This mode is suitable for local busy periods and can replenish outside fresh air when kitchen air quality is poor.
The multi-point residual smoke mode is to close the first air valve 8, open the second air valve 9, and open the exhaust fan 5, and the smoke sucking points of each point distributed in the kitchen suck the smoke into the upper channel 201, then flow through the outdoor air outlet channel 18, and be discharged to the external environment by the exhaust fan 5. The mode is suitable for situations that oil smoke exists in a large range in a kitchen, but the oil smoke amount is small.
The purification mode is to close the first air valve 8 and open the fresh air fan 4, the oil smoke generated by the kitchen oil smoke is pumped into the indoor air inlet channel 17 from the indoor air inlet 12, then the oil smoke is filtered by the filter group 2 and then enters the indoor air outlet channel 16, the air conditioning evaporator 6 evaporates water vapor, the ceramic electric heater 7 dries the air, and finally the air is fed into the kitchen. The mode is suitable for the situations of large oil smoke quantity and low oil smoke concentration.
The first cooking mode is to close the first air valve 8, open the second air valve 9, and open the exhaust fan 5 and the fresh air fan 4, so that the oil smoke from all places in the kitchen enters the indoor air inlet channel 17 and the upper channel 201, and a part of the oil smoke is filtered by the filter group 2, extracted into the indoor air outlet channel 16, and then returned to the kitchen. The other part is directly discharged by the exhaust fan 5. The working mode is suitable for the time when the kitchen oil smoke concentration is high, such as a meal busy period.
The second cooking mode is to open the first damper 8 and the second damper 9 and to open the fresh air fan 4 and the exhaust fan 5.
