In addition, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle" and "one" used in the present specification are for clarity of description, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and the relative relationship between the terms and the terms is not to be construed as a scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a guide device for cable laying, comprising: a support frame; two roller bearing 2, the both ends of roller bearing 2 all rotate locate the support frame on, two roller bearing 2 intersect and become the centre gripping form and the contained angle size that two roller bearing 2 formed is adjustable, are the guide passageway that supplies the cable to pass through between two roller bearing 2. According to the invention, the support of the cable is realized through the two rolling shafts 2 with different surfaces crossed, the cable is supported on the two rolling shafts 2 during paying off, the force decomposed by the gravity of the cable is convenient for the cable to advance along the paying off direction, and the lateral pressure suffered by the cable sheath is relatively small due to the decomposition of the gravity of the cable, so that the damage to the cable sheath is avoided; under the requirements of paying off different high-voltage cables, the cable paying-off device can be adapted by adjusting the angle between the two rollers 2; the whole guide device is simple in structure and easy to carry and apply.
For the realization to the support of roller bearing, the support frame includes two supports 1 that the structure is the same and link to each other in this embodiment, two roller bearings 2 are located respectively on two supports 1, and the distance between two supports 1 is adjustable. This embodiment supports roller shaft 2 respectively through two supports 2, and it can be portable independently, during the use with two support equipment can.
As an embodiment of the above-mentioned support, the support 1 includes a vertical rod 11, and a transverse support 12 and a longitudinal support 13 that are fixed in an intersecting manner, the vertical rod 11 is fixed on the transverse support 12, and two ends of the roller 2 are rotatably connected with the vertical rod 11 and the longitudinal support 13 respectively; two longitudinal supports 13 are connected. The present embodiment uses the transverse support 12 and the longitudinal support 13 as the support of the whole support 1, and can use the steel section as the material of the transverse support 12 and the longitudinal support 13, so as to improve the stability.
In order to realize the adjustment of the angle between the two rolling shafts 2, the two longitudinal supports 13 can be connected in a sliding way, and the two rolling shafts 2 can move relatively by adjusting the distance between the two supports 1, so that the adjustment of the included angle between the two rolling shafts 2 is realized. The two longitudinal supports 13 can also be positioned and distance-adjusted by means of a plurality of bolt holes and bolts. The connection between the supports is not limited to this, and it is only necessary to realize the angle adjustment between the distance-adjustable drive two rollers 2.
