8. The method of claim 4, wherein the user spending point processing method further comprises:
acquiring information of exchanging commodities by using user cash points and/or user shopping points by a user, wherein the commodity information comprises commodity classification and points required by the commodities;
when the required points of the commodities are smaller than the sum of the user withdrawal points and the shopping points, obtaining the difference value of the two points, and then pushing the commodities which are exchanged for the points in an equal way with the difference value for the user;
when an instruction that a user needs to replace a certain commodity in an exchange commodity order is received within a period of time after the user uses the user to withdraw the points and/or the user purchases the points to exchange the commodities, an exchange commodity list is pushed for the user, and the commodities in the exchange commodity list are arranged from high to low according to the points required by exchange;
when the exchange required point of the commodity selected to be replaced by the user is equal to the exchange point of the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order, directly replacing the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order;
when the difference between the exchange required point of the commodity selected to be replaced by the user and the exchange point of the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order is not more than 10% of the exchange point of the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order, directly replacing the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order, settling the total amount of the points according to the original commodity order, and deducting or supplementing the corresponding points when the user selects the next order by using a difference value card;
the merchant sales point processing method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring information of commodities exchanged by merchants through merchant cash points and/or merchant shopping points, wherein the commodity information comprises commodity classification and points required by the commodities;
when the required points of the commodities are smaller than the sum of the withdrawal points and the shopping points of the merchant, obtaining the difference value of the withdrawal points and the shopping points, and then pushing the commodities which are redeemed with the difference value equally for the merchant;
when an instruction that a merchant needs to replace a certain commodity in an exchange commodity order is received within a period of time after the merchant uses the merchant to withdraw the cash points and/or the merchant shopping points to exchange the commodity, a redeemable commodity list is pushed for the merchant, and the commodities in the exchange commodity list are arranged from high to low according to the exchange required points;
when the exchange required point of the commodity selected to be replaced by the merchant is equal to the exchange point of the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order, directly replacing the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order;
when the difference between the exchange required point of the commodity selected to be replaced by the merchant and the exchange point of the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order is not more than 10% of the exchange point of the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order, the commodity needing to be replaced in the original commodity order is directly replaced, the total amount of the points of the original commodity order is settled, and the difference value card is generated to deduct or supply the corresponding points when the order is placed next time.

the data unified management server comprises respective website servers of at least two shopping websites, wherein each website server is used for storing consumption information of users and sales information of merchants on the shopping websites governed by the website server, and is used for acquiring the consumption information of the users and the sales information of the merchants on the shopping websites governed by the website server, which are stored on each website server; according to the consumption information of the user on the shopping website governed by the website server and stored on each website server, counting consumption index values corresponding to the user whole-network unique identification of the user; processing the consumption index value corresponding to the user whole-network unique identifier according to a first preset rule, obtaining a first consumption sub-index value corresponding to the user whole-network unique identifier, and sending the first consumption sub-index value corresponding to the user whole-network unique identifier to a first server; according to the sales information of the commercial tenants on the shopping websites governed by the website server and stored on each website server, counting the sales index values corresponding to the commercial tenant whole-network unique identifiers of the commercial tenants; processing the sales index value corresponding to the merchant full-network unique identifier according to a second preset rule, obtaining a first sales sub-index value corresponding to the merchant full-network unique identifier, and sending the first sales sub-index value corresponding to the merchant full-network unique identifier to a first server;
the first server is used for receiving a first consumption sub index value corresponding to the user whole-network unique identifier sent by the data unified management server and storing bank account information corresponding to the user whole-network unique identifier; according to the first consumption sub index value and the bank account information corresponding to the user whole network unique identifier, executing transfer operation on a bank account corresponding to the user whole network unique identifier; receiving a first sale sub-index value corresponding to the merchant whole-network unique identifier sent by the data unified management server, and storing bank account information corresponding to the merchant whole-network unique identifier; according to the first sale sub-index value and the bank account information corresponding to the unique merchant full-network identifier, executing account transfer operation on the bank account corresponding to the unique merchant full-network identifier;
the user subsystem includes:
the system comprises a user login unit, a user authentication unit and a user authentication unit, wherein the user login unit is used for receiving and authenticating login information of a user, and logging in an account of the user when the login information is authenticated;
the product display unit is used for displaying product types to users, wherein the product types comprise one or more combinations of food takeout, movie performance, leisure travel and household cleaning;
the system comprises a user consumption information acquisition unit, a user consumption information acquisition unit and a user management unit, wherein the user consumption information acquisition unit is used for acquiring consumption information of a user, and the consumption information comprises one or more combinations of consumption information of an online shopping mall of the user and consumption information of an entity store cooperating with the online shopping mall;
the consumption point generating unit is used for giving consumption points according to consumption information of the user, and the total amount of the consumption points is converted into user cash-out points and user shopping points according to a first preset rule; the user cash points are used for cash points to a personal account or shopping as shopping currency; the user shopping credits may be purchased as shopping currency
The merchant subsystem comprises:
the merchant parking unit is used for receiving and verifying the parking information of the merchant, after the parking information passes, the merchant becomes a alliance merchant of the local online shopping mall,
the system comprises a merchant sales information acquisition unit, a merchant sales information acquisition unit and a merchant sales information acquisition unit, wherein the merchant sales information acquisition unit is used for acquiring sales information of merchants, and the sales information comprises one or more combinations of sales information of merchants in online shopping malls and sales information of merchant entity stores;
