矩而保持在其缩回位置。在使用时,通过下按操作将门把拉出其缩回位置,因而使用者会有在进行这种下按操作时损伤手指的担心。
本发明的目的是提供一种可转动门把组件,它可通过在按钮上施加一个很小的力而操作,并不需担心在进行下按按钮的操作时损伤使用者的手指。
本发明的上述目的通过提供一种可转动门把组件而实现,该组件包括:
一臂,它设置于按钮的后表面并从该处伸出;
一门把,它容装在壳体的长形孔中,以与位于长形孔中的按钮垂直邻接,该门把的上端部通过第一横轴销与壳体作可绕枢轴转动地连接;
一弹簧,用于使门把向其伸出位置偏移;
一回动弹簧,它置于按钮和壳体之间;
按钮具有一通过第二横轴销与壳体枢接的臂的前端部;
按钮的侧表面上设有一抵靠着壳体的长形孔的边缘部分的后表面的凸块;
门把的下端部的前角形成为一抵靠着按钮的上端突出边缘部分的肩部。

下面参照附图对本发明进行详细描述。
在本发明的一种可转动门把组件中,在按钮3的后表面上设置有一从后表面向上向外斜伸出的臂16。在壳体1的长形孔9中装有一与壳体1的长形孔9中按钮3垂直邻接的门把2。门把2的上端部通过一第一横轴销17而与壳体1作可绕枢轴转动地连接,并且一使门把2偏向其伸出位置的弹簧5通过该横销而与壳体作可绕枢轴转动地连接。
按钮3的臂16的前端部通过一第一横轴销8而与壳体1作可绕枢轴转动地连接。一回动弹簧6置于按钮3和壳体1之间。在按钮3的侧表面上设有一紧靠壳体1的长形孔9的一边缘部分的后表面18的凸块11。门把2的下端部的前角形成为一紧靠按钮3的上端突出边缘部分10的肩部12。
在操作时,当下压按钮3使其绕第二横轴销8逆时针摆动以进入壳体1的长形孔9中时,由于按钮3的上端突出边缘部分10与门把2的肩部12分离,使门把2绕第一横轴销17顺时针转动,从而从壳体的长形孔9中伸出。
由于在门把2的下端部上设有一斜面20,当将门把2推入壳体1的长形孔9中时,门把2的斜面20将按钮3可转动地和暂时地推移至点划线所示位置。当门把2完全缩回到壳体1的长形孔9中时,按钮3返回实线所示位置,从而其上端边缘部分10抵靠在门把2的肩部12上。
这时,由于按钮3的凸块11抵靠着壳体1的长形孔9的边缘部分的后表面,按钮3可防止门把2伸出,从而可使手柄准确无误地保持在其缩回位置。
在附图中所示实施例中,在门把2上设置一个当门把2伸出时与第三横轴销7紧靠的挡块。与弹簧5接合的第三横轴销7起止挡销的作用,同时也用作弹簧5的夹持销。
使门把2向其伸出位置偏移的弹簧5由盘簧构成,其盘绕部分通过第一横轴销17与壳体作可绕枢轴转动地连接,其一端部抵靠在手柄2的后表面上,而其另一端部抵靠着壳体1的底表面。用于按钮3的回动弹簧6也由盘簧构成,其盘绕部分通过第二横轴销8与壳体1作可绕枢轴转动地连接,其一端部抵靠着按钮3的后表面,而其另一端部抵靠着固定安装在壳体1上的一后盖4。
在具有上述结构的本发明的可转动门把组件中,当压下按钮3时,按钮3沿与门把2相反的方向摆动,以使其上端突出边缘部分10与手柄2的肩部12分离,其结果在按钮3的上端突出边缘部分10与门把2的肩部12之间基本上没有摩擦阻力。因此,不需很大的力,而只需一很小的力就能准确无误地完成下按操作,从而消除了使用者对在下压按钮3的操作过程中损伤手指的担心。
在本发明的可转动门把组件中,由于按钮3可防止门把2伸出并使其准确地保持在缩回位置,因而不必担心在震动、冲击等的影响下门把2从壳体1中意外伸出。此外,由于使门把与壳体作可绕枢轴转动地连接的第一横轴销17也用作弹簧5的夹持销,因而可减少组件中零部件的数量,并降低组件的制造成本。
Claims (1)
1、一种可转动门把组件,包括:
一臂,它设置于按钮的后表面并从该处伸出;
一门把,它容装在壳体的长形孔中,以与位于长形孔中的按钮垂直邻接,所述门把的上端部通过第一横轴销与壳体作可绕枢轴转动地连接;
一弹簧,用于使所述门把向其伸出位置偏移;
一回动弹簧,它置于所述按钮和所述壳体之间;
所述按钮具有一通过第二横轴销与所述壳体枢接的所述臂的前端部;
所述按钮的侧表面上设有一抵靠着所述壳体的所述长形孔的边缘部分的后表面的凸块;
所述门把的下端部的前角形成为一抵靠着所述按钮的上端突出边缘部分的肩部。
