Crushing the dry corn grits by using a crusher, sieving the crushed dry corn grits by using a 20-mesh sieve, then adding distilled water into the sieved corn flour to modulate the corn flour so as to moisten the corn flour, wherein the adding amount of the distilled water is 4.0 percent of the weight of the corn flour, then sending the modulated corn flour into a double-screw extrusion puffing machine, extruding and puffing at 180 ℃ and 0.8MPa, then crushing the extruded and puffed product by using the crusher, sieving the crushed product by using the 20-mesh sieve, and magnetically separating the puffed corn flour obtained by sieving to obtain the puffed corn flour meeting the requirements;
(2) soaking dry corn grits
Weighing 80 weight parts of mildew-free, odor-free, moth-free and normal color dry corn grit, placing into a stirring tank, adding 170 weight parts of distilled water at 50 ℃, soaking for 2h under stirring at a stirring speed of 2r/min, and removing water for soaking;
(3) grinding pulp
Metering 20 parts by weight of the puffed corn flour prepared in the step (1), feeding the puffed corn flour and the corn grits soaked in the step (2) into a colloid mill feed hopper, adding distilled water, and grinding the corn grits into a pulp by a colloid mill, wherein the adding amount of the distilled water is metered by that the weight of corn pulp obtained by grinding the pulp reaches 280 parts by weight, adjusting the distance between a stator and a rotor of the colloid mill, and controlling the grinding fineness to be 110 meshes;
(4) pregelatinization and predrying
Pre-gelatinizing and pre-drying the corn pulp obtained by grinding the pulp by using a pair of pre-gelatinizing rollers which rotate in opposite directions at 30r/min to form corn paste on the surface of the pre-gelatinizing roller, wherein the pre-gelatinizing roller takes high-pressure steam of 0.85MPa as a heat source, and the steam inlet quantity of the pre-gelatinizing roller is controlled to ensure that the surface temperature of the roller is 147 ℃;
(5) drying the mixture
The drying roller is one and is meshed with the pre-pasting rollers rotating in opposite directions (see figure 1), the rotating speed is 4r/min, corn paste formed by pre-pasting and pre-drying is brought to the surface of the drying roller, the corn flakes with the water content of 6.5 percent are heated and dried by the drying roller, the drying roller takes high-pressure steam with the pressure of 0.85MPa as a heat source, and the steam inlet amount of the drying roller is controlled to ensure that the surface temperature of the roller is 133 ℃;
(6) crushing and sieving
Conveying the corn flakes scraped from the drying roller to a crushing and screening machine by using a cart, wherein the fineness of a screen of the crushing and screening machine is 3mm, and crushing and screening to obtain corn flakes with the particle size not more than 3 mm;
(7) sterilization
Sterilizing the obtained corn flakes by using tunnel type microwave sterilization equipment, wherein the stacking thickness of the corn flakes in the microwave sterilization equipment is 1cm, the microwave power is controlled at 600W during sterilization, and the sterilization time is controlled at 55 s;
(8) inner package, metal detection and outer package
The sterilized corn flake slices are automatically weighed, filled and sealed by a full-automatic powder packaging machine to complete inner packaging, then the corn flake slices completing the inner packaging are subjected to metal detection, unqualified products are removed, then the corn flake slices are packaged in an outer packaging bag, and the outer packaging bag is sealed by a sealing machine, wherein the outer packaging bag is required to be printed with date, and the code spraying requires clear writing and correct content.

Claims (3)

1. A dry method and wet method combined preparation method of instant corn nutrition snowflake is characterized by comprising the following process steps:
(1) dry puffing powder making method
Dry corn grits which are not mildewed, have no peculiar smell, are not damaged by worms and have normal color are puffed by a dry method to prepare puffed corn flour;
(2) soaking dry corn grits
Metering 50-90 parts by weight of dried corn grits which are free from mildew and odor and are not damaged by worms and have normal color, soaking the dried corn grits for 2-4 hours in drinking water at 30-60 ℃, and then removing the soaking water, wherein the weight of the drinking water is at least twice of that of the soaked dried corn grits;
(3) pulping
Metering 10-50 parts by weight of the puffed corn flour prepared in the step (1), feeding the puffed corn flour and the corn grits soaked in the step (2) into a colloid mill feed hopper, adding drinking water, and grinding the mixture into slurry through the colloid mill, wherein the adding amount of the drinking water is 1: (2.2-3.2) metering, and controlling the fineness of the ground pulp to be 80-150 meshes;
(4) pregelatinization and predrying
Pre-gelatinizing and pre-drying corn pulp obtained by grinding the pulp by using at least one pair of pre-gelatinizing rollers rotating in opposite directions to enable the corn pulp to form corn paste on the surface of the pre-gelatinizing rollers, wherein the pre-gelatinizing rollers use steam with the pressure of 0.7 MPa-1.0 MPa as a heat source, the steam inlet amount of the pre-gelatinizing rollers is controlled to enable the surface temperature of the rollers to be 145 ℃ to 150 ℃, and the rotating speed of the pre-gelatinizing rollers is controlled to be 20 r/min-50 r/min;
(5) drying
The corn paste formed by pre-gelatinization and pre-drying is brought to the surface of a drying roller meshed with a pre-gelatinization roller, and is heated and dried by the drying roller until the moisture content of corn flakes is not higher than 8.0%, the drying roller takes steam with the pressure of 0.7 MPa-1.0 MPa as a heat source, the steam inlet amount of the drying roller is controlled to enable the surface temperature of the roller to be 130-135 ℃, and the rotating speed of the drying roller is controlled to be 2-5 r/min;
(6) crushing and sieving
Conveying the corn flakes scraped from the drying roller to a crushing and screening machine, and crushing and screening to obtain corn flakes meeting the particle size requirement;
(7) sterilization
Sterilizing the obtained corn flakes by using microwave sterilization equipment, wherein the stacking thickness of the corn flakes in the microwave sterilization equipment is 1 cm-2 cm;
(8) inner package, metal detection and outer package
And sequentially carrying out metering and inner packaging, metal detection and rejection of unqualified products and outer packaging on the sterilized corn snowflake slices to obtain the instant corn nutritional snowflake slice product.
