The building template fastening method is characterized by comprising a reinforcement rod piece (1), a connecting sleeve (2) sleeved on the reinforcement rod piece (1), and a first stabilizing piece (3) and a second stabilizing piece (4) which are respectively arranged at two ends of the reinforcement rod piece (1), wherein through holes (5) for the reinforcement rod piece (1) to penetrate and extend are formed in the middle parts of the first stabilizing piece (3) and the second stabilizing piece (4); the side wall of one end of the reinforcement rod piece (1) is provided with a fixing hole (6) penetrating through the side wall of the reinforcement rod piece (1), and the side wall of the other end of the reinforcement rod piece (1) is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped mounting holes (7) which are uniformly arranged at intervals along the length direction of the reinforcement rod piece (1); the connecting sleeve (2) is sleeved on one end, provided with the strip-shaped mounting holes (7), of the reinforcing rod piece (1), a plurality of strip-shaped fastening holes (8) penetrating through opposite side walls of the connecting sleeve (2) are uniformly arranged on the connecting sleeve (2) at intervals along the length direction of the connecting sleeve (2), and the strip-shaped fastening holes (8) close to the second stabilizing piece (4) extend to the end face of the connecting sleeve (2); the fixing pin (9) is inserted into the fixing hole (6), and the trapezoid positioning pin (10) is inserted into the strip-shaped fastening hole (8) and the strip-shaped mounting hole (7); of the plurality of strip-shaped fastening holes (8), two strip-shaped fastening holes (8) at two ends extend to the end face of the connecting sleeve (2), and the lengths of the two strip-shaped fastening holes (8) at two ends are different; the length of the strip-shaped fastening holes (8) is the same as that of the strip-shaped mounting holes (7), and when one strip-shaped fastening hole (8) is coincided and communicated with one strip-shaped mounting hole (7), the other strip-shaped fastening holes (8) are partially communicated with the strip-shaped mounting holes (7); the distance between two adjacent strip-shaped fastening holes (8) is smaller than the distance between two adjacent strip-shaped mounting holes (7), and the method comprises the following steps:
step one, penetrating and extending one end of the reinforcement rod piece (1) provided with the fixing hole (6) out of a cylinder to be fastened and a fastening plate covered on the surface of the cylinder;
Step two, sleeving the first stabilizing piece (3) and the second stabilizing piece (4) at two ends of the reinforcement rod piece (1) respectively, so that the fixing hole (6) is formed in one side, far away from the column, of the first stabilizing piece (3), and a fixing pin (9) is inserted into the fixing hole (6);
Step three, a connecting sleeve (2) is sleeved on one end, provided with a second stabilizing piece (4), of the reinforcement rod piece (1), so that the strip-shaped fastening holes (8) extending to the end face of the connecting sleeve (2) are close to the second stabilizing piece (4), and the strip-shaped fastening holes (8) are correspondingly communicated with the strip-shaped mounting holes (7);
Step four, inserting the trapezoid positioning pins (10) into one strip-shaped fastening hole (8), so that the trapezoid positioning pins (10) are sequentially inserted into the strip-shaped fastening hole (8) and the strip-shaped mounting hole (7), and striking one end of the trapezoid positioning pins (10) outside the strip-shaped fastening hole (8), so that the trapezoid positioning pins (10) are gradually inserted, and meanwhile, driving the connecting sleeve (2) to move towards the second stabilizing piece (4);
Inserting another trapezoid locating pin (10) into the other strip-shaped fastening hole (8), enabling the trapezoid locating pin (10) to be sequentially inserted into the strip-shaped fastening hole (8) and the strip-shaped mounting hole (7), then pulling out the trapezoid locating pin (10) inserted in advance, enabling the trapezoid locating pin (10) inserted after striking to be located at one end outside the strip-shaped fastening hole (8), enabling the trapezoid locating pin (10) to be gradually inserted, and simultaneously driving the connecting sleeve (2) to move towards the second stabilizing piece (4) again;
Step five is repeated until the first stabilizing piece (3) and the second stabilizing piece (4) clamp the fastening plate outside the column body, and the strip-shaped fastening holes (8) extending to the end face of the connecting sleeve (2) are correspondingly communicated with one strip-shaped mounting hole (7);
Step seven, inserting the trapezoid locating pin (10) into the strip-shaped fastening hole (8) close to the second stabilizing piece (4), enabling the trapezoid locating pin (10) to be inserted into the strip-shaped mounting hole (7) correspondingly communicated with the strip-shaped fastening hole (8), removing the previous trapezoid locating pin (10), then striking one end of the trapezoid locating pin (10) located outside the strip-shaped fastening hole (8), enabling the other end of the trapezoid locating pin (10) to extend out of the other side of the reinforcing rod piece (1), and then removing the connecting sleeve (2), so that fastening of the building template is completed.
