The lifting plate 9 is movably connected with the rotating wheel 8 through the connecting column 803, the lifting plate 9 is movably sleeved on the outer side of the connecting column 803, and when the lifting plate 9 moves up and down, the rotating wheel 8 is driven to rotate along the inner wall of the inner fixing ring 7 through the connecting column 803.

When the medical garbage collecting device is used, fig. 1 shows an initial state of the medical garbage collecting device, at this time, the box cover 14 closes the box body 1, the first magnet 804 on the rotating wheel 8 contacts with the magnetic conductive sheet 504 on the rotating ring 5, so that the magnetic conductive plate 10 has magnetism, the pressing plate 4 is pushed open through the same-polarity repulsion force between the magnetic conductive plate 10 and the second magnet 11, when medical garbage is collected, the pedal plate 15 is stepped down, the pedal plate 15 opens the box cover 14 through the lifting plate 9, meanwhile, the lifting plate 9 drives the collecting plate 3 to rotate clockwise through the rotating wheel 8 and the rotating ring 5, during the rotation process, due to the rotation of the rotating wheel 8, the first magnet 804 is separated from the magnetic conductive sheet 504, the magnetic conductive plate 10 is no longer magnetic, the pressing plate 4 is pressed on the collecting plate 3 under the suction force between the magnetic conductive plate 10 and the second magnet 11 and the action of the torsion spring, the pressing plate 4 rotates along with the collecting plate 3, when the pedal, and at this time, the rotating wheel 8 rotates for a circle, the first magnet 804 makes magnetic conductive sheet 504 contact again, so that the magnetic conductive plate 10 has magnetism, and the pressing plate 4 is pushed open, and at this time, the state of the medical waste collection device is as shown in fig. 8.
After putting medical waste into box 1, medical waste falls on containing plate 3, loosen running-board 15, box 1 is closed, lifter plate 9 drives containing plate 3 anticlockwise rotation simultaneously, in this process, because the rotation of runner 8, magnet 804 separates with magnetic conduction piece 504, clamp plate 4 presses again on containing plate 3, extrude medical waste on containing plate 3, extrude the liquid in the medical waste, at containing plate 3 anticlockwise rotation's in-process, liquid falls the left liquid collection intracavity in box 1 inside through filter plate 12, after containing plate 3 rotates to the maximum angle, turn back to the position shown in figure 1, magnet 804 contacts with magnetic conduction piece 504, clamp plate 4 is backed out, solid medical waste slides along clamp plate 4 and falls the solid collection intracavity on the inside right side of box 1.
