Background
In the concrete structure process, especially in the precast concrete beam process, a pore channel needs to be reserved and positioned. The existing concrete member pore-forming method is generally to arrange a steel pipe inner mold or a pore-forming member in concrete, but has no good positioning method, so that pore-forming positioning is difficult to master, pore-forming positioning time is too long, pore-forming quality is difficult to guarantee, pore channel positions are easy to deviate, and the reliability of the concrete member is finally influenced.

And connecting the fastening bolts with the solid steel columns again, and then pulling out the solid steel columns one by one through the fastening bolts to form reserved channels to finish the hole forming and positioning of the reserved channels of the concrete beam.
The structural style of the device shown in the figure 1 is designed according to an example, in actual application, the drilling style of the upper-layer positioning steel frame and the grid style of the lower-layer grid positioning net can be changed according to the actual concrete reserved hole channel arrangement requirement, and the method disclosed by the invention is also applicable to other conditions.
In the construction process, the solid steel column, the fastening bolt and the upper positioning steel frame can be repeatedly used.

(1) processing and manufacturing a lower-layer grid positioning net and an upper-layer positioning steel frame according to the relative position of a reserved hole channel of a drawing;
(2) marking a hole position lofting point on the concrete beam steel reinforcement framework, and welding the lower layer grid positioning net on the concrete beam steel reinforcement framework;
(3) inserting the solid steel column into the grid of the lower grid positioning net according to the position of the pore;
