两层或多层网材的压花和层压装置
技术领域
本发明涉及对连续几层进行压花和层压以形成网材的装置。
更具体地说,本发明涉及一种压花和层压装置,其包括一对压花辊筒,每个压花辊筒与对应的压辊配合工作;一上胶装置将胶水施加到至少一个压花层上,并利用层压装置将分别压花的两层连接在一起,这两压花层在各自的压花辊筒和对应的压辊之间被压花。
背景技术
在加工纸工业中,为改进纸的柔软性和吸湿性,在生产卫生纸,餐巾纸、纸巾、薄绢纸等类似产品时经常进行压花。
用于将两层或多层材料连接在一起生产压花网材的压花和层压系统有多种。在这种系统中,两层或多层连续材料被分别压花,然后连接在一起。这些系统基本上可分成凸纹对凸纹型层压系统(tip-to-tiplaminating systems)和嵌套层压系统(nested laminating systems),后者亦称为随机嵌套或“DERL”系统。
在第一种情况(见EP-B-0,370,972),两层中的每一层在一压花辊筒和一压辊之间压花;压花辊筒具有凸起或凸纹以重复的花样设置,而压辊通常包覆在例如橡胶等变形材料中。两压花层然后通过在两相对的压花辊之间被层压而连接在一起;这两压花辊筒同步运动,从而在两辊筒之间的轧点使一个辊筒的凸纹与另一辊筒的凸纹吻合;两压花辊筒之间的距离设计成使压花层在两相对的凸纹之间被层压。在层压之前,将胶水施加到两层中的一层的通过压花动作产生的被提高(或凸起)的区域。
对于“嵌套”式的压花和层压,以类似于上述方式分别被压花的压花层被连接在一起,这样一层的凸起处于另一层的凸起之间。在这种情况下,两压花辊筒在其间的轧点亦不会彼此压靠在一起,两压花层通过在两压花辊筒之一和一层压辊之间被层压而连接在一起。这种技术在GB-B-1,225,440和US-A-3,694,300中都有描述。
意大利专利No.1,213,842(申请号,No.9519A/87)描述了一种改进的凸纹对凸纹式压花装置,该装置能产生随机的嵌套压花图案(“DERL”)。通过插入一种转移元件,以改变压花区和层压区之间两层材料中一层的路径,实现了上述这种随机的嵌套压花图案。
意大利实用新型申请号No.21,325 B/89描述了一种装置,通过在需要的时候改变装置元件的位置,可以实现嵌套式压花和凸纹对凸纹式压花。基本上,为了从一种操作模式切换到另一种操作模式,需要完全改变压花辊筒的位置。实际上,在这种现有技术中,每一次都要将一种传统的凸纹对凸纹式压花装置转换成传统的嵌套式压花装置。这意味着,需要非常漫长的调停时间从一种压花型式转换成另一压花型式。另外,为了在这种装置中放置层压辊以便使之与一个压花辊筒配合工作,必须使两压花辊筒的轴线与两压辊的轴线设置在同一水平面内。考虑到压花辊筒在压花过程中受到较高压力而产生变形,产生了诸多缺陷,在压花层的中心和边缘之间产生了不均匀的压花和层压。
发明目的和概述
本发明的目的在于提供一种压花和层压装置,其能够以凸纹对凸纹模式和嵌套模式操作,并容易从一种压花型式切换到另一种压花型式,并且设置和调节装置的操作减至最少。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种压花装置,其中压花辊筒和压辊的定位有助于降低由于压花辊筒的弯曲而产生的层生产品的不规则性。
通过阅读下文,本领域的技术人员当可对本发明的上述和其它目的有清楚的认识。本发明的目的通过这样一种压花和层压装置得以实现。该装置包括:一对压花辊筒,两所述压花辊筒在其辊上设有凸纹,所述两压花辊筒的轴线相互平行且彼此靠近以在两辊筒之间形成轧点;一对压辊,每个压辊与压花辊筒之一配合作用;一上胶装置,其与一个所述压花辊筒相联系;一层压辊,其设置在压花辊筒轧点下游,并与和上胶装置相联系的压花辊筒配合作用。根据本发明,与层压辊相联系的压花辊筒的直径大于另一压花辊筒的直径。所述两压花辊筒具有基本相同的周边速度并同步运动,这样一个压花辊筒的凸纹与另一压花辊筒的凸纹相吻合,或者,一个压花辊筒的凸纹嵌套于另一压花辊筒的凸纹之间,同时不会改变辊筒中心距。通过使用具有不同直径的压花辊筒,产生了足够的空间在两压花辊筒间的轧点的下游插入一层压辊,甚至当两压辊垂直设置时也可以实现上述压辊的插入。一个压辊在相应压花辊筒上方,而另一压辊在相应压花辊筒下方,辊筒轴线在一水平平面内。
如果使用一个辊筒直径大于另一个辊筒直径的两辊筒产生的空间不足以放置层压辊,可以进一步增加可利用的空间,只要保证包含较大直径压花辊筒和相应压辊的轴线的平面不垂直于包含两压花辊筒的轴线的平面即可。这样,就可以使经过压花辊筒之间的轧点并与压花辊筒相切的平面与两压辊中的一个隔开,并提供更多的可利用空间以放置层压辊和清洁大直径辊筒表面的装置。所述清洁装置在层压辊和压辊之间沿压花辊筒的圆周设置。该清洁装置用来清除与上胶装置相联系的压花辊筒上的胶水残余物和灰尘。
上述两平面之间的夹角通常在90°到125°之间,并且最好在90°和105°之间。

优选实施例的详细描述
首先参照图1,所述装置包括一对压花辊筒1、3,每个压花辊筒具有许多凸纹或凸起(在附图2到4中示意性地示出)对称地以几何图案的方式设置。压花辊筒1的直径大于压花辊筒3的直径。在图示的例子中,直径差大约为30%。两压花辊筒1,3机械地连接,并以相反的方向按相同的圆周速率旋转,旋转方向分别如箭头f1和f3所示。通过正确地选择传动齿轮(未图示)可以实现上述设置。
辊筒1与压辊5以已知的方式配合工作,而辊筒3与压辊7配合工作。两压辊5和7覆盖着一层弹性变形材料,例如橡胶。每个压辊5和7通过致动装置9,11压靠在相应的压花辊筒1,3上。
包含压辊7的轴线7A和压花辊筒3的轴线3A的平面P1与包含两压花滚筒1,3的轴线1A和3A的平面P2形成90°角。相反,包含压辊5和压花辊筒1的轴线5A,1A的平面P3与平面P2形成不等于90°的夹角。两平面P2和P3之间形成的钝角约为95°到120°。该夹角与部件的尺寸一致保持在最小值,以减小由于压辊5压在压花辊筒1上的压力产生的变形的水平分量。
上述设置在辊筒1周围在压辊5和辊筒3之间提供了可利用的空间,其中放置层压辊13和清洁压花辊筒1表面的装置14(已知类型),该层压辊13与压花辊筒1配合工作,其目的将在此后描述。层压辊13由致动装置15控制,使之占据如图1实线所示的工作位置和虚线所示的不工作位置;在工作位置,层压辊13压靠在压花辊筒1的表面,在不工作位置,层压辊13与压花辊筒1脱离接触。
一种已知型式的上胶装置17与压花辊筒1相联系。在图示实施例中,该上胶装置包括两辊筒,辊筒旋转轴线与两压花辊筒1,3的轴线1A,3A共面,以减少在分配胶水时弯曲变形的影响,从而保证胶水均匀分布。
以V1和V3表示的要被压花的两层材料被喂入所述装置。标号20表示引导层V3的辊,而标号21和23分别表示层V1和V3的两扩幅辊。层V1在压花辊筒1和压辊5之间被压花,而层V3在压花辊筒3和一压辊7之间被压花。在压花之后,利用上胶装置17以已知的方式将胶水C施加到层V1上。
根据两压花辊筒1,3怎样彼此同步运动以及所述层在压花辊筒1,3之间的轧点G下游的路径,两压花层V1和V3可以在此点以两种不同的方式连接在一起。
图2示出了进行凸纹对凸纹压花时压花辊筒1,3之间的轧点G的放大视图。此时两辊筒1和3同步运动,辊筒1的凸纹或凸起1P与辊筒3的凸纹或凸起3P的相位相同。换句括说,在两辊筒1,3最靠近的地方,一个辊筒的凸纹或凸起压在另一辊筒的凸纹或凸起上,在凸纹之间层压两压花层V1和V3,在层V1上的胶水将所述两层粘在一起。在轧点G的下游,由两层V1和V3连接在一起形成的网材沿所示路径Npp前进。此时,层压辊13在这种设置中远离压花辊筒1。
图3和图4示出了进行嵌套压花时压花辊筒1,3和层压辊13的位置,辊筒1和3之间的中心距与前例中相同,但它们同步运动的方式不同,这样压花辊筒1的凸纹1P能配合在压花辊筒3的凸纹之间。两压花层V1和V3不再在两压花辊筒1,3之间的轧点G层压,而是在轧点G的下游,在层压辊13(在本例中其压在辊筒1的凸纹1P上)和压花辊筒1之间层压,如图4中放大的示意图所示。在层压辊13的下游,通过将两层V1和V3连接在一起形成的网材沿路径Nn前进。

Claims (11)

1.对至少两层(V1,V3)网材进行压花和层压的压花和层压装置,包括:一对压花辊筒(1,3),在压花辊筒的辊上设置有凸纹(1P,3P),所述两压花辊筒的轴线相互平行并彼此靠近从而在两辊筒之间形成一轧点(G),并且两压花辊筒以相同的圆周速率沿相反的方向转动;一对压辊(5,7),每个压辊与压花辊筒之一配合工作,一上胶装置(17),其与两压花辊筒中的一个相联系,一层压辊(13),其设置在压花辊筒(1,3)之间的轧点(G)的下游,并且与和上胶装置(17)相联系的压花辊筒(1)配合工作;其特征在于,
与层压辊(13)相联系的压花辊筒(1)的直径大于另一压花辊筒(3)的直径;
两压花辊筒(1)同步运动,从而使一个压花辊筒(1)的凸纹(1P)与另一压花辊筒(3)的凸纹(3P)相吻合,或者使一个压花辊筒(1)的凸纹(1P)配合在另一压花辊筒的凸纹(3P)之间;
当一个压花辊筒的所述凸纹与另一个压花辊筒的凸纹相吻合时,所述至少两层(V1,V3)网材在这两个压花辊筒之间的凸纹中被层压,而当一个压花辊筒的凸纹配合在另一个压花辊筒的凸纹之间时,所述至少两层网材在层压辊(13)和与之相联系的压花辊筒(1)之间被层压。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,两压花辊筒基本同步运动而不改变两辊筒的中心距。
3.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,所述层压辊(13)或者压靠在相应的压花辊筒(1)上,或者与其脱离。
4.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于,所述层压辊(13)或者压靠在相应的压花辊筒(1)上,或者与其脱离。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一的装置,其特征在于,包含与所述层压辊(13)相联系的压花辊筒(1)以及其相应压辊(5)的轴线(1A,5A)的平面(P3)与包含两压花辊筒轴线(1A,3A)的平面(P2)形成不等于90°的夹角;包含另一压花辊筒(3)及其相应压辊(7)的轴线(3A,7A)的平面(P1)则基本垂直于包含两压花辊筒(1,3)的轴线的平面(P2)。
6.根据权利要求5的装置,其特征在于,两压花辊筒(1,3)的轴线(1A,3A)在一水平平面内。
7.根据权利要求1至4之一的装置,其特征在于,两压辊(5,7)分别在其相应的压花辊筒(1,3)的上方和下方,其中较小直径压花辊筒(3)的压辊(7)在其下方。
8.根据权利要求1至4之一的装置,其特征在于,具有较大直径的压花辊筒(1)具有与之相联系的一清洁装置(14),后者设置在层压辊(13)和相应的压辊(5)之间。
